Abstract
本发明公开了一种人工角膜,它包括中央光学部分和设在周边的固定部分,其特征在于:在所述人工角膜中央光学部分的圆柱侧外表面和固定部分(2)的内表面涂覆有羟基磷灰石涂层(3)。所述的涂层的纳米粒的平均粒径为20nm。本发明的优点在于利用涂层的隔离性和羟基磷灰石具有的抗菌特性,将其涂覆在人工角膜光学部分圆柱形外表面及周边固定物内表面后,对与患者角膜、房水接触的细菌等微生物产生杀灭作用;由于羟基磷灰石可长久性地涂覆在人工角膜光学部分周围,不改变人工角膜材料本身的特征,人工角膜所具有的固有特性仍被保持,使治疗、护理达到最好的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域,具体是涉及一种带有增加生物整合性的涂层医用人工角膜。
背景技术
人工角膜是无法用角膜手术复明的角膜混浊病人的最终复明手段。为达到理想的光学效果,人工角膜目前多采用贯通式,即人工角膜光学部分贯通角膜全层,通过支架将光学部分固定在角膜中央,因此人工角膜光学部分与周边支架及组织结构间有一定缝隙。在临床上,正因为这些潜在腔隙,增加了微生物进入眼内的机会,可能导致人工角膜术后最严重的并发症-眼内炎的发生,给疾病的治疗、护理工作带来极大不便,给患者带来痛苦和危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗菌功能的医用人工角膜,用以减少人工角膜的使用过程中的感染发生率。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明提供了一种人工角膜,它包括中央光学部分和设在周边的固定部分,其特征在于:在所述人工角膜中央光学部分的圆柱侧外表面和固定部分(2)的内表面涂覆有羟基磷灰石涂层(3)。
优选地,所述的中央光学部分为中央光学镜柱(1),所述的固定部分(2)为角膜板层间固定物或角膜后表面固定物。
优选地,所述的中央光学镜柱(1)的材质为医用级聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和/或甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
优选地,所述的角膜板层间固定物或角膜后表面固定物材料选自医用级聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或医用级别钛金属。
所述的羟基磷灰石涂层(3)的纳米粒的平均粒径为5~50nm,优选10~30nm,更优选20nm。
本发明的优点在于将羟基磷灰石涂覆在人工角膜光学部分圆柱形外表面和周边固定部分内表面后,羟基磷灰石吸引生物分子电荷而炎症反应轻微,减少PMMA引起的异物反应,使涂层后的镜柱和周围组织达到生物整合的目的,从而减少PMMA镜柱和周围组织的间隙,进一步减少细菌等微生物进入眼内的机会。羟基磷灰石涂层具有较好的生物功能性,同时不改变人工角膜材料本身的特征,人工角膜所具有的固有特性仍被保持,使治疗、护理达到最好的效果。

如图1所示,本发明描述的羟基磷灰石医用人工角膜包括中央光学镜柱(1)、设在周边的固定部分(2)以及在所述人工角膜中央光学镜柱(1)的圆柱侧外表面和周边固定部分(2)的内表面涂覆有羟基磷灰石涂层(3)。

1.一种人工角膜,它包括中央光学部分和设在周边的固定部分,其特征在于:在所述人工角膜中央光学部分的圆柱侧外表面和固定部分(2)的内表面涂覆有羟基磷灰石涂层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人工角膜,其特征在于:所述的中央光学部分为中央光学镜柱(1),所述的固定部分(2)为角膜板层间固定物或角膜后表面固定物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的人工角膜,其特征在于:所述的中央光学镜柱(1)的材质为医用级聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和/或甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的人工角膜,其特征在于:所述的角膜板层间固定物或角膜后表面固定物材料选自医用级聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或医用级别钛金属。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的人工角膜,其特征在于:所述的羟基磷灰石涂层(3)的纳米粒的平均粒径为5~50nm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的人工角膜,其特征在于:所述的羟基磷灰石土层(3)的纳米粒的平均粒径为20nm。
