Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the driving member of the front flip cover 4 includes a front flip motor 3, a lead screw 21, a nut 22, a transmission member 23, and a hinge member 24, the front flip motor 3 is disposed on the back 11 of the sealed cleaning cover, the front flip motor 3 is connected to the lead screw 21, the lead screw 21 is in threaded fit with the nut 22, the nut 22 is hinged to one end of the hinge member 24 through the transmission member 23, and the other end of the hinge member 24 is hinged to the back of the front flip cover 4; the front flip motor 3 drives the screw rod 21 to rotate, the screw rod 21 is in threaded fit with the screw nut 22, the screw nut 22 moves axially, the screw nut 22 is hinged to one end of the hinge piece 24 through the transmission piece 23, the hinge piece 24 is pulled to move back and forth, the other end of the hinge piece 24 is hinged to the back of the front flip 4, and therefore the front flip 4 is opened and closed.
The driving part of the rear flip cover 7 comprises a rear flip cover motor 9, a screw rod 21, a nut 22 and a hinge part 24, the rear flip cover motor 9 is arranged on the back 11 of the sealed cleaning cover, the rear flip cover motor 9 is connected with the screw rod 21, the screw rod 21 is in threaded fit with the nut 22, the nut 22 is hinged with one end of the hinge part 24 through a transmission part 23, and the other end of the hinge part 24 is hinged with the back of the rear flip cover 7. The rear flip cover motor 9 drives the screw rod 21 to rotate, the screw rod 21 is in threaded fit with the nut 22, the nut 22 moves axially, the nut 22 is hinged to one end of the hinge element 24 (specifically, the nut 22 is hinged to one end of the hinge element 24 through the transmission element 23), the hinge element 24 is pulled to move back and forth, the other end of the hinge element 24 is hinged to the back face of the rear flip cover 7, and therefore the rear flip cover 7 is opened and closed. The front flip motor 3 and the rear flip motor 9 both have a stroke circuit.
Furthermore, the device also comprises a control unit, and the driving piece of the front flip cover 4, the driving piece of the rear flip cover 7, the driving piece of the front rolling brush 10 and the driving piece of the rear rolling brush 17 are all electrically connected with the control unit. The control unit controls the front and rear flip covers 7 and the front and rear rolling brushes 17 to realize the cooperative action; the control unit specifically comprises a control circuit, and a control circuit bin 26 is arranged on the back of the sealed cleaning cover 6 and used for containing the control circuit; in addition, a circuit wiring bin is arranged, so that wiring is convenient.
Preferably, the ultrasonic ranging unit 12 is further included, the ultrasonic ranging unit 12 is arranged on the outer side surface of the front flip 4, and the ultrasonic ranging unit 12 is connected with the control unit to send the obstacle information to the control unit. Through the feedback information of the front contact probe sensor 13, the rear contact probe sensor 14 and the lower press contact sensor 15, the control unit can further control the work of rolling brush and cover lifting, and the operation intellectualization and the accuracy of the whole negative pressure cleaning device are improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, an auxiliary wheel 16 and a retraction and extension driving member are included, the auxiliary wheel 16 is disposed in the sealed washing hood 6, and the retraction and extension driving member is connected to the auxiliary wheel 16 to retract or extend the auxiliary wheel 16. During normal cleaning operation, under the action of retracting and extending the driving piece, the auxiliary wheel 16 is retracted, and when the obstacle crossing mode is switched, the auxiliary wheel 16 extends; different passing modes can be switched according to different materials of the surface of the building, except for normal cleaning, the auxiliary wheel 16 in the mechanism can provide stable operation support when the surface of the building is in a particle form or a non-scrubbing lime wall surface, so that the structure of the wall surface is protected, and the mechanical structure and the sealing equipment of the negative pressure cleaning device are protected from being scratched by the wall surface.
Specifically, the retraction and extension driving part comprises a retraction driving motor 28, a corner part 29, a screw rod 21 and a nut 22, wherein the driving end of the retraction driving motor 28 is connected with one end of the screw rod 21, and the nut 22 is in threaded fit with the screw rod 21; the corner piece 29 is hinged on the sealed cleaning cover 6, the upper end of the corner piece 29 is provided with a sliding groove, and a convex block is fixed on the screw nut 22 so as to be in sliding fit with the sliding groove and drive the corner piece 29 to rotate. The corner piece 29 is connected to the auxiliary wheel 16, in particular by means of a lifting bar 30.

And step 3, when the distance between the negative pressure cleaning device and the obstacle is smaller than a set value, opening the front flip cover 4, and starting the obstacle end surface cleaning operation after the front contact probe sensor 13 contacts one end surface of the obstacle. This step will enter the end phase after the front contact probe sensor 13 has left the range of the obstacle.
Step 4 is a process of turning on the auxiliary wheel 16 to pass quickly when the surface to be passed by the negative pressure cleaning device is a non-clean surface.
Step 5 is that the rear flip cover 7 of the negative pressure cleaning device is opened, and the rear contact probe sensor 14 contacts the other end face of the obstacle, which is the process of cleaning the other end face of the obstacle. This step is terminated by the bottom push-down contact sensor 15 contacting the next surface.
And step 6, preparing to adjust and recover after the negative pressure cleaning device finishes cleaning the preset working range.

2. the ultrasonic sensor at the front end of the negative pressure cleaning device can detect the distance from the operation front end of the negative pressure cleaning device to the obstacle on the surface of the wall body, so that the basis of whether the negative pressure cleaning device is opened or not and when the flip covers at the front end and the back end are opened is provided for the negative pressure cleaning device, the cleaning range of the rolling brush is effectively expanded, and the negative pressure cleaning device can clean the surface of the vertical position of the obstacle in front of the operation direction.
