Abstract

一种紧凑型热管换热器,平行设置的上下两根集流管间经由若干插接在集流管上的扁管连通,扁管及扁管间翅片构成换热芯体,所述换热芯体中部设有与集流管平行的隔板,隔板将上下集流管和换热芯体分隔在上下两个互不连通的腔室里,上部腔室为冷凝部,下部腔室为蒸发部。使用时,将本发明安装在小型的换热场合,经冷媒加注口往上集流管中加注适量的冷媒,热源经导热部件将热量传导给蒸发部,在蒸发部扁管内的冷媒吸热汽化,冷媒沿着扁管上流至冷凝部,在冷凝部空气带走冷媒中的热量,冷媒受冷液化,冷媒沿着扁管下流至蒸发部,重复上述过程。本发明结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。

技术领域
本发明属于换热器技术领域,具体是涉及一种紧凑型热管换热器,冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,适用于工业制冷中散热负载小的场合。
背景技术
现有技术中,热管型换热器通常把冷凝器和蒸发器分开在两个独立不连通的空间中,冷凝器和蒸发器之间通过管道相连,由于机构体积较大,连接复杂,密封麻烦,因此不适合用于小型的换热场合。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种紧凑型热管换热器。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种紧凑型热管换热器,包括平行设置的上下两根集流管,上集流管上设有冷媒加注口,集流管间经由若干插接在集流管上的扁管连通,扁管及扁管间翅片构成换热芯体,所述换热芯体中部设有与集流管平行的隔板,隔板将上下集流管和换热芯体分隔在上下两个互不连通的腔室里,上部腔室为冷凝部,下部腔室为蒸发部。
使用时,将本发明安装在小型的换热场合,经冷媒加注口往上集流管中加注适量的冷媒,热源经导热部件将热量传导给蒸发部,在蒸发部扁管内的冷媒吸热汽化,冷媒沿着扁管上流至冷凝部,在冷凝部空气带走冷媒中的热量,冷媒受冷液化,冷媒沿着扁管下流至蒸发部,重复上述过程。本发明将冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。因此,本发明具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:参看图1,一种紧凑型热管换热器,包括平行设置的上下两根集流管,上集流管上设有冷媒加注口,集流管间经由若干插接在集流管上的扁管连通,扁管及扁管间翅片构成换热芯体,所述换热芯体中部设有与集流管平行的隔板,隔板将上下集流管和换热芯体分隔在上下两个互不连通的腔室里,上部腔室为冷凝部,下部腔室为蒸发部。
使用时,将本发明安装在小型的换热场合,经冷媒加注口往上集流管中加注适量的冷媒,热源经导热部件将热量传导给蒸发部,在蒸发部扁管内的冷媒吸热汽化,冷媒沿着扁管上流至冷凝部,在冷凝部空气带走冷媒中的热量,冷媒受冷液化,冷媒沿着扁管下流至蒸发部,重复上述过程。本发明将冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。因此,本发明具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

1.一种紧凑型热管换热器,包括平行设置的上下两根集流管,上集流管上设有冷媒加注口,集流管间经由若干插接在集流管上的扁管连通,扁管及扁管间翅片构成换热芯体,其特征在于所述换热芯体中部设有与集流管平行的隔板,隔板将上下集流管和换热芯体分隔在上下两个互不连通的腔室里,上部腔室为冷凝部,下部腔室为蒸发部。
