Abstract
本发明涉及一种液体管道疏通剂及其制备方法。一种液体管道疏通剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:上述的液体管道疏通剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,硅酸钠和/或偏硅酸钠,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和/或聚丙烯酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、AEC和烷基糖苷中的一种或多种,EDTA‑4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,最后把次氯酸钠加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。本发明解决了管道疏通剂二次堵塞的问题,液体产品,能快速达到堵塞部位并溶解堵塞物,特别适合冬季使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体管道疏通剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
卫生间的下水道会聚积头发和皂垢,厨房的下水道会聚积餐厨残渣,很容易堵塞。下水道堵塞后无法通水,影响正常生产,还容易滋生细菌和寄生虫,产生恶臭。需要一种清洁剂,能够疏通因头发、皂垢以及餐厨残渣造成的管道堵塞,还能清除管道恶臭,灭杀管道细菌和寄生虫。管道疏通剂就是专门为解决了管道的疏通及清洗问题而发明的。目前市场上销售的管道疏通剂,大部分是粉状产品。粉状管道疏通剂需要溶于水后才能发挥作用,在冬季气温较低的时候,粉状管道疏通剂因溶解性差,不能快速溶解,集聚在管道内,加剧了管道的堵塞。这就需要一种溶解性好的管道疏通剂,在冬季仍然能疏通清洗管道。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种液体管道疏通剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的液体管道疏通剂的制备方法。本发明解决了管道疏通剂二次堵塞的问题,液体产品,能快速达到堵塞部位并溶解堵塞物,特别适合冬季使用。

上述的液体管道疏通剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,硅酸钠和/或偏硅酸钠,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和/或聚丙烯酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、AEC和烷基糖苷中的一种或多种,EDTA-4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,最后把次氯酸钠加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,解决了管道疏通剂二次堵塞的问题,液体产品,能快速达到堵塞部位并溶解堵塞物,特别适合冬季使用。本发明配方具有良好的疏通和去污及杀菌能力,能快速疏通由毛发屑、纸屑、棉布碎片、饭菜残渣等造成的管道堵塞,不腐蚀铸铁、PP及PVC管道。本品不适合铝合金等软金属材质的管道。配方中选用的次氯酸钠具有高效杀菌作用,在疏通管道的同时杀灭管道的细菌并清除管道内的臭味。

上述的液体管道疏通剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、硅酸钠、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、EDTA-4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,最后把次氯酸钠加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。

上述的液体管道疏通剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、AEC、EDTA-4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,最后把次氯酸钠加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
