技术领域
本发明油墨技术领域,尤其是一种片基印刷油墨。
背景技术
胶印主要用于有比较大吸收率的纸张和纸板的印刷方面,渗透和油墨凝结在大多数单张纸印刷的干燥中起主要作用,但是,有一些塑料和金属箔的平印是使用氧化结膜干燥的,在这些材料上用氧化结膜干燥的油墨印刷,印刷稳定性和快干性是一对矛盾;它们在墨斗和墨辊,印版和橡片布上不能结皮,不能沾脏,但是必须能够有效地粘在片基上,实际上,为了快速干燥,其稳定时间只能减至尽可能短,另外,防黏剂的喷粉和堆码高度减少也是避免严重沾脏的关键,更麻烦的是水墨平衡方面,片基是非渗透性的,它不能像纸张和纸板那样可以将润版液转移走,这增加了油墨过分乳化的可能性。

本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种片基印刷油墨,其能在塑料片等不渗透性片基上印出满意效果。
