船舶、舰船上为解决燃烧设备所需的空气量和正常工作时设备及部件的散热量,必须在舱壁上设有通风口,在通风口设有可关闭的通风设备,遇到大风、大雨时关闭通风口。 但通风口外部凹腔容易形成雷达波反射,从而降低了船舶、舰船的隐身性能,直接影响到船舶、舰船相关任务的完成。如今,采用的通风设备为百叶窗,但所采用的百叶窗不能防止杂物进入,不能散射雷达波,且不便于开合。

我们还提供了一种制备所述密封水密百叶窗的密封条的方法,制备海绵芯的步骤包括:将配备好的海绵芯原料加入搅拌装置中搅拌半个小时,使得原料混合均匀,将混合料加入发泡缸中,发泡温度为20-60℃,发泡时间为2-5小时,冷却至室温后得成型海绵,将成型海绵浸泡于阻燃剂中4-8小时,然后阴干;
制备橡胶包皮的步骤包括:(1)准备原料:按照重量份配备好各原料,将环氧化天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶在60-70℃烘房内烘软后切胶、破胶成小块;将松香、硬脂酸和酚醛树脂粉碎,并且对其筛选,除去其中的机械杂质或粗粒;对芳烃油进行加热、蒸发水分、过滤杂质;
(2)塑炼:打开密炼机,向密炼机内加入环氧化天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶,密炼温度为90-100℃,密炼时间为5-10分钟,加入增塑剂,将密炼机温度升高至100-110℃,恒温密炼2-5分钟;
(3)混炼:将塑炼后的橡胶以及硬脂酸、超细活性高岭土和白炭黑投入到混炼机中,通过机械搅拌的方式使其混合均匀,混炼40-80s,混炼温度50-65℃,混炼后排胶获得混炼胶;将该混炼胶冷却至室温,再次将混炼胶以及芳烃油、石蜡和防老剂投入到混炼温度为40-60℃的混炼机中,混炼50-80s,混炼结束后排胶得到混炼胶;
(4)模压成型:将步骤(3)中最终得到的混炼胶放置于模具中加热成型,制造出所需形状的橡胶成品;
(5)硫化:将步骤(4)中模压成型后的橡胶成品投入到硫化机中,并且加入硫化剂,硫化温度为130-160℃,硫化时间为10-15分钟,将硫化成型后的橡胶成型产品进行飞边处理,把产品表面处理光滑无毛刺,得到橡胶包皮;
制备胶浆的方法为:配料-炼胶-滤胶-打胶,从而得到所需要的胶浆;将橡胶包皮通过胶浆包覆在海绵芯外表面,从而制得密封条。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的这种密封水密百叶窗,结构简单,操作方便且灵活,密封且屏蔽效果好,能够防止杂物进入且能有效散射雷达波,达到很好隐身效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1:
如图1、2和3所示的一种密封水密百叶窗,包括窗框1和和设置于窗框1内的百叶帘2,所述百叶帘2从上到下由多个百叶帘叶片2.1组成,所述百叶帘叶片2.1的两端下侧分别通过铰链与两侧的纵向活动支杆9连接,所述活动支杆9通过轴安装于窗框1上;还包括设于窗框1外的手轮3,所述手轮3的螺杆3.1与设于窗框1内下部的蜗轮5转动连接,所述蜗轮5与两端同轴的大齿轮6传动连接,所述大齿轮6与小齿轮7啮合,所述小齿轮7与设于活动支杆9上的齿条8啮合;所述百叶窗后方设有屏蔽网4,前方设有密封装置。在实施例1的基础上,所述密封装置包括设于窗框1内的密封槽10和贴合设于密封槽10内的密封条11。能够避免外部雨水进入到通风装置,有效保护内部系统。
本实施例提供的密封水密百叶窗设有屏蔽网,能够防止杂物进入且能够有效散射雷达波,达到很好的隐身效果,密封箱好。通过转动手轮,利用手轮带动蜗轮转动,蜗轮带动与之同轴传动的大皮带轮转动,大皮带轮带动小皮带轮转动,小皮带轮带动与其同轴传动的齿轮转动,设于活动支杆上的齿条与齿轮啮合,齿轮带动齿条运动,从而带动活动支杆运动,活动支杆通过铰链带动百叶帘叶片进行翻转,从而实现手轮控制百叶窗的开合,操作灵活,方便。
所述密封条由海绵芯、橡胶包皮和胶浆组成,所述橡胶包皮包覆在海绵芯的表面,橡胶包皮与海绵芯的接合面由胶浆连接;
所述橡胶包皮由以下原料以及重量配比组成:环氧化天然橡胶30-50份、三元乙丙橡胶20-30份、硬脂酸3-5份、白炭黑5-6份、防老剂1-3份、硫化剂3-5份、超细活性高岭土10-15份、松香3-5份、酚醛树脂8-12份、增塑剂5-8份、芳烃油3-5份;所述橡胶包皮中所采用的硫化剂为硫磺或氧化锌。所述橡胶包皮中所采用的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂或柠檬酸三正丁酯。
所述海绵芯由以下原料以及重量配比组成:聚醚多元醇35-80份、异氰酸酯10~55份、粘胶纤维10-20份、发泡剂1-10份、结合剂3-6份、聚氨酯40-50份;
所述胶浆由以下原料以及重量配比组成:三元乙丙橡胶30-40份、氧化锌6-10份、硬脂酸1-2份、机油8-10份、硫磺粉3-5份、防老剂1-3份。由上述原料制得的胶浆耐酸、耐碱、耐热,产品质量稳定。
本实施例制得的密封条耐腐蚀、耐氧化、抗湿滑和气密性好、提高了密封条的硬度,增强了强度、弹性以及耐撕裂性能,延长了使用寿命。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,所述屏蔽网4由互相垂直的经线组和纬线组编织而成,所述经线组和纬线组均有两条并列的单线构成,两条单线分别为聚酯纤维线和铜合金线,所述聚酯纤维线外表面涂覆有铜合金涂层,所述铜合金涂层的表面涂覆有聚酯防护层,所述铜合金线表面涂覆有聚酯防护层。能够避免外部电磁干扰,阻止雷达通过,且能够有效防止杂物进入通风系统,提高了屏蔽网的机械强度和屏蔽性能。
如图2所示,所述活动支杆9上设有腰型孔13,活动支杆9通过穿过腰型孔13的轴位螺钉安装于窗框1上。
实施例3:
在实施例1和2的基础上,本发明还提供了一种制备所述密封水密百叶窗的密封条的方法,制备海绵芯的步骤包括:将配备好的海绵芯原料加入搅拌装置中搅拌半个小时,使得原料混合均匀,将混合料加入发泡缸中,发泡温度为20-60℃,发泡时间为2-5小时,冷却至室温后得成型海绵,将成型海绵浸泡于阻燃剂中4-8小时,然后阴干;
制备橡胶包皮的步骤包括:(1)准备原料:按照重量份配备好各原料,将环氧化天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶在60-70℃烘房内烘软后切胶、破胶成小块;将松香、硬脂酸和酚醛树脂粉碎,并且对其筛选,除去其中的机械杂质或粗粒;对芳烃油进行加热、蒸发水分、过滤杂质;
(2)塑炼:打开密炼机,向密炼机内加入环氧化天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶,密炼温度为90-100℃,密炼时间为5-10分钟,加入增塑剂,将密炼机温度升高至100-110℃,恒温密炼2-5分钟;
(3)混炼:将塑炼后的橡胶以及硬脂酸、超细活性高岭土和白炭黑投入到混炼机中,通过机械搅拌的方式使其混合均匀,混炼40-80s,混炼温度50-65℃,混炼后排胶获得混炼胶;将该混炼胶冷却至室温,再次将混炼胶以及芳烃油、石蜡和防老剂投入到混炼温度为40-60℃的混炼机中,混炼50-80s,混炼结束后排胶得到混炼胶;
(4)模压成型:将步骤(3)中最终得到的混炼胶放置于模具中加热成型,制造出所需形状的橡胶成品;
(5)硫化:将步骤(4)中模压成型后的橡胶成品投入到硫化机中,并且加入硫化剂,硫化温度为130-160℃,硫化时间为10-15分钟,将硫化成型后的橡胶成型产品进行飞边处理,把产品表面处理光滑无毛刺,得到橡胶包皮;
制备胶浆的方法为:配料-炼胶-滤胶-打胶,从而得到所需要的胶浆;将橡胶包皮通过胶浆包覆在海绵芯外表面,从而制得密封条。
上述方法制得的密封条耐腐蚀、耐氧化、抗湿滑性好、气密性优良、提高了密封条的硬度,增加了其强度、弹性以及耐撕裂性能,延长了使用寿命。

Claims (6)
1.一种密封水密百叶窗,包括窗框和设置于窗框内的百叶帘,其特征在于,所述百叶帘从上到下由多个百叶帘叶片组成,所述百叶帘叶片的两端下侧分别通过铰链与两侧的纵向活动支杆连接,所述活动支杆通过轴安装于窗框上;还包括设于窗框外的手轮,所述手轮的螺杆与设于窗框内下部的蜗轮传动连接,所述蜗轮与两端同轴的大齿轮传动连接,所述大齿轮与小齿轮啮合,所述小齿轮与设于活动支杆上的齿条啮合;所述百叶窗后方设有屏蔽网,前方设有密封装置;所述密封装置包括设于窗框内的密封槽和贴合设于密封槽内的密封条;
所述密封条由海绵芯、橡胶包皮和胶浆组成,所述橡胶包皮包覆在海绵芯的表面,橡胶包皮与海绵芯的接合面由胶浆连接;
所述橡胶包皮由以下原料以及重量配比组成:环氧化天然橡胶30-50份、三元乙丙橡胶20-30份、硬脂酸3-5份、白炭黑5-6份、防老剂1-3份、硫化剂3-5份、超细活性高岭土10-15份、松香3-5份、酚醛树脂8-12份、增塑剂5-8份、芳烃油3-5份;
所述海绵芯由以下原料以及重量配比组成:聚醚多元醇35-80份、异氰酸酯10~55份、粘胶纤维10-20份、发泡剂1-10份、结合剂3-6份、聚氨酯40-50份;
所述胶浆由以下原料以及重量配比组成:三元乙丙橡胶30-40份、氧化锌6-10份、硬脂酸1-2份、机油8-10份、硫磺粉3-5份、防老剂1-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种密封水密百叶窗,其特征在于,所述橡胶包皮中所采用的硫化剂为硫磺或氧化锌。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种密封水密百叶窗,其特征在于,所述橡胶包皮中所采用的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂或柠檬酸三正丁酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种密封水密百叶窗,其特征在于,所述屏蔽网由互相垂直的经线组和纬线组编织而成,所述经线组和纬线组均由两条并列的单线构成,两条单线分别为聚酯纤维线和铜合金线,所述聚酯纤维线外表面涂覆有铜合金涂层,所述铜合金涂层的表面涂覆有聚酯防护层,所述铜合金线表面涂覆有聚酯防护层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种密封水密百叶窗,其特征在于,所述活动支杆上设有腰型孔,活动支杆通过穿过腰型孔的轴位螺钉安装于窗框上。
6.一种制备权利要求1-5中任意一项所述密封水密百叶窗的密封条的方法,其特征在于,制备海绵芯的步骤包括:将配备好的海绵芯原料加入搅拌装置中搅拌半个小时,使得原料混合均匀,将混合料加入发泡缸中,发泡温度为20-60℃,发泡时间为2-5小时,冷却至室温后得成型海绵,将成型海绵浸泡于阻燃剂中4-8小时,然后阴干;
制备橡胶包皮的步骤包括:(1)准备原料:按照重量份配备好各原料,将环氧化天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶在60-70℃烘房内烘软后切胶、破胶成小块;将松香、硬脂酸和酚醛树脂粉碎,并且对其筛选,除去其中的机械杂质或粗粒;对芳烃油进行加热、蒸发水分、过滤杂质;

(4)模压成型:将步骤(3)中最终得到的混炼胶放置于模具中加热成型,制造出所需形状的橡胶成品;
(5)硫化:将步骤(4)中模压成型后的橡胶成品投入到硫化机中,并且加入硫化剂,硫化温度为130-160℃,硫化时间为10-15分钟,将硫化成型后的橡胶成型产品进行飞边处理,把产品表面处理光滑无毛刺,得到橡胶包皮;
制备胶浆的方法为:配料-炼胶-滤胶-打胶,从而得到所需要的胶浆;将橡胶包皮通过胶浆包覆在海绵芯外表面,从而制得密封条。
