一种瓦楞纸板间断机，它包括机架(1)、胶辊(2)、刀辊(3)、一组切断装置和电机(11)，切断装置包括气缸(5)、支耳(6)、刀座(7)和刀片(8)，所述刀辊(3)上分别开有一组气缸(5)通过孔，且在一组气缸(5)通过孔内分别设有气缸座(4)和铰支座(9)，本发明优点是：每个刀片分别通过一个气缸控制行程，可以根据需要任意选择刀片的组合，进行完全切断排废或不完全切断换单，简洁实用，控制方便，提高工作效率。

本发明涉及瓦楞纸板切断技术领域，具体涉及一种瓦楞纸板间断机。
背景技术
目前，在瓦楞纸板生产线上，需要对纸板进行切断，由于纸板的宽度不同，在需要对纸板进行切断或不完全切断换单的时候需要更换不同尺寸的刀片，操作复杂，工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前，在瓦楞纸板生产线上，需要对纸板进行切断，由于纸板的宽度不同，在需要对纸板进行切断或不完全切断换单的时候需要更换不同尺寸的刀片，操作复杂，工作效率低。之不足，而提供一种瓦楞纸板间断机。
本发明包括机架、胶辊、刀辊、一组切断装置和电机，胶辊和刀辊两端分别活动安装在机架上，电机通过支架安装在机架上，并分别带动胶辊和刀辊转动；切断装置包括气缸、支耳、刀座和刀片，所述刀辊上分别开有一组气缸通过孔，且在一组气缸通过孔内分别设有气缸座和铰支座，气缸的缸体与气缸座铰接，支耳两端分别与气缸的活塞杆和铰支座铰接，刀片通过刀座安装在支耳上。
它还有一组挡刀条，一组挡刀条分别安装在刀辊上，并分别位于刀座一侧。
它还有PLC控制器和一组电磁阀，PLC控制器分别通过一组电磁阀控制一组气缸的行程。
本发明优点是：每个刀片分别通过一个气缸控制行程，可以根据需要任意选择刀片的组合，进行完全切断排废或不完全切断换单，简洁实用，控制方便，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，本发明包括机架1、胶辊2、刀辊3、一组切断装置和电机11，胶辊2和刀辊3两端分别活动安装在机架1上，电机11通过支架安装在机架1上，并分别带动胶辊2和刀辊3转动；切断装置包括气缸5、支耳6、刀座7和刀片8，所述刀辊3上分别开有一组气缸5通过孔，且在一组气缸5通过孔内分别设有气缸座4和铰支座9，气缸5的缸体与气缸座4铰接，支耳6两端分别与气缸5的活塞杆和铰支座9铰接，刀片8通过刀座7安装在支耳6上。
它还有一组挡刀条10，一组挡刀条10分别安装在刀辊3上，并分别位于刀座7一侧。
它还有PLC控制器12和一组电磁阀13，PLC控制器12分别通过一组电磁阀13控制一组气缸5的行程。
工作方式和原理：胶辊2和刀辊3的一端以及电机11的动力输出轴上分别设有齿轮，电机11通过齿轮传动带动胶辊2和刀辊3转动，纸板在胶辊2上移动，默认情况下刀片8不与纸板接触，当需要对纸板进行剪切的时候，PLC控制器12通过一组电磁阀13控制一组气缸5启动，一组电磁阀13为单向阀，用于控制气缸5进气口和排气口的开启和关闭；一组气缸5的活塞杆推动支耳6，支耳6把刀片8下压对纸板进行剪切，PLC控制器12可以单独控制每个气缸5，也可以同时控制一组气缸5，相邻的一组气缸5同时开启可以对纸板进行切断排废，如果选择间隔的一组气缸5同时开启可以对纸板进行不完全切断，方便纸板的换单。一组挡刀条10起到限位作用，可以限制气缸5的最大行程，保证一组刀片8在一条直线上进行剪切，同时避免气缸5行程过大，刀片8损坏胶辊2的辊面。

1.一种瓦楞纸板间断机，其特征在于它包括机架(1)、胶辊(2)、刀辊(3)、一组切断装置和电机(11)，胶辊(2)和刀辊(3)两端分别活动安装在机架(1)上，电机(11)通过支架安装在机架(1)上，并分别带动胶辊(2)和刀辊(3)转动；切断装置包括气缸(5)、支耳(6)、刀座(7)和刀片(8)，所述刀辊(3)上分别开有一组气缸(5)通过孔，且在一组气缸(5)通过孔内分别设有气缸座(4)和铰支座(9)，气缸(5)的缸体与气缸座(4)铰接，支耳(6)两端分别与气缸(5)的活塞杆和铰支座(9)铰接，刀片(8)通过刀座(7)安装在支耳(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板间断机，其特征在于它还有一组挡刀条(10)，一组挡刀条(10)分别安装在刀辊(3)上，并分别位于刀座(7)一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板间断机，其特征在于它还有PLC控制器(12)和一组电磁阀(13)，PLC控制器(12)分别通过一组电磁阀(13)控制一组气缸(5)的行程。
