本发明公开了一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置,它包括桶身(1),桶身(1)由外壳(2)和内桶(3)构成,内桶(3)中设有一组毛刷滚筒(4),毛刷滚筒(4)下方设有电机(5),内桶(3)璧上设有多组喷头(6),桶身(1)上方设有桶盖(7),桶盖(7)上设有一组与油墨搅拌杆形状契合的刮墨片(8),刮墨片(8)包括片身(9),片身(9)前端设有刮墨条(10)和刮杆缺口(11)。本发明不仅能够清洗油墨搅拌杆,还具有清洗效果好,清洗效率高,清洗成本低的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗装置,特别是一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置。
背景技术
在印刷过程中,油墨是必不可少的一部分。市面上的油墨较为粘稠,根据不同的承印物纸张的不同,油墨的印刷适性不同,所以在印刷之前要将油墨与连接料或稀释剂按比例混合搅拌;此外在印刷过程中常需要使用专色进行印刷,不同的专色需要用不同颜色的油墨按一定比例进行调配混合搅拌,因此,在正式印刷之前需要将油墨进行处理。但由于油墨的粘稠较大,易风干结壳,完成搅拌后油墨极易残留在螺旋搅拌杆上,在调配油墨时会污染其他颜色油墨,干扰颜色准确性,从而影响印刷质量。印刷车间中,更换油墨前和完成油墨搅拌后,需要人工对油墨搅拌装置的油墨搅拌杆进行清洗,由于油墨搅拌杆上的叶片结构较为复杂,并且油墨粘稠度大,需要大量清洁剂冲洗,不仅效率低,而且会造成浪费。并且人工清洗的操作随意性很大,清洗效果的容易存在差异,对印刷质量有影响。因此在清洗油墨搅拌杆时存在难以清洗,清洗效果差,清洗效率低,清洗成本高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置,本发明不仅能够清洗油墨搅拌杆,还具有清洗效果好,清洗效率高,清洗成本低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置,包括桶身,桶身外壳和内桶构成,内桶中设有一组毛刷滚筒,毛刷滚筒下方设有电机,内桶璧上设有多组喷头,桶身上方设有桶盖,桶盖上设有一组与油墨搅拌杆形状契合的刮墨片,刮墨片包括片身,片身前端设有刮墨条和刮杆缺口。
前述的刮墨片可在桶盖上调节位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过喷头喷出清洗剂,配合毛刷滚筒转动对油墨搅拌杆进行清洗,将残留在油墨搅拌杆上的油墨清洗干净,达到清洗油墨搅拌杆的效果;清洗完成后,调整刮墨片位置,通过刮墨片夹紧油墨搅拌杆,在油墨搅拌杆升起时将残留的油墨和清洗剂刮掉,达到二次清洁效果。综上所述,本发明不仅能够清洗油墨搅拌杆,还具有清洗效果好,清洗效率高,清洗成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
本发明的实施例:一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置,构成如图1、图2和图3所示:包括桶身1,桶身1由外壳2和内桶3构成,内桶3中设有一组毛刷滚筒4,毛刷滚筒4下方设有电机5,内桶3璧上设有多组喷头6,桶身1上方设有桶盖7,桶盖7上设有一组与油墨搅拌杆形状契合的刮墨片8,刮墨片8包括片身9,片身9前端设有刮墨条10和刮杆缺口11。
所述的刮墨片8可在桶盖7上调节位置。
油墨搅拌杆构成如图4所示:包括主杆12,主杆12上方设有安装头13,主杆12下方设有螺旋搅拌叶片14
本发明工作原理:在印刷过程中,需要对油墨搅拌杆进行清洗时,将清洗装置放在油墨搅拌杆下方,把油墨搅拌杆伸入清洗装置内桶3中,打开电机5,喷头6将清洗剂喷出,对油墨搅拌杆进行冲洗,同时毛刷滚筒4开始转动,通过毛刷滚筒4转动,对油墨搅拌杆进行刷洗,将残留在油墨搅拌杆上的油墨清洗干净,达到清洗油墨搅拌杆的效果;清洗完成后,关闭电机5,调节刮墨片8位置,刮墨片8上的刮杆缺口14与主杆12的位置对齐,使刮杆缺口11夹住主杆12、刮墨条10夹住螺旋搅拌叶片14,缓缓将油墨搅拌杆升起,由于刮墨片8与油墨搅拌杆形状契合,刮墨条10将螺旋搅拌叶片14上的油墨刮下,刮杆缺口11将主杆12上的油墨刮下,所以刮墨片8可将残留的油墨和清洗剂从油墨搅拌杆上刮下,起到二次清洁作用,进一步提高清洗效果,将油墨搅拌杆清洗干净。

1.一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置,其特征在于:包括桶身(1),桶身(1)由外壳(2)和内桶(3)构成,内桶(3)中设有一组毛刷滚筒(4),毛刷滚筒(4)下方设有电机(5),内桶(3)璧上设有多组喷头(6),桶身(1)上方设有桶盖(7),桶盖(7)上设有一组与油墨搅拌杆形状契合的刮墨片(8),刮墨片(8)包括片身(9),片身(9)前端设有刮墨条(10)和刮杆缺口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油墨搅拌杆清洗装置,其特征在于:所述的刮墨片(8)可在桶盖(7)上调节位置。
