Abstract

本发明公开了一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于该工艺包括饮片制作、提取、浓缩干燥、调配混合、压片步骤，利用该工艺制备的中药速溶茶药材原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成饮片，然后将饮片进行提取，对于中药饮片含有挥发性成份的，则将它的挥发成份收集起来，得到其挥发油，提取工序后得到的提取液再进行浓缩，浓缩液进行喷雾干燥，得到干浸膏粉，再通过加入辅料均质、脱气后得到茶粉，也可对茶粉压片处理，得到片剂，该工艺具有能直接冲服、便于携带、剂量准确，保证质量等优点。

Description

一种中药速溶茶制备工艺
技术领域
本发明专利涉及中药制备领域，尤其是一种中药速溶茶的制备工艺。
背景技术
我国现有慢性病呈爆发上升趋势，如高血压约2亿、糖尿病1.6亿、高血脂1.6亿，脂肪1亿、脑中风近1亿，像胃炎、胃溃疡，肝硬化、支气管炎等更多。中药对于慢性病的治疗优于西药，且副作用很小，受到广大慢性病患者的青睐。现有的中药饮片一般都是切片、切段后晒干、烘干、炒制或蒸制等制成，不但需要加水煎煮成药液，营养成分有所流失，更耗时费力，味苦难喝，不仅浪费药材，定量也不确定；而且这类中药饮片难以保管，不易运输。目前，国内也有人将中药饮片直接打粉，定量包装，按医生处方配好煎煮或泡服，它虽然解决了定量问题，但其它问题仍没解决，而且煎煮或泡服的程序由病人自行掌握，因此疗效得不到保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题，提出的制作工艺，该工艺生产的中药速溶茶可直接冲服，无需煎煮，省时省力，且剂量准确，质量保证，增加药效。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：
一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于该工艺包括以下步骤：
S1、饮片制作：将中药材原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成饮片；
S2、提取：首先将S1步骤得到的饮片粉碎处理，然后将粉碎后的饮片置于常温水中浸泡30-40分钟，最后用文火煎1-1.5小时，冷却过滤后得提取液；
S3、浓缩干燥：采用浓缩法将S2步骤中得到的提取液浓缩，并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥，得干浸膏粉；
S4、调配混合：在S3步骤得到的干浸膏粉中加入不低于干浸膏粉总量的0.5-3％的硅胶粉辅料，混合均匀后再加入可压性淀粉、粘合剂、崩解剂，再将混合物放入均质机中均质，其均质条件为30-40℃，35-37MPa；均质结束后采用真空脱气机进行脱气处理，得到该中药速溶茶茶粉；
另外，在含有挥发性成分的条件下，所述S2步骤中的饮片进行文火煎煮时，对其挥发成分进行收集，并在收集的挥发油中加入不低于挥发油总量20％的微粉多孔硅胶，混合均匀后得固体挥发油，尔后将该固体挥发油混合到S3步骤的到的干浸膏粉中，并在S4步骤中不加硅胶粉辅料。
进一步地，该制备工艺还包括步骤S5：将步骤S4得到的中药速溶茶茶粉通过压片机进行压片处理，得速溶片。
进一步地，步骤S3中的浓缩方法为真空浓缩或反渗透膜浓缩。
进一步地，该制备工艺中的硅胶粉辅料为微粉硅胶。微粉硅胶可以吸附干浸膏粉的水份，使其干燥，流动性好，而且对于包装后的成品具有防潮功能，冲服时可起到分散作用，增强速溶效果。
进一步地，所述的中药材原料为治疗糖尿病的中药，所述中药每份包括黄芪20-40g、生地20-40g、苍术10-20g、元参20-40g、葛根10-20g、丹参10-30g、花粉20-40g、党参10-20g、知母10-20g、生石膏20-40g、黄连10-30g、山芋肉10-20g、山药10-30g。
或者，所述的中药材原料为治疗额窦炎的中药，所述中药每份包括川穹10-20g、羌活5-15g、当归10-20g、荆芥10-20g、防风5-15g、辛夷10-20g、炒苍耳子10-20g、白芷5-15g、薄荷10-20g、酒香附15-30g、菊花20-40g、藁本10-20g、京子10-20g、甘草5-15g。
或者，所述的中药材原料为治疗心痛的中药，所述中药每份包括红参10-20g、生山楂10-20g、元胡10-20g、乳香10-25g、仙灵脾10-25g、白芍10-30g、丹参20-40g。
或者，所述的中药材原料为治疗新生儿黄疸的中药，所述中药每份包括茵陈100-250g、薏仁100-300g、丹参100-250g、大黄100-250g、甘草20-40g、枝子50-150g。
由于微粉多孔硅胶具有较强的吸油能力，所以它能将液体挥发油变成固体挥发油，使得与干浸膏粉混合时易混匀，同时它能防止挥发油的氧化，减少挥发成份的丢失，稳定性好，保证冲饮时中药饮片的质、性、甘、味。应用本品能发挥中医治疗慢病的能力，扩大中医临床领域。
与现有技术相比，本发明提供制作工艺新颖独特，制备的中药速溶茶药材原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成饮片，然后将饮片进行提取，对于中药饮片含有挥发性成份的，则将它的挥发成份收集起来，得到其挥发油，提取工序后得到的提取液再进行浓缩，浓缩液进行喷雾干燥，得到干浸膏粉，再通过加入辅料均质、脱气后得到茶粉，也可对茶粉压片处理，得到片剂。
通过该制备方法得到的速溶茶或速溶片有以下优点：
1、能直接冲服，解除了煎药的诸多烦恼，省时省力，快捷方便。
2、体积小，重量轻(为原饮片的1/10)，清洁卫生，便于携带、储存、出差、旅行也可不中断治疗。
3、剂量准确，保证质量，药材含量高于家庭煎煮汤剂，提高了中药材的利用率，增加了药效。
4、包装袋注明药名、规格，便于核对，病员使用放心。
5、配方不用称，大大减轻中药房劳动强度，加快配方速度，缩短病人等候时间。
6、应用本品能发挥中医治疗慢病的能力，扩大中医临床领域，提高中医就诊率。
7、本品保留了传统饮片的质、气、味，可满足中医辩证施治、随症加减配方的需要，保持和发扬中医传统特色。
8、“药食同源”。部分品种可成为直接服用的保健品，比市场上营养保健品更货真价实、经济实惠。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例一：
一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、饮片制作：将枸杞子原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成100千克饮片；
S2、提取：首先将S1步骤得到的饮片粉碎处理，然后将粉碎后的饮片置于常温水中浸泡30分钟，最后用文火煎1小时，冷却过滤后得提取液；
S3、浓缩干燥：采用真空浓缩法将S2步骤中得到的提取液浓缩，并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥，得约25千克的干浸膏粉；
S4、调配混合：在S3步骤得到的干浸膏粉中加入0.5千克的微粉硅胶，混合均匀后再加入可压性淀粉、粘合剂、崩解剂，再将混合物放入均质机中均质，其均质条件为30℃，35MPa；均质结束后采用真空脱气机进行脱气处理，得到该枸杞子中药速溶茶茶粉。
实施例二：
一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、饮片制作：将细莘原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成100千克饮片；
S2、提取：首先将S1步骤得到的饮片粉碎处理，然后将粉碎后的饮片置于常温水中浸泡35分钟，最后用文火煎1小时，冷却过滤后得提取液，煎煮过程中，对其挥发成分进行收集，收集到约1.2千克的细莘挥发油，并在收集的挥发油中加入0.6千克的微粉多孔硅胶，混合均匀后得约1.8千克固体挥发油；
S3、浓缩干燥：采用反渗透膜浓缩法将S2步骤中得到的提取液浓缩，并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥，得干浸膏粉；
S4、调配混合：将1.8千克固体挥发油与10千克的干浸膏粉混合均匀后再加入可压性淀粉、粘合剂、崩解剂，再将混合物放入均质机中均质，其均质条件为30℃，35MPa；均质结束后采用真空脱气机进行脱气处理，得到该中药速溶茶茶粒。
实施例三：
一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、饮片制作：将黄芪、生地、苍术、元参、葛根、丹参、花粉、党参、知母、生石膏、黄连、山芋肉、山药原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成100千克饮片；
S2、提取：首先将S1步骤得到的饮片粉碎处理，然后将粉碎后的饮片置于常温水中浸泡40分钟，最后用文火煎1.5小时，冷却过滤后得提取液；
S3、浓缩干燥：采用浓缩法将S2步骤中得到的提取液浓缩，并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥，得干浸膏粉；
S4、调配混合：在S3步骤得到的干浸膏粉中加入干浸膏粉总量的3％的硅胶粉辅料，混合均匀后再加入可压性淀粉、粘合剂、崩解剂，再将混合物放入均质机中均质，其均质条件为40℃，37MPa；均质结束后采用真空脱气机进行脱气处理，得到该中药速溶茶茶粉；
S5、将步骤S4得到的中药速溶茶茶粉通过压片机进行压片处理，得速溶片。
实施例四：
一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、饮片制作：将红参、生山楂、元胡、乳香、仙灵脾、白芍、丹参原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成100千克饮片；
S2、提取：首先将S1步骤得到的饮片粉碎处理，然后将粉碎后的饮片置于常温水中浸泡33分钟，最后用文火煎1.3小时，冷却过滤后得提取液；
S3、浓缩干燥：采用浓缩法将S2步骤中得到的提取液浓缩，并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥，得干浸膏粉；
S4、调配混合：在S3步骤得到的干浸膏粉中加入干浸膏粉总量的3％的硅胶粉辅料，混合均匀后再加入可压性淀粉、粘合剂、崩解剂，再将混合物放入均质机中均质，其均质条件为40℃，37MPa；均质结束后采用真空脱气机进行脱气处理，得到该中药速溶茶茶粉；
S5、将步骤S4得到的中药速溶茶茶粉通过压片机进行压片处理，得速溶片。
可以理解的是，以上关于本发明的具体描述，仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换，以达到相同的技术效果；只要满足使用需要，都在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于该工艺包括以下步骤：
S1、饮片制作：将中药材原料按照饮片炮制规范加工成饮片；
S2、提取：首先将S1步骤得到的饮片粉碎处理，然后将粉碎后的饮片置于常温水中浸泡30-40分钟，最后用文火煎1-1.5小时，冷却过滤后得提取液；
S3、浓缩干燥：采用浓缩法将S2步骤中得到的提取液浓缩，并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥，得干浸膏粉；
S4、调配混合：在S3步骤得到的干浸膏粉中加入不低于干浸膏粉总量的0.5-3％的硅胶粉辅料，混合均匀后再加入可压性淀粉、粘合剂、崩解剂，再将混合物放入均质机中均质，其均质条件为30-40℃，35-37MPa；均质结束后采用真空脱气机进行脱气处理，得到该中药速溶茶茶粉；
在含有挥发性成分的条件下，所述S2步骤中的饮片进行文火煎煮时，对其挥发成分进行收集，并在收集的挥发油中加入不低于挥发油总量20％的微粉多孔硅胶，混合均匀后得固体挥发油，尔后将该固体挥发油混合到S3步骤的到的干浸膏粉中，并在S4步骤中不加硅胶粉辅料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：该制备工艺还包括步骤S5：将步骤S4得到的中药速溶茶茶粉通过压片机进行压片处理，得速溶片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：步骤S3中的浓缩方法为真空浓缩或反渗透膜浓缩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：该制备工艺中的硅胶粉辅料为微粉硅胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：所述的中药材原料为治疗糖尿病的中药，所述中药每份包括黄芪20-40g、生地20-40g、苍术10-20g、元参20-40g、葛根10-20g、丹参10-30g、花粉20-40g、党参10-20g、知母10-20g、生石膏20-40g、黄连10-30g、山芋肉10-20g、山药10-30g。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：所述的中药材原料为治疗额窦炎的中药，所述中药每份包括川穹10-20g、羌活5-15g、当归10-20g、荆芥10-20g、防风5-15g、辛夷10-20g、炒苍耳子10-20g、白芷5-15g、薄荷10-20g、酒香附15-30g、菊花20-40g、藁本10-20g、京子10-20g、甘草5-15g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：所述的中药材原料为治疗心痛的中药，所述中药每份包括红参10-20g、生山楂10-20g、元胡10-20g、乳香10-25g、仙灵脾10-25g、白芍10-30g、丹参20-40g。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药速溶茶制备工艺，其特征在于：所述的中药材原料为治疗新生儿黄疸的中药，所述中药每份包括茵陈100-250g、薏仁100-300g、丹参100-250g、大黄100-250g、甘草20-40g、枝子50-150g。
