Abstract

本发明公开了一种氧气湿化液抑菌剂,本发明的主要成分是低浓度的过氧化氢水溶液,并添加了少量调节剂。其中,每1000mL蒸馏水或去离子水中过氧化氢含量为0.01~2.0g,调节剂为苯甲酸、山梨酸、乙酸、甲酸、甘氨酸或柠檬中的一种,调节剂的含量是每1000mL湿化液抑菌剂中含0.1‑10g。本氧气湿化液抑菌剂能够有效抑制细菌的繁殖,保证湿化液不被感染,从而避免交叉感染的发生,进入人体后无毒副作用,并可进一步提高病人吸氧的舒适度和护理人员的工作效率。

一种氧气湿化液抑菌剂
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
背景技术
氧疗是临床最常用的护理技术及抢救治疗手段。氧气湿化液的使用可避免干燥的氧气对呼吸道黏膜的刺激,提高氧疗效果和患者的舒适度。目前临床上仍广泛使用蒸馏水作为氧气湿化液,但由于蒸馏水本身不具备消毒、抑菌作用,在潮湿温暖环境中又极易使细菌生长繁殖,所以不是一种理想的氧气湿化液。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种氧气湿化液抑菌剂,该抑菌剂应能有效代替蒸馏水用作氧气湿化液,具有抑菌效果好,安全性高,进入人体后无毒副作用的特点。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种氧气湿化液抑菌剂,它包含过氧化氢和水,所述过氧化氢和水的质量体积比(g/mL)为0.01~2.0:1000;所述水为蒸馏水或去离子水。
进一步地,每1000mL湿化液抑菌剂还包括0.1-10g的苯甲酸、山梨酸、乙酸、甲酸、甘氨酸或柠檬酸。苯甲酸、山梨酸、乙酸、甲酸、甘氨酸、柠檬酸作为调节剂,其作用是增加过氧化氢稳定性、增强抑菌和杀菌能力、调节抑菌剂的pH值。
本发明的有益效果是:过氧化氢水溶液俗称双氧水,医用双氧水可杀灭肠道致病菌、化脓性球菌,致病酵母菌,一般用于物体表面消毒。过氧化氢分解为水和氧分子(初生态氧),从而将微生物的酶系统氧化,从而达到抑菌目的,抑菌效果好,安全性高,进入人体后无毒副作用。浓度大于3%的双氧水虽抑菌效果强,但对呼吸系统有刺激,不宜作为吸氧湿化液。本发明的氧气湿化液抑菌剂中的过氧化氢的含量浓度极低(仅为0.001~0.2%),对呼吸系统无刺激作用。用氧气湿化液抑菌剂代替蒸馏水作氧气湿化液,可以预防吸氧湿化液在瓶中细菌、微生物滋生,极大地降低因吸氧引起院内感染的风险,杜绝吸氧有关的交叉感染;可广泛应用于临床上吸氧治疗、呼吸机治疗、新生儿暖箱以及气道润湿等,并能进一步提高病人吸氧的舒适度和护理人员的工作效率。此外,本发明制备工艺简单,成本低廉,具有普遍推广使用的社会意义。
具体实施方式
本发明可用下面实施例加以说明。
实施例1:
在容器中加入1.0mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g苯甲酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。
实施例2:
在容器中加入0.5mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g苯甲酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。
实施例3:
在容器中加入1.0mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g山梨酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。
实施例4:
在容器中加入1.0mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g甲酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。
实施例5:
在容器中加入1.0mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g乙酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。
实施例6:
在容器中加入1.0mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g甘氨酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。
实施例7:
在容器中加入1.0mL30%医用双氧水和一定量的去离子水,再加入1.0g柠檬酸,最后加入去离子水定容至1000mL,得到可直接使用的氧气湿化液抑菌剂。
检验合格后分装入湿化瓶中供临床使用。

1.一种氧气湿化液抑菌剂,其特征在于,它包含过氧化氢和水,所述过氧化氢和水的质量体积比(g/mL)约为0.01~2.0:1000;所述水为蒸馏水或去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氧气湿化液抑菌剂,其特征在于:每1000mL湿化液抑菌剂还包括0.1-10g的苯甲酸、山梨酸、乙酸、甲酸、甘氨酸或柠檬酸。
