Description

本发明主要涉及一种毛发剃除装置。
目前已存在有许多毛发剃除装置,这些剃除装置包括在皮肤表面刮来刮去的单刀片或多刀片剃须刀,以及具有驱动相对的刀片作剪式运动的电力振动元件的剃除器。
美国专利3,934,115中描述了一种电烤焦剃除法及其装置,在该装置中,两个薄金属条的被加热的相对边构成了一个长孔,毛发从该长孔中伸入而被烤焦,从而达到毛发剃除的功效。
本发明寻求提供一种改进的毛发剃除装置。
因此,根据本发明的一个实施例,本发明提出一种毛发剃除装置,该装置包含有一个外壳和一个设置于外壳中的激光装置,该激光装置用于产生一束光以作用于待剃除毛发上,这束光用于剃除毛发。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,激光装置用于发出具有某一波长的光束,这束光能大量地被毛发吸收而不被毛发周围组织所大量吸收。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,具有这种波长的光束基本上不被人体皮肤所吸收。
用于剃除毛发装置的较佳光波的波长为0.8微米。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,激光装置的工作波长是这样选择的,即只有特定颜色的毛发,例如白发或灰发被剃除而其余毛发则不被剃除。0.8微米的波长对实现上述目的是较为合适的。上述这种装置可以特别地用来自动剃除不想要的白色或灰色毛发。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,激光装置中还包含有光学传输装置,该传输装置用于将光束导引到毛发处。光学传输装置可以包含有具有光学会聚能力的反射装置和折射装置。
另外,根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,外壳中可以带有一毛发收集装置以收集松散脱落的已被激光束剃下的毛发。该毛发收集装置可以包含有一真空吸尘装置或者一个静电毛发收集装置。
也就是说,本发明提出一种毛发剃除装置,其特征在于,该装置包含有一个外壳和一个设置在外壳中的,用于发出一束作用于待剃除毛发上的光的激光装置,所述光束是用于剃除毛发的;
所述激光装置发出的具有某一波长的光束是能被待剃除毛发大量吸收而不能被与毛发相邻的人体组织所大量吸收的;
具有所述波长的光束一般不被人体皮肤所吸收的;
具有所述波长的光束是基本上能被属于预定颜色范围的毛发所吸收而基本上不能被不属于该颜色范围的毛发所吸收;
具有所述波长的光束是基本上被白或灰的毛发所吸引,以剃下这些毛发,而基本上不被其它颜色的毛发所吸收的;
所述波长为0.8微米;
所述激光装置还包含有光束传输装置以导引光束抵达毛发处;
所述光速传输装置包括具有光学会聚能力的反射装置和折射装置;
所述毛发剃除装置还包含有位于外壳中的毛发收集装置以收集由激光束切下的脱落毛发;
所述毛发收集装置中包含有一真空吸尘装置;
所述光学传输装置包含有用于使所述激光束产生多次反射的装置;
所述光学传输装置包含有使所述激光束聚集的装置。
本发明还提出一种有选择地剃除毛发的方法,该方法包含有下列步骤:
发出具有某一波长的一束激光,该束激光能被选择出要去除的、位于预定颜色范围之内的毛发所大量吸收;而且该束激光不能被选择出不要去除的、位于预定颜色范围之外的毛发所大量吸收;
使上述激光束作用在毛发上以剃除位于所述预定颜色范围内的毛发而不剃除位于所述预定颜色范围以外的毛发。
下面参照附图的详细地描述将有助于进一步透彻理解本发明:
图1A是根据本发明的一个最佳实施例的结构及操作方式的毛发剃除装置的使用状态示意图;

参见图1A、1B和2A、2B,这些图示出了根据本发明的一个最佳实施例的结构及操作方式的激光毛发剃除装置。该激光毛发剃除装置包含有一个外壳10,该外壳10一般由塑料或其它合适的材料制成。激光装置12位于外壳10中,并且该激光装置包含有一个激光源14和一个激光束光学传输装置16,激光光学传输装置16用于导引激光束18,激光束18由激光源14产生并被光学传输装置16导引到毛发19处以剃除毛发。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,激光源14内包含有一个半导体激光器,例如砷化镓激光器,该激光器工作时产生并发出一束具有某一波长的激光束,这一波长的激光束能被毛发,例如面部毛发,大量吸收而不被毛发的周围组织,例如皮肤,大量吸收,尽管其它波长也许也是合适的,但一个较优选的波长值为0.8微米。
本发明的一个特有特征在于恰当地选择激光源14的工作波长,以保证位于激光束18所作用的地点的毛发能够气化及碳化,而使该地点的毛发连在毛囊中的部分和伸在作用地点上方的部分断开,以达到剃除毛发的功效。
本发明的另一个特有特征在于,通过恰当地选择激光源的工作波长,使只有选定颜色的或者是选定颜色范围内的毛发被剃除,而其它颜色的毛发则原封不动地保留下来,这样,在这种方式下,通过一个简单的梳理动作即可将灰或白的毛发自动剃除。
激光束光学传输装置16包含有光反射装置,例如镜片20,和光折射装置,例如透镜22。包含其它合适的光学元件或光学元件组的其它类型的合适的激光束光学传输装置16也是可以的。
根据本发明的一个实施例,本发明的装置中还装设有一个激光束吸收装置30,该吸收装置用于吸收激光束而防止其不适当的刺激作用。
参见图3A、3B,这些图示出了激光毛发剃除装置的一个实施例,该实施例中的激光束光学传输装置设计成可以在一个需剃除毛发的地区产生激光束的多次反射。在这一实施例中,吸收装置30由至少两块镜片32所代替,而且这些镜片是大致上为矩形的镜片所组成的镜片组,以用来提供一种激光束的往复反射工作方式,这样就可以有效地去除相对大的区域上的毛发。而且在本实施例中,激光束首先作用在镜片20上以产生一次与镜片32的镜面不垂直的反射。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,本发明所提出的装置中还具有一个收集由于激光束18的作用而被剃下的松散毛发的装置。这种收集松散脱落的毛发的装置中包含有一电动真空吸尘装置24例如抽气风机,但是该收集装置中也可以有其它合适的收集装置,例如静电收集装置。
激光源14和真空吸尘器二者可以由合适的供电装置26供应电力,而供电装置26可以是由外界电源充电或间歇充电的电池。
参见图4,该图示出了具有本发明的一个实施例的结构和工作方式的毛发剃除装置,该剃除装置中包含有许多与上述图2A、2B、3A、3B所示的实施例中相同的元件而且这些元件用与上述实施例中相同的标号标出。在图4所示的这一实施例中,具有一个梳齿部40,该梳齿部用于梳理人体头部上的基本上位于同一平面里的毛发,这样,通过透镜22的聚焦,激光束18可以作用在这些毛发上。另外,透镜22可以省去,这样作为另一种替换结构,还可以使用一个附加的光学装置作为激光束的定位或聚焦装置,以导引其沿多路穿行或进行有效地扫描。
图4中实施例的一个特有特征在于提供了一种特定颜色剃除功能,这样就可以保证白或灰的毛发能被自动剃除而留下未剃除的黑色毛发。另外,本实施例还可以提供一种毛发去薄功能,依靠这一功能,激光束可以仅去除全部毛发中希望去除的那一部分。
对于熟悉这一领域的人来说,本发明并不仅限于上面所图示和描述的那些。本发明的限定范围将由下面的权利要求所限定。

Claims (13)

1、一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,该装置包含有一个外壳和一个设置在外壳中的,用于发出一束作用于待剃除毛发上的光的激光装置,所述光束是用于剃除毛发的。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述激光装置发出的具有某一波长的光束是能被待剃除毛发大量吸收而不能被与毛发相邻的人体组织所大量吸收的。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,具有所述波长的光束是一般不被人体皮肤所吸收的。
4、如上述任一权利要求所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,具有所述波长的光束是基本上被属于预定颜色范围的毛发所吸收而基本上不被不属于该颜色范围的毛发所吸收。
5、如权利要求4所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,具有所述波长的光束是基本上被白或灰的毛发所吸收,以剃下这些毛发,而基本上不被其它颜色的毛发所吸收的。
6、如权利要求2-5中任一项所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述波长为0.8微米。
7、如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述激光装置还包含有光学传输装置以导引光束抵达毛发处。
8、如权利要求7所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述光学传输装置包括具有光学会聚能力的反射装置和折射装置。
9、如上述任一项权利要求所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述装置还包含有位于外壳中的毛发收集装置以收集由激光束切下的脱落毛发。
10、如权利要求9所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述毛发收集装置中包含有一真空吸尘装置。
11、如权利要求7-10中任一项所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述光学传输装置包含有用于使所述激光束产生多次反射的装置。
12、如权利要求7-11中任一项所述的一种毛发剃除装置,其特征是,所述光学传输装置中包含有使所述激光束聚焦的装置。
13、一种有选择地剃除毛发的方法,该方法包含有下列步骤:
发出具有某一波长的一束激光,该束激光能被选择出要去除的、位于预定颜色范围之内的毛发所大量吸收;而且该束激光不能被选择出不要去除的、位于预定颜色范围之外的毛发所大量吸收;
使上述激光束作用在毛发上以剃除位于所述预定颜色范围内的毛发而不剃除属于所述预定颜色范围以外的毛发。
