Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,包括箱体,所述箱体包括上箱体和下箱体,上箱体内固定安装光伏电池单元,下箱体内固定安装畜电池单元,上箱体和下箱体之间填充密封隔热垫,密封隔热垫的中部带有容置腔,容置腔内安装储蓄放电控制器和稳压器,光伏电池单元、储蓄放电控制器、稳压器和蓄电池单元之间采用电线连接;下箱体的壁面为双层中空结构,其中空结构内自外壁向内壁依次填充有温度调节层和恒温材料层。本发明一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,结构简单,设计合理,其通过对放置蓄电池单元的下箱体进行调温保温设计,有效降低了蓄电池单元的环境温度变化,提高了蓄电池的放电吸能和使用寿命,进而提高了太阳能储蓄电池的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池领域,特别是涉及一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池。
背景技术
随着光电技术的飞快发展,太阳能储能蓄电池得到了迅猛发展。目前在生活中得到的广泛的应用。中所周知,蓄电池在充电及放电的过程中,环境温度的变化对蓄电池的充放电性能及使用寿命产生了巨大的影响。环境温度的变化(10℃左右)不仅影响了蓄电池的性能,而且还会明显缩短蓄电池的使用寿命,从而增大电池本身的使用成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,能够解决环境温度变化对蓄电池的影响,进而提高太阳能储能蓄电池的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,包括:箱体,所述箱体包括上箱体和下箱体,所述上箱体内固定安装有光伏电池单元,所述下箱体内固定安装有畜电池单元,所述上箱体和下箱体之间填充有密封隔热垫,所述密封隔热垫的中部带有容置腔,所述容置腔内安装有储蓄放电控制器和稳压器,所述光伏电池单元、储蓄放电控制器、稳压器和蓄电池单元之间采用电线连接;所述下箱体的壁面为双层中空结构,其中空结构内自外壁向内壁依次填充有温度调节层和恒温材料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下箱体的顶部位于所述密封隔热垫下面设有一层恒温材料层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下箱体外壁面为蓄热材料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上箱体的顶部为透明材质。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上箱体的顶部安装有透镜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,结构简单,设计合理,其通过对放置蓄电池单元的下箱体进行调温保温设计,有效降低了蓄电池单元的环境温度变化,提高了蓄电池的放电吸能和使用寿命,进而提高了太阳能储蓄电池的使用寿命。

一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,包括:箱体1,该箱体1包括上箱体11和下箱体12,所述上箱体11内固定安装有光伏电池单元2,下箱体12内固定安装有畜电池单元3,上箱体11和下箱体12之间填充有密封隔热垫4,所述密封隔热垫4的中部带有容置腔,其内安装有储蓄放电控制器5和稳压器6,所述光伏电池单元2、储蓄放电控制器4、稳压器5和蓄电池单元3之间采用电线连接。
所述上箱体11的顶部为透明材质,并安装有透镜7。透明材质的上箱体及透镜的设计,使得太阳能最大程度的照射到光伏电池单元上,有助于光伏电池单元吸收太阳能,提高储能效率。
所述下箱体12的壁面为双层中空结构,其中空结构内自外壁向内壁依次填充有温度调节层8和恒温材料层9,且下箱体外壁面为蓄热材料。这一下箱体壁面结构能够有效调节下箱体内的环境温度,缩小温差,给蓄电池提供恒定的环境温度,以提高其蓄放电吸能和使用寿命。
所述下箱体12的顶部位于密封隔热垫4下面设有一层恒温材料9,用于进一步维持下箱体内的环境温度。

1.一种耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,包括:箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体包括上箱体和下箱体,所述上箱体内固定安装有光伏电池单元,所述下箱体内固定安装有畜电池单元,所述上箱体和下箱体之间填充有密封隔热垫,所述密封隔热垫的中部带有容置腔,所述容置腔内安装有储蓄放电控制器和稳压器,所述光伏电池单元、储蓄放电控制器、稳压器和蓄电池单元之间采用电线连接;所述下箱体的壁面为双层中空结构,其中空结构内自外壁向内壁依次填充有温度调节层和恒温材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,其特征在于,所述下箱体的顶部位于所述密封隔热垫下面设有一层恒温材料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,其特征在于,所述下箱体外壁面为蓄热材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,其特征在于,所述上箱体的顶部为透明材质。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐用太阳能储能蓄电池,其特征在于,所述上箱体的顶部安装有透镜。
