Abstract

本发明公开了一种后锁式ZIF连接器。该连接器包括加强焊脚、塑胶主体、导电端子和翻盖,导电端子上下排都设有多个触点,且上下排多个触点相互交错,两个加强焊脚分别安装于塑胶主体两侧内壁,导电端子从塑胶主体的后面嵌入卡槽里,翻盖两侧的转轴推入密闭空间内;导电端子上部前端设有一个向外延伸的平面,此平面用来支撑翻盖下翻限位用。本设计的多个触点接触方式与交错位置排列可以增加端子与软排线金手指的接触面积,从而提供更高的摩擦力,使排线与连接器保持接触更牢靠。上下多个接点错位排列,使导电端子与软排线金手指咬合更紧密,排线不易拉出。翻盖两侧转轴被限制在一个封闭的空间内,从而确保翻盖完全不脱离。

一种后锁式ZIF连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及连接器,尤其是涉及一种后锁式ZIF连接器,特别适用于手机、数码相机等手持式电子产品,以及NB PAD等电脑产品信号连接。
背景技术
目前市场上的后翻式ZIF连接器产品其翻盖都是依靠导电端子与加强焊片压紧转轴来防止翻盖脱落。后翻式ZIF连接器产品是通过后翻盖下压后,翻盖内转轴撬动导电端子下压,导电端子头部接触点压紧软排线上的金手指,从而实现导通功能。后翻式ZIF连接器产品是通过上下翻转盖子来实现此产品的打开与闭合动作。此种产品结构只有一个凸点接触面,接触面积小,导致软排线在水平面上的保持力(摩擦力)小,很容易松脱。翻盖翻转过程中容易脱离。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的问题和缺陷,本发明提供一种后锁式ZIF连接器。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种后锁式ZIF连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器包括加强焊脚、塑胶主体、导电端子和翻盖,所述导电端子上下排都设有多个触点,且上下排多个触点相互交错,使导电端子与软排线金手指紧密咬合;所述两个加强焊脚分别安装于塑胶主体两侧内壁,与塑胶主体的内壁分别形成密闭空间,导电端子从塑胶主体的后面嵌入卡槽里,翻盖两侧的转轴推入所述的密闭空间内,转轴被限制在此密闭空间内转动;所述导电端子上部前端设有一个向外延伸的平面,此平面用来支撑翻盖下翻限位用。
本发明所产生的有益效果是:本设计的多个触点接触方式与交错位置排列可以增加端子与软排线金手指的接触面积,从而提供更高的摩擦力,使排线与连接器保持接触更牢靠。上下多个接点错位排列,使导电端子与软排线金手指咬合更紧密,排线不易拉出。翻盖两侧转轴被限制在一个封闭的空间内,从而确保翻盖完全不脱离。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
参照图1至图10,本设计包括加强焊脚1、塑胶主体2、导电端子3和翻盖4,导电端子上下排都设有多个触点300,且上下排多个触点300相互交错,使导电端子3与软排线金手指紧密咬合;两个加强焊脚1分别安装于塑胶主体2两侧内壁,与塑胶主体2的内壁分别形成密闭空间,导电端子3从塑胶主体2的后面嵌入卡槽200里,翻盖4两侧的转轴400推入这个密闭空间内,转轴400被限制在此密闭空间内转动;导电端子3上部前端设有一个向外延伸的平面301,此平面301用来支撑翻盖4下翻限位用。
本设计的装配及原理:导电端子3上下排都具有多个触点结构,且上下排多个触点300是相互交错存在,上下排触点300形状不同。多个触点接触方式与交错位置排列可以增加端子与软排线金手指的接触面积,从而提供更高的摩擦力,使排线与连接器保持接触更牢靠。上下多个接点错位排列,使导电端子与软排线金手指咬合更紧密,排线不易拉出。
两个加强焊脚1分别安装于塑胶主体2两侧内壁,与塑胶主体2的内壁分别形成密闭空间。导电端子3从塑胶主体2的后面嵌入卡槽200里。翻盖4两侧转轴400被限制在一个封闭的空间内,从而确保翻盖4可以完全不脱离。此封闭空间三面是塑胶一体成型的包裹空间,另一面是由加强焊脚1组装到塑胶主体2内,从而与塑胶主体2一体成型的三面包裹空间形成一个密闭空间。翻盖4两侧转轴400可以硬推入到这个密闭空间内,从而转轴400被限制在此密闭空间内转动。因翻盖4两侧转轴400与塑胶主体2两侧密闭空间侧壁都为塑胶,具有一定塑性,故翻盖4硬推入过程中不会破坏转轴与塑胶壁。
导电端子3焊脚上部向外延伸出一个平面301,此平面用来支撑翻盖下翻限位用,如果没有此限位平面,翻盖下翻位移量过大,翻盖内的转轴会过量支起导电端子上臂,从而造成端子发生溃PIN。
此连接器焊接到PCB电路板上,后翻盖竖起处于打开状态,此时元件模组上的柔性软排线水平插入此连接器槽内。同时向下翻转后翻盖,翻盖内转轴会撬动导电端子下压咬紧软排线金手指。此时元件即可通过此连接器与PCB形成电路导通。

1.一种后锁式ZIF连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器包括加强焊脚(1)、塑胶主体(2)、导电端子(3)和翻盖(4),所述导电端子上下排都设有多个触点(300),且上下排多个触点(300)相互交错,使导电端子(3)与软排线金手指紧密咬合;所述两个加强焊脚(1)分别安装于塑胶主体(2)两侧内壁,与塑胶主体(2)的内壁分别形成密闭空间,导电端子(3)从塑胶主体(2)的后面嵌入卡槽(200)里,翻盖(4)两侧的转轴(400)推入所述的密闭空间内,转轴(400)被限制在此密闭空间内转动;所述导电端子(3)上部前端设有一个向外延伸的平面(301),此平面(301)用来支撑翻盖(4)下翻限位用。
