Spray humidifier 5 includes plunger pump 6, high pressure water pipe 8, nozzle 7, spray humidifier 5 installs in mixing channel 10 roof department, and this position more does benefit to even spraying in whole space of fog, and spray humidifier theory of operation is that the water that will purify treatment through plunger pump 6 pressurizes to 7Mpa, and rethread high pressure water pipe 8 conveys nozzle 7, sprays whole space with the little fog of 3 ~ 10um after atomizing, becomes the gaseous state from liquid state, makes space humidity obtain the increase or reduce. Meanwhile, the medicament is added into the water, so that the water-saving disinfectant has the functions of spraying, disinfecting and cleaning. Multiple purposes are achieved, and the use is economical. The plunger pump 6 is installed in the spray humidifier 5 and is a source of power of the spray humidifier 5, and the high-pressure water pipe 8 is used for connecting the plunger pump 6 and the nozzle 7 and is made of a high-pressure rubber pipe.
The ultraviolet lamp 9 is installed at the roof of the mixing channel 10 and keeps a distance of 90cm from the spray humidifier 5, so that the ultraviolet lamp is not interfered by fog released by the spray humidifier 5 when the ultraviolet lamp works, and the scientific principle of ultraviolet disinfection is that the ultraviolet lamp mainly acts on DNA of microorganisms to destroy the DNA structure, so that the DNA structure loses the functions of propagation and self-replication, thereby achieving the aim of sterilization and disinfection.
The filter membrane 11 is arranged at the front end of the air inlet 12, is a screening process related to the size of the membrane aperture, takes the pressure difference on two sides of the membrane as a driving force, takes the ultrafiltration membrane as a filter medium, when air flows through the surface of the membrane, a plurality of fine micropores densely distributed on the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane only allow water and small molecular substances to pass through, and substances with the volume larger than the micropore aperture on the surface of the membrane in stock solution are intercepted on the air inlet side of the membrane, thereby realizing the purpose of filtering the air.
The distance between the air inlet 12 and the ground is 70cm, the distance between the induced draft fan 14 and the ground is 90cm, and the prepared air enters the animal activity area 13 from the air inlet 12, flows through the body surface of an animal in a substantially parallel manner, is discharged out of the house from the induced draft fan 14 and is concentrated in the air return channel 15. A large amount of cold/heat, ammonia gas, dust and peculiar smell are discharged to the air return channel 15 in cold/hot air from the livestock and poultry house, and the induced draft fans 14 are uniformly distributed on the outer walls of the two sides of the air return channel.
The air recovery washing part 18 is arranged on the roof of the air return channel 15, the principle is that a circulating water pump 17 is arranged in a water accumulating tank 20, water in the water accumulating tank 20 is conveyed to the upper part of a water curtain 19 through a water pipe 21 under the power of the circulating water pump 17, the water is uniformly dispersed and sprayed from top to bottom to return to the water accumulating tank 20 after passing through the whole water curtain 19, circulation is repeated, dirty air with heat in a poultry house enters the air recovery washing part 18 through an exhaust fan 16 on the roof of the air return channel 15, then passes through the water curtain 19, the dirty air and sterilization and deodorization factors in the water are neutralized while the water in the water curtain 19 is heated, the air recovery washing part has the functions of bacteriostasis, sterilization and deodorization, has good decomposition and removal effects on ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other stink, and finally the clean air is exhausted to the outside through an exhaust port 22. After the temperature of the water in the water collecting tank 20 is increased (or decreased), the water can be conveyed to the temperature modulator 1 through a circulating pipeline to heat (or cool) the livestock house, and the heat in the polluted air with the heat in the livestock house is recycled. Most of cold/heat in the air is recovered by the air recovery washing part 18, and ammonia gas, dust and microorganisms in the air are absorbed at the same time, so that the air discharged from the air outlet 22 is dust-free and tasteless, the cold/heat recovery can reach more than 75%, and the odor and the dust can be reduced by more than 80%.

1. An artificial environment energy-saving environment-friendly culture system is characterized by comprising two livestock houses, an air temperature modulation part, an air quality regulation part, an air return channel (15) and an air recovery washing part (18), which are symmetrically arranged in parallel; the air return channel (15) is arranged between two adjacent outer walls of two livestock and poultry houses and consists of the outer walls, an induced draft fan (14), end walls on two sides, the ground, a roof and an induced draft fan (16), the length of the air return channel is consistent with that of the livestock and poultry houses, and the width of the air return channel is 3-6 m; the air temperature modulation part is an air temperature modulator (1) arranged on the outer wall of one side of the livestock and poultry house and consists of a frame (3) made of waterproof pipelines, heat exchange pipes (2) and a filter screen (4) clamped between the two rows of heat exchange pipes; the air quality adjusting part comprises a mixing air channel (10), a separation wall, a spraying humidifier (5), an ultraviolet lamp (9), a filter membrane (11) and an air inlet (12), the separation wall is arranged in the livestock and poultry house, the mixing air channel (10) is formed between the separation wall and an outer wall provided with the air temperature modulator (1), the spraying humidifier (5) and the ultraviolet lamp (9) are arranged at the top of the mixing air channel, the air inlet (12) is arranged on the separation wall, the filter membrane (11) is arranged on one side of the air inlet, and the spraying humidifier (5) consists of a plunger pump (6), a nozzle (7) and a high-pressure water pipe (8); the air recovery washing part (18) is of a cuboid structure, is arranged on the roof of the air return channel (15), and consists of two side vertical surfaces, a top surface, two side end surfaces, an air outlet (22), an exhaust fan (16), a water accumulation tank (20), a water curtain (19), a circulating water pump (17) and a water pipe (21), wherein the exhaust fan (16) is arranged on one side of the roof of the air return channel (15) opposite to the air outlet (22) of the air recovery washing part (18), and the water accumulation tank (20) is arranged inside the air recovery washing part (18); the water curtain (19) is erected in the water collecting tank, the length of the water curtain is consistent with the length of the vertical surface of the air recovery washing part (18), and the top of the water curtain is connected with the top surface of the air recovery washing part (18); one end of the water pipe (21) is arranged at the top of the water curtain (19), the other end of the water pipe is connected with the circulating water pump (17) and inserted into the water collecting tank, and the air outlet (22) is arranged at the position where the vertical surface and the top surface of one side of the air recovery washing part (18) are adjacent; the frame (3) and the heat exchange tubes (2) are made of PVC waterproof pipelines.
2. The artificial environment energy-saving and environment-friendly cultivation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the air inlet (12) and the ground is 70 cm.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the width of the mixing duct (10) is 1.5-2 m.
4. The artificial environment energy-saving and environment-friendly cultivation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the induced draft fan (14) and the ground is 70-90 cm.
5. The artificial environment energy-saving and environment-friendly cultivation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the ultraviolet lamp (9) and the spray humidifier (5) is 70-120 cm.
6. The artificial environment energy-saving and environment-friendly culture system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the return air channel (15) is 4 m.
