本发明涉及石油管道技术领域,尤其是一种耐盐石油管道。
背景技术
石油管道的敷设方式包括架空敷设和埋地敷设。当石油管道埋地敷设时,会受到土壤中酸、碱、盐及其他具有腐蚀性物质的侵害,石油管道一旦敷设后,应该确保管道在几十年时间正常使用,不发生因腐蚀而导致管道破裂、漏油现象,如防腐做不好,管道的寿命会大大缩短,所以石油管道埋地敷设时,一定要做好防腐,特别是在盐碱地下敷设时更应该做好石油管道防腐。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供了一种耐盐石油管道。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现的:
一种耐盐石油管道,包括内钢管,所述内钢管外壁由内而外依次为过氧乙烯树脂层、酚醛树脂层、环氧煤沥青树脂层和橡胶涂料层。
进一步的,所述过氧乙烯树脂层的厚度为0.7-1mm,所述酚醛树脂层的厚度为0.7-1mm,所述环氧煤沥青树脂层的厚度为0.7-1.2mm,所述橡胶涂料层的厚度为0.7-1.0mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的耐盐石油管道,具有强耐盐腐蚀性能,完全适应石油管道在高盐分的土地中敷设,确保管道的寿命达到50年以上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述耐腐石油管道,包括一根内钢管1,在内钢管外壁先涂0.7-1mm厚的过氧乙烯树脂层,再涂0.7-1mm厚的环氧煤沥青树脂层,再涂0.7-1.2mm厚的环氧煤沥青树脂层,最后涂0.7-1.0mm厚的橡胶涂料层。

1.一种耐盐石油管道,包括内钢管,其特征在于,所述内钢管外壁由内而外依次为过氧乙烯树脂层、酚醛树脂层、环氧煤沥青树脂层和橡胶涂料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐盐石油管道,其特征在于,所述过氧乙烯树脂层的厚度为0.7-1mm,所述酚醛树脂层的厚度为0.7-1mm,所述环氧煤沥青树脂层的厚度为0.7-1.2mm,所述橡胶涂料层的厚度为0.7-1.0mm。
