本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种波浪式箱体壁减速机,。
背景技术
传统减速机在箱体铸造时,首先考虑的强度问题,这就导致了厚度较大,影响了减速机整体的散热。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单,能有效润滑、散热,同时兼顾整体强度的波浪式箱体壁减速机。
本发明的技术方案是:一种波浪式箱体壁减速机,其特征在于:包括箱体、输入轴、输出轴、多级圆柱齿轮传动机构和上封盖,输入轴穿接支撑于箱体内经多级圆柱齿轮传动机构传动穿接支撑于箱体内的输出轴,上封盖设置于箱体上端,上封盖上设置通气帽,箱体内壁或上封盖上挂接一个以上沿各级轴的轴向设置的导油槽,导油槽的两端对应各级轴的支撑轴承或轴承座,所诉箱体的内壁和/或外壁为波浪式。
本发明采用波浪式结构的箱体内壁和/或外壁,有利于增加箱体面积,提高散热效果,同时提高箱体壁的强度,同时配以对应各级轴的导油槽,收集各级轴上齿轮旋转带其的润滑油并送至各级轴的支撑轴承或轴承进行润滑,提高减速机润滑效果,延长使用寿命。

图1所示:一种波浪式箱体壁减速机包括箱体1、输入轴、输出轴、多级圆柱齿轮传动机构和上封盖2,输入轴穿接支撑于箱体内经多级圆柱齿轮传动机构传动穿接支撑于箱体内的输出轴,上封盖2设置于箱体1上端,上封盖2上设置通气帽3,箱体内壁或上封盖上挂接一个以上沿各级轴的轴向设置的导油槽4,导油槽的两端对应各级轴的支撑轴承或轴承座,箱体1的内壁和/或外壁为波浪式。
