Abstract

本发明公开了一种大棚环保农用机，包括动力机，在动力机的下侧安装行走履带，在动力机一侧的行走履带上安装车厢，在动力机的排气口安装尾气净化装置；尾气净化装置包括装有滤芯的第一过滤筒，第一过滤筒通过第一连接管连接第二过滤筒，第二过滤筒通过第二连接管连接第三过滤筒，第三过滤筒通过第三连接管连接干燥筒，干燥筒通过第四连接管连接燃烧箱，燃烧箱通过第五连接管连接第四过滤筒，在第五连接管上连接气泵，在第四过滤筒上连接出气管。本发明的优点：本大棚用环保农用机械操作简单，环保实用，履带底盘能够适应不同的路面，通过尾气净化装置，将燃油尾气中的颗粒和气体污染物充分净化，减少对大棚内蔬菜作物和操作人员的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种大棚环保农用机。
背景技术
大棚作为农业蔬菜作物的种植，由于其能调节温度被广泛的应用，而现有技术中使用的农用机械大多使用燃油发动机来提供动力，而排放的尾气会带来严重的空气污染，在大棚相对封闭的环境中作业时，由于大棚中的空气不流通，会造成烟油尾气不能及时的排处大棚，对大棚内的蔬菜等作物造成污染，影响其生长环境，同时产生的噪声污染也对人体也造成伤害，同时，农用机械用的普通圆形轮胎相对实用于平坦的路面，对较恶劣的路面则会降低工作效率，为此，我们提出一种大棚用环保农用机械。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种大棚环保农用机。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种大棚环保农用机，其特征在于：包括动力机，在动力机的下侧安装行走履带，在动力机一侧的行走履带上安装车厢，在动力机的排气口安装尾气净化装置；
所述尾气净化装置包括第一过滤筒，第一过滤筒的一端设有进气管、另一端设有第一连接管，在第一过滤筒内设有滤芯，第一连接管连接第二过滤筒，在第二过滤筒内设有酸性中和液，第一连接管的出气口设置在酸性中和液内，第二过滤筒通过第二连接管连接第三过滤筒，在第三过滤筒内设有碱性中和液，第二连接管的出气口设置在碱性中和液内，第三过滤筒通过第三连接管连接干燥筒，在干燥筒内配合连接一组干燥层，干燥筒通过第四连接管连接燃烧箱，在燃烧箱的底部设有鼓风机，在燃烧箱的出风口安装一组电子点火嘴，燃烧箱通过第五连接管连接第四过滤筒，在第五连接管上连接气泵，在第四过滤筒内设有过滤水，第五连接管的出气口设置在过滤水内，在第四过滤筒上连接出气管。
优选地，在所述第二过滤筒内间隔平行设置一组第一隔板，在每个第一隔板的一侧均设有一组第一通孔，任意相邻两个第一隔板上的第一通孔均错位设置。
优选地，在所述第三过滤筒内间隔平行设置一组第二隔板，在每个第二隔板的一侧均设有一组第二通孔，任意相邻两个第二隔板上的第二通孔均错位设置。
优选地，所述干燥层包括两个平行设置的网板，在两个网板之间填充吸附炭。
本发明的优点在于：本大棚用环保农用机械操作简单，环保实用，履带底盘能够适应不同的路面，通过尾气净化装置，将燃油尾气中的颗粒和气体污染物充分净化，减少对大棚内蔬菜作物和操作人员的伤害。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示，本发明提供的一种大棚环保农用机，包括动力机26，在动力机26的下侧安装行走履带27，在动力机26一侧的行走履带27上安装车厢28，在动力机26的排气口安装尾气净化装置29。
所述尾气净化装置29包括第一过滤筒1，第一过滤筒1的一端设有进气管2、另一端设有第一连接管3，在第一过滤筒1内设有滤芯4，第一连接管3连接第二过滤筒5，在第二过滤筒5内设有酸性中和液6，第一连接管3的出气口设置在酸性中和液6内，在第二过滤筒5的酸性中和液6内内间隔平行设置一组第一隔板7，在每个第一隔板7的一侧均设有一组第一通孔8，任意相邻两个第一隔板7上的第一通孔8均错位设置。
第二过滤筒5通过第二连接管9连接第三过滤筒10，在第三过滤筒10内设有碱性中和液11，第二连接管9的出气口设置在碱性中和液11内，在第三过滤筒10的碱性中和液11内间隔平行设置一组第二隔板12，在每个第二隔板12的一侧均设有一组第二通孔13，任意相邻两个第二隔板12上的第二通孔13均错位设置。
第三过滤筒10通过第三连接管14连接干燥筒15，在干燥筒15内配合连接一组干燥层16，干燥层16包括两个平行设置的网板，在两个网板之间填充吸附炭。干燥筒15通过第四连接管17连接燃烧箱18，在燃烧箱18的底部设有鼓风机19，在燃烧箱18的出风口安装一组电子点火嘴20，燃烧箱18通过第五连接管21连接第四过滤筒24，在第五连接管21上连接气泵23，在第四过滤筒24内设有过滤水24，第五连接管21的出气口设置在过滤水24内，在第四过滤筒24上连接出气管25。

1.一种大棚环保农用机，其特征在于：包括动力机(26)，在动力机(26)的下侧安装行走履带(27)，在动力机(26)一侧的行走履带(27)上安装车厢(28)，在动力机(26)的排气口安装尾气净化装置(29)；
所述尾气净化装置(29)包括第一过滤筒(1)，第一过滤筒(1)的一端设有进气管(2)、另一端设有第一连接管(3)，在第一过滤筒(1)内设有滤芯(4)，第一连接管(3)连接第二过滤筒(5)，在第二过滤筒(5)内设有酸性中和液(6)，第一连接管(3)的出气口设置在酸性中和液(6)内，第二过滤筒(5)通过第二连接管(9)连接第三过滤筒(10)，在第三过滤筒(10)内设有碱性中和液(11)，第二连接管(9)的出气口设置在碱性中和液(11)内，第三过滤筒(10)通过第三连接管(14)连接干燥筒(15)，在干燥筒(15)内配合连接一组干燥层(16)，干燥筒(15)通过第四连接管(17)连接燃烧箱(18)，在燃烧箱(18)的底部设有鼓风机(19)，在燃烧箱(18)的出风口安装一组电子点火嘴(20)，燃烧箱(18)通过第五连接管(21)连接第四过滤筒(24)，在第五连接管(21)上连接气泵(23)，在第四过滤筒(24)内设有过滤水(24)，第五连接管(21)的出气口设置在过滤水(24)内，在第四过滤筒(24)上连接出气管(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大棚环保农用机，其特征在于：在所述第二过滤筒(5)内间隔平行设置一组第一隔板(7)，在每个第一隔板(7)的一侧均设有一组第一通孔(8)，任意相邻两个第一隔板(7)上的第一通孔(8)均错位设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大棚环保农用机，其特征在于：在所述第三过滤筒(10)内间隔平行设置一组第二隔板(12)，在每个第二隔板(12)的一侧均设有一组第二通孔(13)，任意相邻两个第二隔板(12)上的第二通孔(13)均错位设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大棚环保农用机，其特征在于：所述干燥层(16)包括两个平行设置的网板，在两个网板之间填充吸附炭。
