本发明公开了一种高防电弧值薄型棉锦混纺阻燃面料的生产方法,属于阻燃面料的制备工艺技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:依次浸轧第一种阻燃剂工作液和第二种阻燃剂工作液,于90‑100℃烘干,氨熏,氧化水洗,拉幅,预缩,检验包装。本发明实现了薄型棉锦混纺织物达到中厚型织物的ATPV值效果,从而可以让高温地区或高温环境下工作的使用者获得更舒适的体验度,具有较为广阔的市场应用前景。

高防电弧值薄型棉锦混纺阻燃面料的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于阻燃面料的制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种高防电弧值薄型棉锦混纺阻燃面料的生产方法。
背景技术
随着工业技术的快速发展,出现了越来越多的电弧伤害事故,受害者在日益增多。面对这样的状况,如果现场人员穿着具有防火及防电弧性能的服装,在灾难中逃生和获救的希望就会越大,遭受的伤害也就越小。因此,用阻燃、防电弧系列面料做成的服装,有效的解决了长期困扰在电力、化工等行业的操作人员的安全问题,大大降低了电弧对操作人员的伤害概率。
用于衡量防电弧性能的指标叫电弧热能值(ATPV),这个数值被定义为使用者出现2度烧伤前,所能承受的最大事故热能,单位用卡/平方厘米(car/cm2)来表示。显然织物的ATPV值越大,它的热防护性能就越好。2011年,中国电力行业颁布了《个人电弧防护用品通用技术要求》(DL-T 320-2010),使得中国个体防护纺织品在防电弧方面与国际接轨。
通常情况下,面料做的厚一些、密实一些,防电弧性能就会好一些,所以国外厂商会根据风险评估的大小,要求使用者穿不同厚度的服装,有的会被要求穿两层甚至三层服装以求达到更好的防护效果。原则上讲,在防火性能接近的情况下,织物厚一些肯定会好,但是在一些热带地区和特殊工作场所,由于环境温度高,就不能长期穿着太厚的衣物,经过长期的总结,国外经常被使用的面料根据平方米重量的大小有薄、中、厚三种,它们的防电弧值见下表:

然而,目前更多的客户追求较低的克重和较高的ATPV值(也即是薄型面料达到中厚型ATPV值),以求更好的舒适度。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种工艺简单且成本低廉的高防电弧值薄型棉锦混纺阻燃面料的生产方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,高防电弧值薄型棉锦混纺阻燃面料的生产方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
1、纺纱织布:
a、纤维配比:85wt%精梳棉和15wt%锦纶66;
b、纺纱方式:赛络纺;
c、纱支:36s/2*36s/2 密度:88根/英寸*55根/英寸;
d、纹路:3/1斜纹或4/1贡缎;
e、织布机器:噴气或箭杆织机;
2、印染:采用印染厂普通长车轧染工艺流程执行:翻布缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、拉幅、染色、水洗烘干、拉幅、预缩;
3、阻燃:THPC两遍阻燃
a、配方:第一种阻燃剂工作液:THPC阻燃剂 350-400g/L,
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L;
第二种阻燃剂工作液:THPC阻燃剂 150-200g/L,
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L;
b、流程:依次浸轧第一种阻燃剂工作液和第二种阻燃剂工作液,于90-100℃烘干,氨熏,氧化水洗,拉幅,预缩,检验包装。
本发明实现了薄型棉锦混纺织物达到中厚型织物的ATPV值效果,从而可以让高温地区或高温环境下工作的使用者获得更舒适的体验度,具有较为广阔的市场应用前景。

设计方案:
1、纺纱织布:
a、纤维配比:85wt%精梳棉和15wt%锦纶66
b、纺纱方式:赛络纺
c、纱支:36s/2*36s/2 密度: 88*55(根/英寸)
d、纹路:3/1斜纹或4/1贡缎
e、织布机器:噴气或箭杆织机
2、印染:采用印染厂普通长车轧染工艺流程执行:翻布缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、拉幅、染色、水洗烘干、拉幅、预缩;
3、阻燃:THPC两遍阻燃
a、配方:第一中阻燃剂工作液:THPC阻燃剂 350-400g/L
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L
第二种阻燃剂工作液:THPC阻燃剂 150-200g/L
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L
b、流程:依次浸轧第一种阻燃剂工作液和第二种阻燃剂工作液,于90-100℃烘干,氨熏,氧化水洗,拉幅,预缩,检验包装。

阻燃性能和强力依据GB8965-2009;防电弧值依据美国ASTM F1959标准测试

纺纱织布:
a、纤维配比:85wt%精梳棉和15wt%锦纶66;
b、纺纱方式:赛络纺;
c、纱支:36s/2*36s/2 密度:88根/英寸*55根/英寸;
d、纹路:3/1斜纹或4/1贡缎;
e、织布机器:噴气或箭杆织机;
印染:采用印染厂普通长车轧染工艺流程执行:翻布缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、拉幅、染色、水洗烘干、拉幅、预缩;
阻燃:THPC两遍阻燃
a、配方:第一种阻燃剂工作液:THPC阻燃剂 350-400g/L,
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L;
