本发明提供的一种三角形截面的高吸湿抗菌纤维,其特征在于,所述高吸湿纤维的截面为三角形,包括一个中心三角形及一组外层三角形,所述中心三角形为实心结构,中心三角形与各外层三角形共用一条边,所述外层三角形内部设置有中空通道,所述高吸湿纤维表面涂覆有抗菌层。所述三角形截面的高吸湿抗菌纤维具有显著的抗菌性能,外层三角形设置有吸湿开口中空通道,增加了吸湿表面积,可以瞬间吸收并蒸发大量的水份,提高了纤维的吸湿性能,结构简单效果显著,提高使用者的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维,特别是涉及一种三角形截面的高吸湿抗菌纤维。
背景技术
纺织纤维包括天然纤维和化学纤维,其中,由于化学纤维在强度、保型性、弹性等方面表现出优异的性能,因此广泛应用于服饰、装饰等领域。然而,当人在运动时,有大量的汗水排出,既有液态,也有汽态,应能透过衣着而迅速扩散到大气中去,以保持皮肤表面的干爽和舒适。天然纤维具有良好的吸水吸湿性能,因此穿着舒适。但是,一般的合成纤维由于其成纤聚合物分子上缺少亲水基因,吸湿性差,合成纤维服装穿起来使人感到闷热。
因此,需要制成高吸水﹑吸湿合成纤维,使制成的衣服兼具吸水﹑吸湿﹑透气﹑干爽的特性。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种三角形截面的高吸湿抗菌纤维。所述三角形截面的高吸湿抗菌纤维,外层三角形设置有吸湿开口中空通道,增加了吸湿表面积,可以瞬间吸收并蒸发大量的水份,提高了纤维的吸湿性能,结构简单效果显著,提高使用者的舒适度。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种三角形截面的高吸湿抗菌纤维,所述高吸湿纤维的截面为三角形,包括一个中心三角形及一组外层三角形,所述中心三角形为实心结构,中心三角形与各外层三角形共用一条边,所述外层三角形内部设置有中空通道,所述高吸湿抗菌纤维表面涂覆有抗菌层。中空通道增加了吸湿表面积,可以瞬间吸收大量的水份,保持织物表面的干燥,中心三角形的实心结构增加了纤维的强度,有利于纤维的长久使用。所述抗菌层具有显著的抗菌效果。
进一步地,所述中心三角形与外层三角形全等。
进一步地,所述中心三角形为等边三角形。结构简单,有利于纤维的工业化生产。
进一步地,所述外层三角形的一边设置有吸湿开口。加快纤维的吸湿速度,提高纤维的吸湿性能。
进一步地,所述吸湿开口与中空通道连通。有利于吸湿后纤维内水份的蒸发,保持织物干燥。
进一步地,所述中空通道的外周设置有凹凸状波浪纹结构。进一步增加纤维的吸湿表面积,提高纤维吸湿性能。
进一步地,所述抗菌层包含如下重量份数的组分:纳米银抗菌剂:50-80份;单宁:5-10份;透明质酸:12-17份;巴西棕榈蜡:2-5份;稳定剂:0.5-3份。
