发明公开了一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;所述溶液A由以下成分制成:钼酸铋、氯化钠、碳酸钾、尿素、水;所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐、磷酸铵、硫酸、磷酸二氢锌、酸类助剂、次氯酸钾、水;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙氨酸、甘氨酸、枸椽酸。本发明的磷化处理剂,成膜稳定性好,大大提高了磷化处理后磷化膜的致密性和均匀性,磷化膜附着力高,提高了化学泵不锈钢泵壳的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,磷化膜纯度高,沉淀物易清理,不仅缩短了传统高温表面磷化处理的时间,而且解决了传统高温磷化处理中磷化膜易夹杂沉淀。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学泵泵壳表面处理领域,特别是涉及一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂。
背景技术
化学泵是全国联合设计的节能泵,泵的性能,技术要求,根据国际标准ISO2858所规定的性能和尺寸设计的,其优点:全系列水利性能布局合理,用户选择范围宽,“后开式”结构,检修方便、效率和吸程达到国际先进水平。化学泵分类:不锈钢化学泵,塑料化学泵,氟塑料化学泵,电动化学泵,气动化学泵。在很多领域中,化学泵采用20号不锈钢制备,在加工时,需要对不锈钢表面进行表面处理,提升防腐蚀性能,磷化作用是增强涂装膜层与工件间结合力,但是现有的高温表面磷化处理,成膜不稳定,磷化膜容易脱落,磷化膜易夹杂沉淀,沉淀物难清理。
发明内容
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋1-5、氯化钠4-8、碳酸钾4-8、尿素1-3、水80-100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4-5、磷酸铵8-10、硫酸1-3、磷酸二氢锌2-4、酸类助剂0.2-0.6、次氯酸钾1-3、水70-80;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙氨酸4、甘氨酸4、枸椽酸1。
进一步的,所述的溶液A中氯化钠与碳酸钾含量相同。
进一步的,所述的溶液B中磷酸铵的含量是马来酸酐含量的2倍。
进一步的,所述的化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢泵壳使用温度为15℃的质量分数1.0%的碳酸钠水溶液中浸泡,并使用15kHz的超声波处理5min后,添加碳酸钠质量5倍的正丙醇,然后将温度升高至55℃,并使用18kHz的超声波处理18min后,使用清水清洗;通过此处理,可以显著提高磷化处理效率,磷化处理效率提高了20%以上;
(2)将溶液A加热至40℃,然后将步骤(1)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液A中浸泡2min后,取出,采用40℃清水清洗;
(3)将溶液B温度调节至18℃,然后将步骤(2)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液B中,快速加热至90-98℃,浸泡6-8min后,取出,采用90-95℃清水清洗,然后烘干,即可,干燥温度为120℃。通过采用溶液A与溶液B相结合对化学泵泵壳处理,可以显著提高膜层与泵壳之间的结合力,并显著提高泵壳表面的耐腐蚀性,本发明处理后的磷化膜的明度提高到80以上,从而显著的提高化学泵泵壳磷化后的表面质量。
经过本发明磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化剂处理后,盐雾试验(5%中性盐雾)在95h以上,耐蚀性能非常好。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的磷化处理剂,成膜稳定性好,大大提高了磷化处理后磷化膜的致密性和均匀性,磷化膜附着力高,提高了化学泵不锈钢泵壳的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,磷化膜纯度高,沉淀物易清理,不仅缩短了传统高温表面磷化处理的时间,而且解决了传统高温磷化处理中磷化膜易夹杂沉淀,沉淀物难清理的问题,提高了磷化的效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋1、氯化钠4、碳酸钾4、尿素1、水80;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4、磷酸铵8、硫酸1、磷酸二氢锌2、酸类助剂0.2、次氯酸钾1、水70;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙氨酸4、甘氨酸4、枸椽酸1。
实施例2
一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋5、氯化钠8、碳酸钾8、尿素3、水100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐5、磷酸铵10、硫酸3、磷酸二氢锌4、酸类助剂0.6、次氯酸钾3、水80;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙氨酸4、甘氨酸4、枸椽酸1。
实施例3
一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋3、氯化钠6、碳酸钾6、尿素2、水90;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4.5、磷酸铵9、硫酸2、磷酸二氢锌3、酸类助剂0.4、次氯酸钾2、水75;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙氨酸4、甘氨酸4、枸椽酸1。

所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4、磷酸铵8、硫酸1、磷酸二氢锌2、次氯酸钾1、水70;
由表1可以看出,本发明化学泵不锈钢泵壳磷化处理剂性能优越,磷化膜附着力高,明度高,处理时间短,单独使用溶液B处理,磷化膜附着力、明度明显降低,处理时间变长,溶液B中不添加本发明配制的酸类助剂,磷化膜附着力、明度均有所下降,处理时间变长。

1.一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋1-5、氯化钠4-8、碳酸钾4-8、尿素1-3、水80-100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4-5、磷酸铵8-10、硫酸1-3、磷酸二氢锌2-4、酸类助剂0.2-0.6、次氯酸钾1-3、水70-80;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丙氨酸4、甘氨酸4、枸椽酸1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液A中氯化钠与碳酸钾含量相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液B中磷酸铵的含量是马来酸酐含量的2倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,所述的化学泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢泵壳使用温度为15℃的质量分数1.0%的碳酸钠水溶液中浸泡,并使用15kHz的超声波处理5min后,添加碳酸钠质量5倍的正丙醇,然后将温度升高至55℃,并使用18kHz的超声波处理18min后,使用清水清洗;
(2)将溶液A加热至40℃,然后将步骤(1)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液A中浸泡2min后,取出,采用40℃清水清洗;
(3)将溶液B温度调节至18℃,然后将步骤(2)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液B中,快速加热至90-98℃,浸泡6-8min后,取出,采用90-95℃清水清洗,然后烘干,即可,干燥温度为120℃。
