背景技术
目前对于风机检测震动值的装置存在规格种类繁多,每种规格的风机都对应唯一的检测装置,多重规格的检测装置造成浪费了大量的空间,并且浪费了很多材料,成本高,工作效率低,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术的缺点,提出一种用于高速变速箱的齿轮的处理工艺,不仅结构简单,运输方便,提高工作效率,而且节约空间,成本低,安全可靠,使用寿命长,节约资源,能实现一种检测装置对应多重风机规格,合理的利用空间。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种用于高速变速箱的齿轮的处理工艺,其表面涂覆有耐摩擦金属涂层,耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.22-0.25%,硼:0.3-0.5%,铬:9.2-9.4%,钛:1.2-1.5%,钒:2.5-2.8%,钴:2.5-2.8%,铌:0.2-0.5%,钙:1.42-1.46%,钡:0.21-0.24%,钨:0.12-0.14%,锌:1.2-1.5%,钐:3.5-3.8%,钕:2.2-2.7%,钷:0.32-0.35%,铕:0.22-0.24%,钆:5.2-5.5%,铝:0.21-0.28%,助剂:4.4-4.6%,余量为铁;
助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:15-18份,高岭石:12-14份,石墨粉:17-19份,铜粉:14-16份,镍粉:13-15份,铝粉:11-13份;
助剂的制备方法为:将锆英石、高岭石、石墨粉、铜粉、镍粉和铝粉混合送入球磨机中粉碎,过40目筛,得到粉末颗粒,然后将粉末颗粒温度加热至610-620℃下煅烧2-4个小时后,空冷至室温,然后粉碎,过100目筛,即可得到助剂。

步骤(2):经过LF炉精炼,将温度增加至1420-1430℃,并放入助剂,保温3-5h,全程吹氮气搅拌,然后将温度降至为670-680℃;然后水冷以12-15℃/s的速度冷却至450-460℃,然后空冷至室温;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)得到的金属放入球磨机中,将温度增加至320-350℃,保温1-3小时,然后启动球磨机磨粉,再将温度增加至620-630℃,保温1-2小时,在降低至350-360℃,粉碎,过100目筛,得粉末颗粒B;
步骤(4):将步骤(3)中的粉末颗粒B喷涂至第一组搅拌器(5)、第二组浆式搅拌器(6)、第三组浆式搅拌器(8)的表面,且厚度为1-3mm,然后以15-20℃/min的速度加热至650-670℃,保温1-2小时,再将温度以5-8℃/min的速度风冷至220-250℃,保温1-2小时,空冷至室温即可。

本实施例提供的一种用于高速变速箱的齿轮的处理工艺,其表面涂覆有耐摩擦金属涂层,耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.23%,硼:0.35%,铬:9.2%,钛:1.3%,钒:2.6%,钴:2.3%,铌:0.3%,钙:1.45%,钡:0.22%,钨:0.13%,锌:1.3%,钐:3.7%,钕:2.4%,钷:0.33%,铕:0.22%,钆:5.3%,铝:0.258%,助剂:4.5%,余量为铁;
助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:16份,高岭石:13份,石墨粉:17份,铜粉:16份,镍粉:13份,铝粉:11份;
助剂的制备方法为:将锆英石、高岭石、石墨粉、铜粉、镍粉和铝粉混合送入球磨机中粉碎,过40目筛,得到粉末颗粒,然后将粉末颗粒温度加热至610-620℃下煅烧2-4个小时后,空冷至室温,然后粉碎,过100目筛,即可得到助剂。

助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:16份,高岭石:13份,石墨粉:18份,铜粉:15份,镍粉:14份,铝粉:12份;

1.一种用于高速变速箱的齿轮的处理工艺,其特征在于,其表面涂覆有耐摩擦金属涂层,所述耐摩擦金属涂层的组分按质量百分比为:碳:0.22-0.25%,硼:0.3-0.5%,铬:9.2-9.4%,钛:1.2-1.5%,钒:2.5-2.8%,钴:2.5-2.8%,铌:0.2-0.5%,钙:1.42-1.46%,钡:0.21-0.24%,钨:0.12-0.14%,锌:1.2-1.5%,钐:3.5-3.8%,钕:2.2-2.7%,钷:0.32-0.35%,铕:0.22-0.24%,钆:5.2-5.5%,铝:0.21-0.28%,助剂:4.4-4.6%,余量为铁;
所述助剂的组分按重量份数计为:锆英石:15-18份,高岭石:12-14份,石墨粉:17-19份,铜粉:14-16份,镍粉:13-15份,铝粉:11-13份;
所述助剂的制备方法为:将锆英石、高岭石、石墨粉、铜粉、镍粉和铝粉混合送入球磨机中粉碎,过40目筛,得到粉末颗粒,然后将粉末颗粒温度加热至610-620℃下煅烧2-4个小时后,空冷至室温,然后粉碎,过100目筛,即可得到助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于高速变速箱的齿轮的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述耐摩擦金属涂层的制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤(1):将碳、硼、铬、钛、钒、钴、铌、钙、钡和铁元素放入熔炼炉中,然后将炉温升至420-430℃后,保温1-3小时,然后将温度升至1250-1260℃,放入钨、锌、钐、钕、钷、铕、钆、铝元素,搅拌均匀,保温3-5小时,然后空冷至250-260℃,再空冷至室温;
步骤(2):经过LF炉精炼,将温度增加至1420-1430℃,并放入助剂,保温3-5h,全程吹氮气搅拌,然后将温度降至为670-680℃;然后水冷以12-15℃/s的速度冷却至450-460℃,然后空冷至室温;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)得到的金属放入球磨机中,将温度增加至320-350℃,保温1-3小时,然后启动球磨机磨粉,再将温度增加至620-630℃,保温1-2小时,在降低至350-360℃,粉碎,过100目筛,得粉末颗粒B;
步骤(4):将步骤(3)中的粉末颗粒B喷涂至第一组搅拌器(5)、第二组浆式搅拌器(6)、第三组浆式搅拌器(8)的表面,且厚度为1-3mm,然后以15-20℃/min的速度加热至650-670℃,保温1-2小时,再将温度以5-8℃/min的速度风冷至220-250℃,保温1-2小时,空冷至室温即可。
