本发明公开了一种消尘式输送带,包括输送带框架、输送带以及连接在输送带框架上的托住输送带的承载辊,其特征在于输送带框架连接有前支架和后支架,前支架和后支架下端均连接有脚轮,输送带输出端设有一驱动辊,驱动辊前部设有一倾斜的外挡板,驱动辊下部设有一倾斜的内挡板,外挡板和内挡板两侧分别通过倾斜的侧板连接,外挡板、内挡板、两侧板围成下部开口比上部开口大的棱锥状的罩筒,罩筒通过支架与输送带框架连接,外挡板上设有一向外突出的减压腔,减压腔上部连接有吸风机,吸风机连接有一过滤袋,无需用水,可有效的减少扬尘,成本降低。

一种消尘式输送带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种煤炭转运时用到的消尘工具,特别是涉及一种消尘式输送带。
背景技术
我国是产煤大国,随着社会生产的大发展,煤炭的需求量也越来越大,生产中涉及大量的煤炭储运工作,装车的工作量巨大,现有装车多使用输送带,在装车过程中输送带落料会产生扬尘的现象,污染环境,为了减小粉尘污染,煤场多采用向空中喷雾的方式来降尘,但用水量大,而且效果并不十分显著,这仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种消尘式输送带。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种消尘式输送带,包括输送带框架、输送带以及连接在输送带框架上的托住输送带的承载辊,其特征在于输送带框架连接有前支架和后支架,前支架和后支架下端均连接有脚轮,输送带输出端设有一驱动辊,驱动辊前部设有一倾斜的外挡板,驱动辊下部设有一倾斜的内挡板,外挡板和内挡板两侧分别通过倾斜的侧板连接,外挡板、内挡板、两侧板围成下部开口比上部开口大的棱锥状的罩筒,罩筒通过支架与输送带框架连接,外挡板上设有一向外突出的减压腔,减压腔上部连接有吸风机,吸风机连接有一过滤袋。
进一步的,所述内挡板连接有与减压腔相对的鼓风机。
本发明使用时落料经过罩筒落入转载车内,下落和冲击产生的粉尘在罩筒的笼罩下,同时在吸风机的作用下,收集到过滤袋内,无需用水,有效的减少扬尘,成本降低。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种消尘式输送带设有输送带框架1、输送带2以及连接在输送带框架上的托住输送带的承载辊3,输送带框架连接有前支架4和后支架5,支架前高后低,前支架和后支架可与输送带框架固定连接或可调角度连接,本实施例采用的是可调角度连接,用斜支臂固定角度,可以调节输送带的坡度,前支架和后支架下端均连接有脚轮6,输送带输出端设有一驱动辊7,驱动辊前部设有一倾斜的外挡板8,驱动辊下部设有一倾斜的内挡板9,外挡板和内挡板两侧分别通过倾斜的侧板10连接,外挡板、内挡板、两侧板围成下部开口比上部开口大的棱锥状的罩筒,罩筒通过支架11与输送带框架连接,外挡板上设有一向外突出的减压腔12,气流变得缓和,减压腔上部连接有吸风机13,吸风机连接有一过滤袋14,过滤袋连接在支架上。
本发明使用时落料经过罩筒落入转载车内,下落和冲击产生的粉尘在罩筒的笼罩下,同时在吸风机的作用下,收集到过滤袋内,无需用水,有效的减少扬尘,成本降低。
实施时,可在内挡板连接有与减压腔相对的鼓风机,将粉尘吹向减压腔,粉尘清除更彻底。

1.一种消尘式输送带,包括输送带框架、输送带以及连接在输送带框架上的托住输送带的承载辊,其特征在于输送带框架连接有前支架和后支架,前支架和后支架下端均连接有脚轮,输送带输出端设有一驱动辊,驱动辊前部设有一倾斜的外挡板,驱动辊下部设有一倾斜的内挡板,外挡板和内挡板两侧分别通过倾斜的侧板连接,外挡板、内挡板、两侧板围成下部开口比上部开口大的棱锥状的罩筒,罩筒通过支架与输送带框架连接,外挡板上设有一向外突出的减压腔,减压腔上部连接有吸风机,吸风机连接有一过滤袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消尘式输送带,其特征在于所述内挡板连接有与减压腔相对的鼓风机。
