According to the method and the system for determining the packaging quantity of the tobacco sheets in the embodiment, under the condition that the tobacco sheets are continuously produced, the residual excess material quantity during the shift switching is recorded, the residual packaging counting number corresponding to the excess material quantity and the working packaging counting number during the working period are obtained, the sum of the residual packaging counting number corresponding to the group and the working packaging counting number is used as the packaging number of the group, the yield of the tobacco sheets of the group can be accurately calculated, the data such as the residual material quantity, the residual packaging counting number and the working packaging counting number can be automatically measured and obtained, the yield of each group can be automatically calculated, the number of the packaged pieces of different groups can be classified and counted, the accuracy of measurement and calculation can be ensured, and counting errors of the pieces and the production quantity can be avoided.

Claims (14)

1. A method for determining a packing amount of tobacco sheets, comprising:
when the fact that the storage cabinet has the residual tobacco sheets during the shift is judged, recording the residual material amount corresponding to the residual tobacco sheets and controlling the storage cabinet to discharge;
when the discharging amount of the storage cabinet is judged to reach the surplus amount, acquiring a first packing counting number corresponding to the surplus amount, and recording the first packing counting number as the residual packing counting number of the previous team;
acquiring a second packing counting number within the interval between the moment when the discharging amount reaches the surplus amount and the next shift time, and recording the second packing counting number as the working packing counting number of the current shift group;
and determining the packaging counting number of the group as the sum of the residual packaging counting number corresponding to the group and the working packaging counting number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the bin is plural in number, and wherein controlling the bin discharge comprises: and after the discharging of one storage cabinet is judged to be finished, controlling the discharging of the other storage cabinet so as to sequentially discharge a plurality of storage cabinets.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
when the situation that one or more storage cabinets have residual tobacco sheets during shift is judged, controlling the one or more storage cabinets to discharge and starting a first timer to start timing;
when the discharging amount of the one or more storage cabinets is judged to reach the surplus amount, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing, and acquiring the number of first packing counts in the timing period of the first timer;
and when the judgment time reaches the next shift switching time, controlling the second timer to stop timing, and acquiring the number of second packing counts in the timing period of the second timer.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the number of bins is 3, further comprising:
when judging that only one storage cabinet has residual tobacco sheets during shift, controlling the storage cabinet to preferentially output the residual tobacco sheets and starting the first timer to start timing;
when the storage cabinet is judged to finish outputting the residual tobacco sheets, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing; or,
when the two storage cabinets are judged to have residual tobacco sheets during the shift, the two storage cabinets are controlled to output the residual tobacco sheets, the first timer is started to start timing, and feeding to an empty storage cabinet is controlled;
and when the two storage cabinets are judged to finish outputting the residual tobacco sheets, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the fact that the three storage cabinets have the remaining tobacco sheets during shift is judged, controlling the two full storage cabinets to output the remaining tobacco sheets preferentially and feed the remaining tobacco sheets to the one unfilled storage cabinet, and starting the first timer to start timing;
and when the two full storage cabinets are judged to finish outputting the residual tobacco sheets and the discharge amount of the one unfilled storage cabinet reaches the residual amount corresponding to the residual tobacco sheets in the storage cabinet, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
and periodically collecting the residual packaging counting number and the working packaging counting number, and sending the residual packaging counting number and the working packaging counting number to a counting system for storage and counting.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5,
a material level detection device and/or a weight detection device are/is arranged in each storage cabinet and used for detecting the material level height and/or the weight of the residual tobacco sheets in the storage cabinet;
determining the amount of said surplus based on said level height and/or weight.
8. A system for determining a packing amount of tobacco sheets, comprising:
the excess material amount recording module is used for recording the excess material amount corresponding to the residual tobacco sheets when the residual tobacco sheets are judged to be in the storage cabinet during shift switching;
the discharging control module is used for controlling discharging of the storage cabinet;
the residual number determining module is used for acquiring a first packing counting number corresponding to the residual amount when the discharging amount of the storage cabinet is judged to reach the residual amount, and recording the first packing counting number as the residual packing counting number of the previous team;
the work piece number determining module is used for acquiring a second packing count number within the interval between the moment when the discharging amount reaches the surplus amount and the next shift switching time, and recording the second packing count number as the work packing count number of the current shift group;
and the team component counting and determining module is used for determining the packing component counting number of the team as the sum of the residual packing component counting number corresponding to the team and the working packing component counting number.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the number of bins is plural,
and the discharge control module is also used for controlling the discharge of the other storage cabinet after the discharge of one storage cabinet is judged to be finished so as to enable the plurality of storage cabinets to discharge in sequence.
10. The system of claim 9,
the discharge control module is also used for controlling the discharge of one or more storage cabinets when the situation that the one or more storage cabinets have residual tobacco sheets during the shift is judged;
the residual piece number determining module is also used for starting a first timer to start timing; when the discharging amount of the one or more storage cabinets is judged to reach the surplus amount, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing, and acquiring the number of first packing counts in the timing period of the first timer;
and the work piece number determining module is used for controlling the second timer to stop timing when the judgment time reaches the next shift switching time, and acquiring the second packaging counting number in the timing period of the second timer.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the number of bins is 3, further comprising:
the discharge control module is also used for controlling the storage cabinet to preferentially output the residual tobacco sheets when judging that only one storage cabinet has the residual tobacco sheets during the shift switching;
the residual piece number determining module is also used for starting the first timer to start timing; when the storage cabinet is judged to finish outputting the residual tobacco sheets, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing; or,
the discharge control module is also used for controlling the two storage cabinets to output the residual tobacco sheets and controlling to feed to an empty storage cabinet when the two storage cabinets are judged to have the residual tobacco sheets when the shift is carried out;
and the residual number determining module is used for starting the first timer to start timing, and controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing when judging that the two storage cabinets output the residual tobacco sheets.
12. The system of claim 10,
the discharge control module is used for controlling the two full storage cabinets to preferentially output the remaining tobacco sheets and feed the remaining tobacco sheets to one unfilled storage cabinet when the fact that the remaining tobacco sheets exist in the three storage cabinets during shift switching is judged;
the residual number determining module is used for starting the first timer to start timing; and when the two full storage cabinets are judged to finish outputting the residual tobacco sheets and the discharge amount of the one unfilled storage cabinet reaches the residual amount corresponding to the residual tobacco sheets in the storage cabinet, controlling the first timer to stop timing and controlling the second timer to start timing.
13. The system of any one of claims 8 to 12, further comprising:
and the data acquisition module is used for periodically acquiring the residual packaging counting number and the working packaging counting number and sending the residual packaging counting number and the working packaging counting number to a statistical system for storage and statistics.
14. A system as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein level detection means and/or weight detection means are provided in each bin for detecting the level and/or weight of tobacco sheets remaining in the bin,
the excess material amount recording module is further used for determining the excess material amount based on the material level height and/or the weight.
