Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling the weight of cigarettes, comprising the steps of:
responding to a weighing triggering instruction, and acquiring the average weight of the first preset number of cigarettes which are newly produced;
judging whether the absolute value of the difference between the average weight and the preset target weight is larger than a first preset threshold value or not;
if the average weight is larger than the preset target weight, the height of the feeding disc is adjusted according to the difference value between the average weight and the preset target weight, the current height of the feeding disc and the corresponding relation between the height of the feeding disc and the particle filling amount, so that the average weight of the cigarettes is equal to the preset target weight.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the single weight of the single cigarette produced newly is qualified or not;
if the cigarettes are not qualified, rejecting the unqualified cigarettes;
judging whether the cigarette production is finished;
and if not, executing the step of judging whether the single weight of the single cigarette produced newly is qualified.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after said judging whether the single weight of the newly produced single cigarette is acceptable, the method further comprises:
if the continuous unqualified quantity is not qualified, adding the continuous unqualified quantity and judging whether the continuous unqualified quantity reaches a second preset threshold value or not;
if the weighing trigger instruction is reached, generating the weighing trigger instruction;
and if the continuous unqualified quantity is qualified, clearing the continuous unqualified quantity.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after said judging whether the single weight of the newly produced single cigarette is acceptable, the method further comprises:
judging whether the proportion of unqualified cigarettes in the finally produced second preset number of cigarettes is larger than a third preset threshold or not by taking the current moment as a reference;
and if the weight trigger instruction is larger than the preset weight trigger instruction, generating the weight trigger instruction.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the single weight of the newly produced single cigarette is acceptable comprises:
determining the single weight of the single cigarette which is newly produced according to the filling height of tobacco particles of the single cigarette which is newly produced, the inner diameter of a cigarette paper tube and the density of the cigarette particles;
judging whether the difference value between the single weight and the preset target weight is larger than the first preset threshold value or not;
if the weight of the single cigarette is larger than the weight of the single cigarette, judging that the weight of the single cigarette produced most recently is unqualified;
and if the weight of the single cigarette is not more than the weight of the single cigarette which is produced most recently, judging that the weight of the single cigarette which is produced most recently is qualified.

The method according to claim 1, wherein after the adjustment of the height of the feeding tray according to the difference between the average weight and the preset target weight, the current height of the feeding tray, and the correspondence between the height of the feeding tray and the particle filling amount, the method further comprises:
and generating the weighing triggering instruction.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the adjusting the height of the feeding tray according to the difference between the average weight and the preset target weight, the current height of the feeding tray, and the correspondence between the height of the feeding tray and the particle filling amount comprises:
determining the current particle filling amount according to the current height of the feeding disc and the corresponding relation between the height of the feeding disc and the particle filling amount;
determining a target particle filling amount according to the current particle filling amount and the difference value between the average weight and the preset target weight;
determining the target height of the feeding disc according to the target particle filling amount and the corresponding relation;
and controlling the height of the feeding disc to be a target height so as to inject the particles with the target particle injection amount into each cigarette.
8. A cigarette weight control device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for responding to the weighing triggering instruction and acquiring the average weight of the first preset number of cigarettes which are newly produced;
the judging module is used for judging whether the absolute value of the difference between the average weight and the preset target weight is larger than a first preset threshold value, and if so, triggering the action module;
the action module is used for adjusting the height of the feeding disc according to the difference value between the average weight and the preset target weight, the current height of the feeding disc and the corresponding relation between the height of the feeding disc and the particle filling amount so that the average weight of the cigarettes is equal to the preset target weight.
9. A cigarette weight control apparatus, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the cigarette weight control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the cigarette weight control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
