本发明涉及汽车地毯技术领域,具体地说是一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法。一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯,包括硬毡、软毡、簇绒毯面,其特征在于:硬毡及软毡之间采用乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜粘结而成,硬毡的上层连接设有簇绒毯面;所述的乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜为Ethylene Acrylic Acid,并且乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜的厚度为0.025mm,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜为1平方厘米设有10个孔位。同现有技术相比,提供一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,将乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜取代传统的溶剂型胶水,粘结性提高,声学性能也同时提高,并且有利于环保。

Description

一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车地毯技术领域,具体地说是一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法。
背景技术
传统的轿车主地毯是硬毡及软毡相结合的结构,并且硬毡与软毡之间是采用溶剂型胶水进行粘结,采用溶剂型胶水不仅气味比较大,不利于环保,而且采用溶剂型胶水对应零件的隔声吸音性能有很大的损耗。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,将乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜取代传统的溶剂型胶水,粘结性提高,声学性能也同时提高,并且有利于环保。
为实现上述目的,设计一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯,包括硬毡、软毡、簇绒毯面,其特征在于:硬毡及软毡之间采用乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜粘结而成,硬毡的上层连接设有簇绒毯面;所述的乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜为Ethylene Acrylic Acid,并且乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜的厚度为0.025mm,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜为1平方厘米设有10个孔位。
一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,具体制造方法如下:
(1)将硬毡、乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜、软毡、簇绒毯面相结合形成毯面;
(2)将毯面输送至加热机中进行加热,温度为180℃,加热时间为40秒;
(3)将加热后的毯面输送至模具中,进行压制成型,成型时间为120秒;
(4)将压制成型后的毯面通过机器人进行水切割工艺,水切割压力为30KSI。
本发明同现有技术相比,提供一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,将乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜取代传统的溶剂型胶水,粘结性提高,声学性能也同时提高,并且有利于环保。
硬毡,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜,软毡三层加热后,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜的熔点比较底,接近90摄氏度,融化后具有很强的粘结性,再通过外部工装进行压制,三明治结构会很牢固,形成一体。使用软、硬毡结构的汽车前围不仅大大降低重量,实现了轻量化,其声学性能和成本也比传统聚氨酯泡沫地毯要优越。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,硬毡2及软毡4之间采用乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜3粘结而成,硬毡2的上层连接设有簇绒毯面1;所述的乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜3为Ethylene Acrylic Acid,并且乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜3的厚度为0.025mm,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜3为1平方厘米设有10个孔位。
一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,具体制造方法如下:
(1)将硬毡、乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜、软毡、簇绒毯面相结合形成毯面;
(2)将毯面输送至加热机中进行加热,温度为180℃,加热时间为40秒;
(3)将加热后的毯面输送至模具中,进行压制成型,成型时间为120秒;
(4)将压制成型后的毯面通过机器人进行水切割工艺,水切割压力为30KSI。
提供一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,将乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜取代传统的溶剂型胶水,粘结性提高,声学性能也同时提高,并且有利于环保。
硬毡,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜,软毡三层加热后,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜的熔点比较底,接近90摄氏度,融化后具有很强的粘结性,再通过外部工装进行压制,三明治结构会很牢固,形成一体。使用软、硬毡结构的汽车前围不仅大大降低重量,实现了轻量化,其声学性能和成本也比传统聚氨酯泡沫地毯要优越。
乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜厚度在0.025mm,通过声学性能参数值计算,规定打孔密度为1平方厘米10各个孔位。
前围加热温度180度,加热时间40秒,成型时间120s。水切割压力30KSI。
采用上述制造方法,重量比常规地毯(聚氨酯泡沫结构)减轻30%;隔声和吸音性能比用胶水粘结软硬毡好15%;可以降解回收,环保;成本比常规地毯降低15%。

1.一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯,包括硬毡、软毡、簇绒毯面,其特征在于:硬毡(2)及软毡(4)之间采用乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜(3)粘结而成,硬毡(2)的上层连接设有簇绒毯面(1);所述的乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜(3)为Ethylene Acrylic Acid,并且乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜(3)的厚度为0.025mm,乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜(3)为1平方厘米设有10个孔位。
2.一种轻量化高性能轿车主地毯的制造方法,其特征在于:具体制造方法如下:
(1)将硬毡、乙烯丙烯酸打孔膜、软毡、簇绒毯面相结合形成毯面;
(2)将毯面输送至加热机中进行加热,温度为180℃,加热时间为40秒;
(3)将加热后的毯面输送至模具中,进行压制成型,成型时间为120秒;
(4)将压制成型后的毯面通过机器人进行水切割工艺,水切割压力为30KSI。
