技术领域
本发明涉及人体防护用品技术领域,具体为一种用于防弹头盔的复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防弹头盔的适用对象主要是装备部队的作战人员,主要分日式和德式两种头盔,除了老式的钢盔以外,目前制作防弹头盔的主要材料是超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和芳族聚酰胺两种材质。步兵防弹头盔能防破弹片和直射子弹,一般要求能抵御5m外的9mm口径手枪弹丸和弹片的冲击,后勤部军需研究所采用的高强度铝合金,玻璃钢,铬钢玉和碳化硼等为防弹材料制成防弹头盔,可有效地防止54式手枪,51式普通弹丸对人体头部的伤害。这种防弹头盔现在不仅是军队更新换代的装备,而且还广泛用于金融,税收,海关缉私以及其他需要防爆的工作人员。现有防弹头盔的重量较重,防雨和防火效果差,且舒适性能差。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于防弹头盔的复合材料及其制备方法,解决了背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种用于防弹头盔的复合材料,包括防水层、防火层、芳纶无纬布层和树脂层,所述芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为50%-70%,所述防水层的重量百分含量为10%-30%,所述防火层的重量百分含量为10%-40%,所述树脂层的重量百分含量为10%-40%,所述防火层为阻燃织物、阻燃化学纤维、阻燃塑料和阻燃橡胶其中的一种,所述防水层为氯丁橡胶、丁基橡胶和聚氯乙烯其中的一种,所述树脂层为环氧树脂、氨基树脂和乙烯基酯其中的一种。
优选的,所述芳纶无纺布层中的布面密度为120-160克每立方厘米。
优选的,所述芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为50%,所述防水层的重量百分含量为10%,所述防火层的重量百分含量为20%,所述树脂层的重量百分含量为20%。
优选的,所述芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为60%,所述防水层的重量百分含量为15%,所述防火层的重量百分含量为25%,所述树脂层的重量百分含量为10%。
优选的,所述芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为70%,所述防水层的重量百分含量为10%,所述防火层的重量百分含量为10%,所述树脂层的重量百分含量为10%。
优选的一种用于防弹头盔的复合材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、将15-20层芳纶无纬布根据头盔的形状和大小进行裁剪成芳纶无纬布层;
(2)、将树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合,使防火层和防水层粘接在树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合后的表面上,然后放入普通的热压预成型模具中进行热固模压,热固模压的温度为100℃-150℃,压力为5MPa-8MPa,且热固模压时间为10min-20min,热固模压使树脂层软化与芳纶无纬布交替粘结在一起制成用于防弹头盔的复合材料坯件;
(3)、将步骤(2)制得的坯件从热压预成型模具取出后,快速放入普通的冷压预成型模具中在室温条件下进行冷固模压,冷固模压时的压力3MPa-5MPa,模压时间为10min-30min,冷固模压后得到用于防弹头盔的复合材料。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种用于防弹头盔的复合材料及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过采用重量百分含量为50%-70%的芳纶无纬布层、重量百分含量为10%-30%的防水层、重量百分含量为10%-40%的防火层和重量百分含量为10%-40%的树脂层作为防弹头盔的复合材料,从而使防弹头盔的防火和防水性能得到提高,且使防弹头盔的舒适性以及抗击穿性能都得到提高。
(2)、本发明用于防弹头盔的复合材料及其制备方法操作简单,且工作量小,节省了人工成本,从而降低了防弹头盔的生产成本。

实施例一
芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为50%,防水层的重量百分含量为10%,防火层的重量百分含量为20%,树脂层的重量百分含量为20%。
其防弹头盔复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、将15层芳纶无纬布根据头盔的形状和大小进行裁剪成芳纶无纬布层;
(2)、将树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合,使防火层和防水层粘接在树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合后的表面上,然后放入普通的热压预成型模具中进行热固模压,热固模压的温度为100℃,压力为5MPa,且热固模压时间为10min,热固模压使树脂层软化与芳纶无纬布交替粘结在一起制成用于防弹头盔的复合材料坯件;
(3)、将步骤(2)制得的坯件从热压预成型模具取出后,快速放入普通的冷压预成型模具中在室温条件下进行冷固模压,冷固模压时的压力3MPa,模压时间为10min,冷固模压后得到用于防弹头盔的复合材料。
实施例二
芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为60%,防水层的重量百分含量为15%,防火层的重量百分含量为25%,树脂层的重量百分含量为10%。
其防弹头盔复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、将15-20层芳纶无纬布根据头盔的形状和大小进行裁剪成芳纶无纬布层;
(2)、将树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合,使防火层和防水层粘接在树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合后的表面上,然后放入普通的热压预成型模具中进行热固模压,热固模压的温度为120℃,压力为6.5MPa,且热固模压时间为15min,热固模压使树脂层软化与芳纶无纬布交替粘结在一起制成用于防弹头盔的复合材料坯件;
(3)、将步骤(2)制得的坯件从热压预成型模具取出后,快速放入普通的冷压预成型模具中在室温条件下进行冷固模压,冷固模压时的压力4MPa,模压时间为20min,冷固模压后得到用于防弹头盔的复合材料。
实施例三
芳纶无纬布层的重量百分含量为70%,防水层的重量百分含量为10%,防火层的重量百分含量为10%,树脂层的重量百分含量为10%。
其防弹头盔复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、将20层芳纶无纬布根据头盔的形状和大小进行裁剪成芳纶无纬布层;
(2)、将树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合,使防火层和防水层粘接在树脂层和芳纶无纬布层交替叠合后的表面上,然后放入普通的热压预成型模具中进行热固模压,热固模压的温度为140℃,压力为7MPa,且热固模压时间为20min,热固模压使树脂层软化与芳纶无纬布交替粘结在一起制成用于防弹头盔的复合材料坯件;
(3)、将步骤(2)制得的坯件从热压预成型模具取出后,快速放入普通的冷压预成型模具中在室温条件下进行冷固模压,冷固模压时的压力5MPa,模压时间为30min,冷固模压后得到用于防弹头盔的复合材料。
综上所述,(1)、本发明通过采用重量百分含量为50%-70%的芳纶无纬布层、重量百分含量为10%-30%的防水层、重量百分含量为10%-40%的防火层和重量百分含量为10%-40%的树脂层作为防弹头盔的复合材料,从而使防弹头盔的防火和防水性能得到提高,且使防弹头盔的舒适性以及抗击穿性能都得到提高。
(2)、本发明用于防弹头盔的复合材料及其制备方法操作简单,且工作量小,节省了人工成本,从而降低了防弹头盔的生产成本。尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

(3)、将步骤(2)制得的坯件从热压预成型模具取出后,快速放入普通的冷压预成型模具中在室温条件下进行冷固模压,冷固模压时的压力3MPa-5MPa,模压时间为10min-30min,冷固模压后得到用于防弹头盔的复合材料。
