Abstract

一种管型母线热成型装置,包括装夹机构、高频感应加热装置、移动装置和机架滑轨,两个装夹机构分别固定于机架滑轨的两端,移动装置可移动地装于机架滑轨上,高频感应加热装置装于移动装置上,所述高频感应加热装置上有高频感应加热线圈。其优点是可以将外层绝缘屏蔽层与内层管状金属导电层间的空气充分排出。采用高频感应加热可以使外层绝缘屏蔽层与内层管状金属导电层加热均匀,避免褶皱出现,排除安全隐患。

一种管型母线热成型装置
技术领域
本发明涉及刚管电缆绝缘的配置,涉及加热装置,尤指一种管型母线热成型装置。
背景技术
目前管型母线的热成型方法是直接用火焰加热,由于管型母线壁厚较大,外层达到了热缩条件,而中层、内层还未达到热缩条件,导致内表面存在明显褶皱。当中层和内层达到热缩条件后,由于铝管或铜管是常温,与内层接触,使内层冷却下来,不能达到管型母线绝对绝缘条件。目前唯一的解决办法是延长加热保温时间,使管型母线绝缘层与铝管(或铜管)都达到热缩条件,但存在管内储存空气的安全隐患,故不能将管型母线普及于输送电。此外,还有用隧道炉或热风箱加热的方式,需要把整段管型母线放入炉内加热,隧道炉或风箱要做的比较长,如果两端先热缩,会把大量空气封存在中间,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种管型母线热成型装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种管型母线热成型装置,其特征在于:包括装夹机构、高频感应加热装置、移动装置和机架滑轨,两个装夹机构分别固定于机架滑轨的两端,移动装置可移动地装于机架滑轨上,高频感应加热装置装于移动装置上,所述高频感应加热装置上有高频感应加热线圈。
进一步地:
所述高频感应加热线圈有两个,分别是高频感应加热线圈一和高频感应加热线圈二。
所述装夹机构包括手柄、螺杆和支座,螺杆通过螺纹与支座连接,螺杆的一端装有手柄,支座装于机架滑轨上。
所述移动装置包括轴承座、轮子、车体、电机、传动轴和链条链轮传动装置,四只轮子分别装于两根传动轴上,所述传动轴通过轴承座可转动地与车体连结,轴承座和电机装于车体上,电机与传动轴通过链条链轮传动装置连结。
本发明的有益效果是:可以将外层绝缘屏蔽层与内层管状金属导电层间的空气充分排出。采用高频感应加热可以使外层绝缘屏蔽层与内层管状金属导电层加热均匀,避免褶皱出现,排除安全隐患。。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本发明一种管型母线热成型装置,其特征在于:包括装夹机构1和6、高频感应加热装置2、移动装置3和机架滑轨5,两个装夹机构1和6分别固定于机架滑轨5的两端,移动装置3可移动地装于机架滑轨5上,高频感应加热装置2装于移动装置3上,所述高频感应加热装置2上有高频感应加热线圈21和22。
在本发明的实施例中:
所述高频感应加热线圈有两个,分别是高频感应加热线圈一21和高频感应加热线圈二22。
所述装夹机构1包括手柄11、螺杆12和支座13,螺杆12通过螺纹与支座13连接,螺杆12的一端装有手柄11,支座13装于机架滑轨5上。
所述移动装置3包括轴承座31、轮子32、车体33、电机34、传动轴35和链条链轮传动装置36,四只轮子32分别装于两根传动轴35上,所述传动轴35通过轴承座31可转动地与车体33连结,轴承座31和电机34装于车体33上,电机34与传动轴35通过链条链轮传动装置36连结。
工作时先将套装有内层管状金属导电层和外层热缩型绝缘屏蔽层的管型母线工件4两端通过两个装夹机构1和6夹紧,并将高频感应加热线圈一21和高频感应加热线圈二22套于工件4的一端,启动高频感应加热装置2,通过高频感应加热线圈一21和高频感应加热线圈二22分别对工件4的内、外层进行不同温度的加热,使高频感应加热线圈对应处的外层绝缘屏蔽层的热缩管收缩贴紧于内层管状金属导电层上,同时开动移动装置3沿机座滑轨移动,使高频感应加热装置2从工件4的一端逐步移向另一端,即使工件4中的外层绝缘屏蔽层的热缩管逐段收缩贴紧于内层管状金属导电层上。高频感应加热装置2从工件4的一端移向另一端后,整根管型母线即成型完毕。

1.一种管型母线热成型装置,其特征在于:包括装夹机构、高频感应加热装置、移动装置和机架滑轨,两个装夹机构分别固定于机架滑轨的两端,移动装置可移动地装于机架滑轨上,高频感应加热装置装于移动装置上,所述高频感应加热装置上有高频感应加热线圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管型母线热成型装置,其特征在于:所述高频感应加热线圈有两个,分别是高频感应加热线圈一和高频感应加热线圈二。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管型母线热成型装置,其特征在于:所述装夹机构包括手柄、螺杆和支座,螺杆通过螺纹与支座连接,螺杆的一端装有手柄,支座装于机架滑轨上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管型母线热成型装置,其特征在于:所述移动装置包括轴承座、轮子、车体、电机、传动轴和链条链轮传动装置,四只轮子分别装于两根传动轴上,所述传动轴通过轴承座可转动地与车体连结,轴承座和电机装于车体上,电机与传动轴通过链条链轮传动装置连结。
