Abstract

本发明涉及一种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,具体步骤如下:(1)、配制橡胶原料:卤化丁基橡胶100phr、煅烧高岭土50‑80phr、氧化锌3‑10phr、硬脂酸1‑2phr、硫化树脂1‑5phr和颜料1‑5phr;(2)、一次模压成型塞颈,塞颈三分之二的圆周壁上及塞颈的底面上覆有膜层;(3)、将覆膜的塞颈装入模具再装填橡胶原料二次模压,使得覆膜的塞颈和塞头合为一体。本发明的有益效果为:药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型技术,就是通过一种二次成型的独特技术,在橡胶塞与药品直接接触的塞颈部位覆膜,隔绝橡胶与药品直接接触从而杜绝橡胶塞对药品的污染,但橡胶塞密封面不覆膜,保证橡胶塞保持应有的弹性密封作用。

药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺
技术领域
本发明属于药用橡胶塞领域,尤其涉及一种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺。
背景技术
药用橡胶塞作为一种直接接触药品的密封材料,必须具有优异的气密性、良好的化学稳定性和生物惰性,一方面保证与外界隔绝以免药品原料发生氧化或潮解等失效变质;另一方面,药用橡胶塞本身也不能与药品原料发生相互反应而影响药品品质。
现有生产药用橡胶塞使用的材质主要有天然橡胶、聚异戊二烯橡胶、丁基橡胶以及卤化丁基橡胶,在通常情况下,再加入多种配合剂混炼均匀然后采用模压工艺制作而成。支持形成橡胶塞特性的配合体系中的各种配合剂都存在各不相同的化学活性,橡胶塞在与药品原料的直接接触中,配方中具有化学活性的物质与药品发生化学反应,这些化学反应的结果直接影响了药品的稳定性。所以严格的说,橡胶塞对所密封药品的稳定性的影响不是有没有的问题,而是在多长时间和有多少量对药品带来污染。同时,由于药品本身的活性差异很大,加之新药的层出不穷,因此到目前为止,药用橡胶密封圈受材料材质和配方水平所限,还没有一种独特的配方可以满足所有的药品原料的相容性。
现有的覆膜技术解决了橡胶塞与药品的直接接触中的相容性问题的同时,却影响了橡胶塞与玻璃瓶口之间的密合性,即影响了对药品的密封作用。因为现有的覆膜技术,无论双面或单面覆膜,都都橡胶塞的密封面也覆膜,这样膜的光面润滑效应就会影响利用橡胶弹性密封玻璃瓶口的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,这种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,该工艺包括具体步骤如下:
(1)、配制橡胶原料:卤化丁基橡胶100phr、煅烧高岭土50-80phr、氧化锌3-10phr、硬脂酸1-2phr、硫化树脂1-5phr和颜料1-5phr;
(2)、一次模压成型塞颈,塞颈三分之二的圆周壁上及塞颈的底面上覆有膜层,其中一次成型的模具在塞颈部分的收缩率设置为4%~5%;
(3)、将覆膜的塞颈装入模具再装填橡胶原料二次模压,使得覆膜的塞颈和塞头合为一体,即可得到塞颈覆膜的药用覆膜橡胶塞,其中二次成型的模具在塞颈部分的收缩率设置为1%~2%。
所述的塞颈的底面呈一平面,或呈一圆弧面;塞颈呈圆柱形。
作为优选,一次成型的模具在塞颈部分的收缩率设置为4.2%,二次成型的模具在塞颈部分的收缩率设置为1.1%。
本发明的有益效果为:药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型技术,就是通过一种二次成型的独特技术,在橡胶塞与药品直接接触的塞颈部位覆膜,隔绝橡胶与药品直接接触从而杜绝橡胶塞对药品的污染,但橡胶塞密封面不覆膜,保证橡胶塞保持应有的弹性密封作用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
如图所示,这种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,该工艺包括具体步骤如下:
(1)、配制橡胶原料:卤化丁基橡胶100phr、煅烧高岭土50-80phr、氧化锌3-10phr、硬脂酸1-2phr、硫化树脂1-5phr和颜料1-5phr;
(2)、一次模压成型塞颈1,塞颈1三分之二的圆周壁上及塞颈1的底面上覆有膜层4,其中一次成型的模具在塞颈1部分的收缩率设置为4%~5%;
(3)、将覆膜的塞颈1装入模具再装填橡胶原料二次模压,使得覆膜的塞颈1和塞头3合为一体,即可得到塞颈覆膜的药用覆膜橡胶塞,其中二次成型的模具在塞颈1部分的收缩率设置为1%~2%。
所述的塞颈1的底面呈一平面,或呈一圆弧面;塞颈1呈圆柱形。
实施例:这种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,该工艺包括具体步骤如下:
(1)、配制橡胶原料:卤化丁基橡胶100phr、煅烧高岭土50phr、氧化锌4phr、硬脂酸1phr、硫化树脂2phr和颜料2phr;配方上要保证完全依靠橡胶自身的粘性使产品整体结合紧密。
(2)、一次模压成型塞颈1,塞颈1三分之二的圆周壁上及塞颈1的底面上覆有膜层4,其中一次成型的模具在塞颈1部分的收缩率设置为4.2%;
(3)、将覆膜的塞颈1装入模具再装填橡胶原料二次模压,使得覆膜的塞颈1和塞头3合为一体,即可得到塞颈覆膜的药用覆膜橡胶塞,其中二次成型的模具在塞颈1部分的收缩率设置为1.1%。
本发明所述的密封面2是指瓶塞主体的表面上除去塞颈覆膜的部分。所覆膜材为化学惰性极好的氟塑料材质,直接接触药品不会与药品发生化学反应。
为保证二次成型中塞头与产品整体结合紧密,以适应橡胶塞后期使用过程中适应穿刺等要求,而且考虑到封装药品,不能使用胶粘剂等物资,为保证产品看不出二次成型的明显痕迹,一次成型的模具(塞颈部分)与二次成型的模具(塞颈部分)应按最优实施例的收缩率设计。
药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型技术,就是通过一种二次成型的独特技术,在橡胶塞与药品直接接触的塞颈部位覆膜,隔绝橡胶与药品直接接触从而杜绝橡胶塞对药品的污染,但橡胶塞密封面不覆膜,保证橡胶塞保持应有的弹性密封作用。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,不论在其形状或材料构成上作任何变化,凡是采用本发明所提供的结构设计,都是本发明的一种变形,均应认为在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括具体步骤如下:
(1)、配制橡胶原料:卤化丁基橡胶100phr、煅烧高岭土50-80phr、氧化锌3-10phr、硬脂酸1-2phr、硫化树脂1-5phr和颜料1-5phr;
(2)、一次模压成型塞颈(1),塞颈(1)三分之二的圆周壁上及塞颈(1)的底面上覆有膜层(4),其中一次成型的模具在塞颈(1)部分的收缩率设置为4%~5%;
(3)、将覆膜的塞颈(1)装入模具再装填橡胶原料二次模压,使得覆膜的塞颈(1)和塞头(3)合为一体,即可得到塞颈覆膜的药用覆膜橡胶塞,其中二次成型的模具在塞颈(1)部分的收缩率设置为1%~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的塞颈(1)的底面呈一平面,或呈一圆弧面;塞颈(1)呈圆柱形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药用覆膜橡胶塞的二次成型工艺,其特征在于:一次成型的模具在塞颈(1)部分的收缩率设置为4.2%,二次成型的模具在塞颈(1)部分的收缩率设置为1.1%。
