[0018] 本实施例中的新型环保节能内圆切片机,如图1、图2、图3所示,包括:机架1、切割台2、水平移动工作台3、主电机4、内圆切割刀盘5、装夹装置6、进给电机7、步进电机8,切割台2固定在机架I的一端,水平移动工作台3通过一水平导轨安装在机架I的另一端,内圆切割刀盘5固定在切割台2上,主电机4通过联轴器和主轴与内圆切割刀盘5紧固连接,装夹装置6固定在水平移动工作台3上,水平移动工作台3与进给电机7相连,水平移动工作台3靠近内圆切割刀盘5的一端设置有一 T型槽9,装夹装置6包括一根双头丝杆10、两根分别套接在所述双头丝杆10两端的支撑杆11以及两个分别固定在所述支撑杆11 一端上的夹料板,支撑杆11的另一端固定设置有与T型槽9相匹配的T型支撑头,T型支撑头镶嵌在T型槽9内,双头丝杆10的中部与步进电机8相连,通过步进电机8控制双头丝杆10两端的夹料板同时做相向运动或者相对运动,夹料板的高度与内圆切割刀盘5的高度一次固定,无需反复调节。
[0019] 主电机4、步进电机8和进给电机7均与一控制器12电性相连,控制器12设置在机架I的侧面上,所述控制器12上的控制程序、输入操作盘以及显示屏实现对主电机4、步进电机8和进给电机7的自动循环控制。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,包括:机架、切割台、水平移动工作台、主电机、内圆切割刀盘、装夹装置、进给电机、步进电机,所述切割台固定在所述机架的一端,所述水平移动工作台通过一水平导轨安装在所述机架的另一端,所述内圆切割刀盘固定在所述切割台上,所述主电机通过联轴器和主轴与所述内圆切割刀盘紧固连接,所述装夹装置固定在所述水平移动工作台上,所述水平移动工作台与所述进给电机相连,所述水平移动工作台靠近所述内圆切割刀盘的一端设置有一 T型槽,所述装夹装置包括一根双头丝杆、两根分别套接在所述双头丝杆两端的支撑杆以及两个分别固定在所述支撑杆一端上的夹料板,所述支撑杆的另一端固定设置有与所述T型槽相匹配的T型支撑头,所述T型支撑头镶嵌在所述T型槽内,所述双头丝杆的中部与所述步进电机相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,所述主电机、步进电机和进给电机均与一控制器电性相连,所述控制器设置在所述机架靠近所述切割台一端的侧面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,所述内圆切割刀盘的外围上设置有一防护罩,所述防护罩靠近所述装夹装置的一侧开设有物料进出口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,所述防护罩内设置有一冷却润滑液喷管,所述冷却润滑液喷管的管口朝向所述内圆切割刀盘的切割部位,所述冷却润滑液喷管与一冷却润滑液供应器相连,所述冷却润滑液供应器位于所述防护罩外的机架上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,所述内圆切割刀盘下方的机架上设置有一切片成品收集通道,所述切片成品收集通道以与水平面成30-60°的夹角通向设置在所述机架侧下方的切片成品收集箱。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,所述切片成品收集通道由微弹材料制成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的新型环保节能内圆切片机,其特征在于,所述切片成品收集通道的底板上设置有均匀分布的小通孔,所述切片成品收集通道的正下方设置有油污通道,所述油污通道的底端与设置在所述机架侧下方的油污收集槽相连。
