药瓶铝盖冲压机,冲压机机架前方安装有铝带放卷架,在机架上开有过带槽,在机座的冲压模座前安装有铝带的牵引辊和压辊,牵引辊的转轴一端安装有步进棘轮,在冲压模座的侧面开有对穿的风孔,风孔连通冲压模座的下料口,在风孔的一端安装有风机,在风孔的另一端通过风管连接筛筒,在机架的后侧安装有铝带导辊、铝带缓冲架和铝带收卷架,铝带缓冲架上端装有上导辊,铝带缓冲架上安装有坠带辊。本技术方案,解决了成品在冲压模座下料口处堆积的问题,铝带的步进动作不需要外加动力源,其控制难度大大简化,解决了铝带放卷和收卷线速度难于匹配的问题,同时,也减少了现有技术中收卷电机与步进供料同步启动频繁的问题。
Description
技术领域
本技术属于药瓶铝盖生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种药瓶铝盖冲压机。
背景技术
在很多药瓶的塑料盖或胶盖外包有一层铝盖,这层铝盖是用薄铝带冲压而成的。现有技术中,铝盖用冲床冲压成形,这种冲床在工作时,铝盖在冲压模具的出口处容易形成堆积,铝盖堆积后容易造成盖体被挤压变形。另外,这种冲床在设计时,冲压铝盖的铝带采用步进的方式,从机械的左边进入,经过冲压后,废带从机械的右边收带,铝带的步进控制比较复杂,放卷和收卷的速度很难匹配。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中,铝盖冲压机存在冲出的成品容易堆积变形、铝带的步进控制难度较大的问题,提供一种药瓶铝盖冲压机,解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明具体的技术方案是:一种药瓶铝盖冲压机,在其机座上安装有机架,在机架上部安装有主电机和主轴,在主轴上安装有皮带飞轮,皮带飞轮与主电机转轴上的皮带轮用皮带连接,在机架上安装有传动件和冲头,在机座上安装有冲压模座,在机架前方安装有铝带放卷架,在机架上开有过带槽,在机座的冲压模座前安装有铝带的牵引辊和压辊,牵引辊的转轴一端安装有步进棘轮,步进棘轮用传动杆连接主轴一端的左传动轮,在冲压模座的侧面开有对穿的风孔,风孔连通冲压模座的下料口,在风孔的一端安装有风机,在风孔的另一端通过风管连接筛筒,筛筒一端安装有皮带轮,另一端安装出料口,筛筒上的皮带轮通过皮带与主轴上的右传动轮连接,在机架的后侧安装有铝带导辊、铝带缓冲架和铝带收卷架,铝带缓冲架上端装有上导辊,铝带缓冲架中间开有一条限位槽,限位槽内安装有坠带辊,铝带收卷架的收卷轴一端连接收卷电机,收卷电机的停止感应开关安装在限位槽的上端,收卷电机的启动感应开关安装在限位槽的下端。
采用本技术方案,在冲压模座的侧面有风孔,通过风孔用风机将冲压成形的盖吹入筛筒中,筛筒在主电机的带动下转动,将混入瓶盖中的碎片筛出,成品从筛筒的出口处输出,解决了成品在冲压模座下料口处堆积的问题。
本技术方案将铝带的供料方式改为由机架的正面放卷,由后面收卷的方式,在放卷时用一组压轮和牵引轮来牵引,牵引轮采用单向棘轮驱动,棘轮用传动杆连接在主轴的传动轮上,设计好牵引轮与传动轮的速比,即可实现准确的步进式供料,步进动作不需要外加动力源,其控制难度大大简化。
本技术方案采用铝带缓冲架进行废带收卷,铝带缓冲架上设计限位槽,限位槽内安装有坠带辊,经过冲压后的废铝带绕过坠带辊,坠带辊在限位槽内拉着废铝带上下移动时,起到延长废带长度的作用,当坠带辊下移触碰到收卷电机的启动感应开关,收卷电机启动进行收卷,当坠带辊上移触碰到收卷电机的停止感应开关,收卷电机停止收卷,铝带缓冲架和收卷架的这种组合工作方式,解决了铝带放卷和收卷线速度难于匹配的问题,同时,也减少了现有技术中收卷电机与步进供料同步启动频繁的问题。

实施例,如图1和图2所示:一种药瓶铝盖冲压机,在其机座24上安装有机架27,在机架27上部安装有主电机13和主轴11,在主轴11上安装有皮带飞轮12,皮带飞轮12与主电机13转轴上的皮带轮用皮带连接,在机架27上安装有传动件8和冲头6,在机座24上安装有冲压模座5,在机架27前方安装有铝带放卷架1,在机架27上开有过带槽26,在机座27的冲压模座5前安装有铝带的牵引辊3和压辊4,牵引辊3的转轴一端安装有步进棘轮2,步进棘轮2用传动杆7连接主轴11一端的左传动轮9,在冲压模座5的侧面开有对穿的风孔,风孔连通冲压模座5的下料口,在风孔的一端安装有风机22,在风孔的另一端通过风管连接筛筒23,筛筒23一端安装有皮带轮,另一端安装出料口,筛筒23上的皮带轮通过皮带与主轴11上的右传动轮10连接,在机架27的后侧安装有铝带导辊25、铝带缓冲架17和铝带收卷架18,铝带缓冲架17上端装有上导辊15,铝带缓冲架17中间开有一条限位槽16,限位槽16内安装有坠带辊21,铝带收卷架18的收卷轴一端连接收卷电机19,收卷电机19的停止感应开关14安装在限位槽16的上端,收卷电机19的启动感应开关20安装在限位槽16的下端。

1.药瓶铝盖冲压机,在其机座(24)上安装有机架(27),在机架(27)上部安装有主电机(13)和主轴(11),在主轴(11)上安装有皮带飞轮(12),皮带飞轮(12)与主电机(13)转轴上的皮带轮用皮带连接,在机架(27)上安装有传动件(8)和冲头(6),在机座(24)上安装有冲压模座(5),其特征在于:在机架(27)前方安装有铝带放卷架(1),在机架(27)上开有过带槽(26),在机座(27)的冲压模座(5)前安装有铝带的牵引辊(3)和压辊(4),牵引辊(3)的转轴一端安装有步进棘轮(2),步进棘轮(2)用传动杆(7)连接主轴(11)一端的左传动轮(9),在冲压模座(5)的侧面开有对穿的风孔,风孔连通冲压模座(5)的下料口,在风孔的一端安装有风机(22),在风孔的另一端通过风管连接筛筒(23),筛筒(23)一端安装有皮带轮,另一端安装出料口,筛筒(23)上的皮带轮通过皮带与主轴(11)上的右传动轮(10)连接,在机架(27)的后侧安装有铝带导辊(25)、铝带缓冲架(17)和铝带收卷架(18),铝带缓冲架(17)上端装有上导辊(15),铝带缓冲架(17)中间开有一条限位槽(16),限位槽(16)内安装有坠带辊(21),铝带收卷架(18)的收卷轴一端连接收卷电机(19),收卷电机(19)的停止感应开关(14)安装在限位槽(16)的上端,收卷电机(19)的启动感应开关(20)安装在限位槽(16)的下端。
