本发明涉及电线加工领域,具体为一种放线轮限速装置,其能够有效保证放线轮转动速度和放线速度同步,确保后续正常加工,其包括与放线轮的转轴相连的转盘,放线轮通过转轴安装于机架上,在转盘上端,机架上安装有固定块,在转盘右侧,机架上安装有活动块,固定块与活动块一端通过皮带相连,皮带绕于转盘外周面,活动块另一端通过第一销轴连接机架,活动块中间铰接连接竖向导杆底部,竖向导杆顶部铰接连接横向支撑杆一端,横向支撑杆另一端安装有两个并排的张紧轮,在张紧轮与竖向导杆之间并靠近竖向导杆一侧,横向支撑杆通过第二销轴连接支撑座,在第二销轴与张紧轮之间,横向支撑杆通过弹簧连接支撑座。

本发明涉及电线加工领域,具体为一种放线轮限速装置。
背景技术
电线是电力行业最重要的材料,其用于电力设备的供电和设备相互之间的连接,电线加工时,一般将待加工的电线从放线轮上放线,放线轮通过电线的拉动输送实现转动,随着放线操作不断进行,放线轮会越转越快,导致与放线速度不同步,影响后续加工。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种放线轮限速装置,其能够有效保证放线轮转动速度和放线速度同步,确保后续正常加工。
其技术方案是这样的:一种放线轮限速装置,其特征在于,其包括与放线轮的转轴相连的转盘,所述放线轮通过转轴安装于机架上,在所述转盘上端,所述机架上安装有固定块,在所述转盘右侧,所述机架上安装有活动块,所述固定块与所述活动块一端通过皮带相连,所述皮带绕于所述转盘外周面,所述活动块另一端通过第一销轴连接所述机架,所述活动块中间铰接连接竖向导杆底部,所述竖向导杆顶部铰接连接横向支撑杆一端,所述横向支撑杆另一端安装有两个并排的张紧轮,在所述张紧轮与所述竖向导杆之间并靠近所述竖向导杆一侧,所述横向支撑杆通过第二销轴连接支撑座,在所述第二销轴与所述张紧轮之间,所述横向支撑杆通过弹簧连接所述支撑座。
其进一步特征在于,所述机架上安装有限位板,所述限位板上开有导向孔,所述竖向导杆穿过所述导向孔布置。
采用本发明的结构后,电线绕过张紧轮后给该侧的横向支撑杆向上的拉力,同时横线支撑杆有自身重力,在两个力的作用下,会使该侧往下摆动,横向支撑杆另一侧会稍微向上摆动一点,竖向导杆跟这向上抬起,使皮带贴紧转盘外表面,由于摩擦力的作用,放线轮速度会得到限制,使放线轮转动速度和放线速度同步,确保了后续正常加工。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种放线轮限速装置,其包括与放线轮的转轴1相连的转盘2,放线轮通过转轴1安装于机架3上,在转盘2上端,机架3上安装有固定块4,在转盘2右侧,机架3上安装有活动块5,固定块4与活动块5一端通过皮带6相连,皮带6绕于转盘2外周面,活动块5另一端通过第一销轴7连接机架1,活动块5中间铰接连接竖向导杆8底部,竖向导杆8顶部铰接连接横向支撑杆9一端,横向支撑杆9另一端安装有两个并排的张紧轮10,在张紧轮10与竖向导杆8之间并靠近竖向导杆8一侧,横向支撑杆9通过第二销轴11连接支撑座12,在第二销轴11与张紧轮10之间,横向支撑杆9通过弹簧13连接支撑座12,起到辅助支撑作用。
机架3上安装有限位板14,限位板14上开有导向孔,竖向导杆8穿过导向孔布置,用于限定竖向导杆8的导向,图中15为电线。

1.一种放线轮限速装置,其特征在于,其包括与放线轮的转轴相连的转盘,所述放线轮通过转轴安装于机架上,在所述转盘上端,所述机架上安装有固定块,在所述转盘右侧,所述机架上安装有活动块,所述固定块与所述活动块一端通过皮带相连,所述皮带绕于所述转盘外周面,所述活动块另一端通过第一销轴连接所述机架,所述活动块中间铰接连接竖向导杆底部,所述竖向导杆顶部铰接连接横向支撑杆一端,所述横向支撑杆另一端安装有两个并排的张紧轮,在所述张紧轮与所述竖向导杆之间并靠近所述竖向导杆一侧,所述横向支撑杆通过第二销轴连接支撑座,在所述第二销轴与所述张紧轮之间,所述横向支撑杆通过弹簧连接所述支撑座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种放线轮限速装置,其特征在于,所述机架上安装有限位板,所述限位板上开有导向孔,所述竖向导杆穿过所述导向孔布置。
