The automatic painting device completely replaces manual work by a mode of assembly line feeding, does not need workers to carry the workpiece 45 to be painted, and always keeps high-efficiency painting efficiency and excellent painting quality by a full-automatic mode.
The invention can perform the work of spraying solvent without parts after a certain time without spraying paint on accessories and equipment, the work of spraying solvent without parts can be automatically performed at night, the function of the solvent without parts is mainly to prevent paint from solidifying so as to block the nozzle of the paint spraying head, and the work of spraying solvent without parts is performed in which time period, the setting can be performed according to the actual requirement, and the solvent sprayed by the solvent without parts and the residual paint are gathered in the sealed space formed between the main shell and the auxiliary shell, so the condition of paint waste can not occur.

Claims (8)

1. The full-automatic spraying equipment is characterized by comprising a rack and a feeding frame;
the automatic sliding device is characterized in that two parallel sliding rails are mounted on the rack, four pairs of sliding blocks are symmetrically arranged on the two sliding rails, one group of two pairs of adjacent sliding blocks is arranged on each sliding block, a shell frame is mounted on each group of sliding blocks, a main shell is mounted on one shell frame, an auxiliary shell is mounted on the other shell frame, and a stroke cylinder is connected to the side surface of each shell frame along the direction of the sliding rails; the main shell and the auxiliary shell are both semi-cylinders with openings on one side, the openings of the main shell and the auxiliary shell are oppositely arranged, servo motors are respectively arranged on the arc-shaped outer walls of the main shell and the auxiliary shell, driving spools are sleeved on output shafts of the servo motors, lead screws are respectively arranged on the planar inner walls of the main shell and the auxiliary shell, driven spools are sleeved at one ends of the lead screws, and the driving spools are connected with the driven spools through conveying belts; the screw rod in the auxiliary shell is sleeved with an arc-shaped left paint spraying frame, the screw rod in the main shell is sleeved with an arc-shaped right paint spraying frame, and a plurality of paint spraying heads are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the arcs on the left paint spraying frame and the right paint spraying frame from top to bottom; the frame is provided with a paint box, and the paint box is connected to each paint spraying head through a transfusion tube bundle;
a circle of feeding rail is arranged at the top of the feeding frame, a plurality of conveying frames are uniformly fixed at the bottom of the feeding rail, a travel rod is fixed below each conveying frame, two parallel feeding arms are connected to the travel rod, the feeding arms are perpendicular to the travel rod, and a workpiece to be painted is connected between the two feeding arms;
the left paint spraying frame is sequentially provided with an upper left paint spraying head, an upper left corner paint spraying head, a middle left paint spraying head, a lower left corner paint spraying head and a lower left paint spraying head from top to bottom;
the right paint spraying frame is sequentially provided with a right upper paint spraying head, a right upper corner paint spraying head, a right middle paint spraying head, a right lower corner paint spraying head and a right lower paint spraying head from top to bottom;
two parallel balancing rods are arranged on the plane-shaped inner walls of the main shell and the auxiliary shell, and the balancing rods are parallel to the screw rod;
two balancing rods in the main shell penetrate through the left paint spraying frame, and two balancing rods in the auxiliary shell penetrate through the right paint spraying frame.

The automatic spraying equipment according to claim 1, wherein a solvent tank is arranged on the machine frame, and solvent spray heads are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the main shell, two sides of the inner wall of the auxiliary shell, two sides and back of the left paint spraying frame, two sides and back of the right paint spraying frame; the solvent spray head is connected to the solvent tank through the infusion tube bundle.
3. The automatic spraying apparatus of claim 2 wherein said main housing and said secondary housing are provided with drip openings at their bottoms.
4. The automatic spraying equipment of claim 3, wherein a recovery tank is arranged inside the frame, a recovery hole is arranged at the top of the recovery tank, and the drip opening is in butt joint with the recovery hole.
5. The automatic paint spraying apparatus of claim 1 wherein the paint spray head has an adjustment arm thereon, the adjustment arm being connected to a telescoping rod, the telescoping rod being connected to the paint spray head cylinder.
6. The automatic spraying apparatus of claim 1 wherein the top of the main housing and the top of the sub-housing are provided with purge tubes.
7. The automatic spraying equipment of claim 1, wherein the upper edges of the main shell and the auxiliary shell are provided with notches matched with the feeding arms.
8. The full-automatic spraying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pair of moving blocks is sleeved on the travel rod, and the bottom of each moving block is connected with one feeding arm respectively.
