This embodiment still provides a production line, including above-mentioned wax injection device, through 4 drives of actuating mechanism 3 along second direction and third direction removal of spouting of wax mechanism to and the wax injection switch and the size regulatory function of spouting wax mechanism 3, degree of automation is high, thereby has improved production efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A wax spray apparatus, comprising:
the machining device comprises a workbench (1) for bearing a workpiece (100) to be machined, wherein a machining groove (101) is formed in the workpiece (100) to be machined;
a gripping mechanism (2), wherein the gripping mechanism (2) is configured to grip the workpiece to be processed (100) and drive the workpiece to be processed (100) to move along a first direction;
a wax spraying mechanism (3) for storing molten wax;
the output end of the driving mechanism (4) is connected to the wax spraying mechanism (3), the driving mechanism (4) is configured to drive the wax spraying mechanism (3) to move along a second direction and a third direction respectively, so that the wax spraying mechanism (3) sprays the wax liquid onto the inner wall of the processing tank (101), wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are mutually perpendicular in pairs.
2. Wax injection device according to claim 1, wherein the gripping mechanism (2) comprises:
a gripping assembly capable of gripping an edge of the workpiece (100) to be machined;
and the output end of the first moving assembly is connected to the grabbing assembly, and the first moving assembly can drive the grabbing assembly to move along the first direction.
3. Wax injection device according to claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism (4) comprises a second moving assembly (41), the second moving assembly (41) comprising:
a mounting plate (411);
a rack (412) provided on one side of the table (1) in the second direction;
a gear (414) in driving connection with the rack (412);
a second driving source (413) disposed on the mounting plate (411), wherein an output end of the second driving source (413) is connected to the gear (414), and the second driving source (413) can drive the gear (414) to rotate, so that the gear (414) is engaged with the rack (412) and moves along the rack (412), and the second driving source (413) and the mounting plate (411) are driven to move along the second direction.
4. The wax injection apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the second moving assembly (41) further comprises:
a second guide rail (416) arranged in parallel to the rack (412) at a distance;
and the second sliding block (417) is arranged on one side of the mounting plate (411) close to the second guide rail (416) and is in sliding fit with the second guide rail (416).
5. The wax spraying device according to claim 4, wherein the second driving source (413) and the gear (414) are respectively provided on both sides of the mounting plate (411).
6. The wax spraying device according to claim 3, wherein the drive mechanism (4) further comprises a third moving assembly (42), the third moving assembly (42) comprising:
the sliding plate (421), the wax spraying mechanism (3) is arranged on the sliding plate (421);
the third driving source (422) is arranged on the mounting plate (411), the output end of the third driving source (422) is connected to the sliding plate (421), and the third driving source (422) can drive the sliding plate (421) and drive the wax spraying mechanism (3) to move along the third direction.
7. Wax injection apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second movement assembly (41) further comprises:
a third guide rail (428) provided on the mounting plate (411) in the third direction;
and the third sliding block (429) is arranged at the bottom of the sliding plate (421) and is in sliding fit with the third guide rail (428).
8. The wax injection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the wax injection mechanism (3) comprises:
a hose (31) for storing the wax liquid;
a wax spray gun (32) communicated with the rubber tube (31);
and the nozzle (33), the nozzle (33) is communicated with the wax spraying gun (32) and is detachably connected with the wax spraying gun, and the wax spraying gun (32) sprays the wax liquid to the inner wall of the processing tank (101) through the nozzle (33).
9. The wax spraying device according to claim 1, further comprising a hot melting machine (8), wherein the hot melting machine (8) is communicated with the wax spraying mechanism (3) and is used for conveying the wax liquid to the wax spraying mechanism (3).
10. A production line comprising a wax injection apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
