本发明公开了一种油漆过滤机,包括过滤网提取口、出水口、盛料桶、机体、温度传感器和冷却水通道,所述过滤网提取口的上端设置有进料口,且其下方安装有温度表,所述机体的右侧位置固定有进水口和驱动电机,所述盛料桶的上方设置有出料口,所述温度传感器的上方安装有二级过滤网,所述冷却水通道的内侧连接有搅拌叶,且搅拌叶之间设置有电机轴。该油漆过滤机,与现有技术相比较,可拆卸安装的双层过滤网,有效地去除油漆中的杂质,且换取较为方便,采用水冷却通道,冷却的面积大,散热的效果好,确保了油漆搅拌时的温度稳定,设置4组搅拌叶,最后一组搅拌叶为Z字形,防止底层油漆浓度过大,搅拌的效果好,整体操作简单,使用方便。

本发明涉及过滤设备技术领域,具体为一种油漆过滤机。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。
随着化工行业的发展,油漆的使用量在不断的增多,而好的油漆必须要经过很好的过滤才能制造出来。但是,我国油漆过滤机在过滤油漆时存在着搅拌不彻底,且温度变化过大时,油漆质量差的问题。针对上述问题,在原有油漆过滤机的基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油漆过滤机,以解决上述背景技术中提出搅拌不彻底,且温度变化过大时,油漆质量差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种油漆过滤机,包括过滤网提取口、出水口、盛料桶、机体、温度传感器和冷却水通道,所述过滤网提取口的上端设置有进料口,且其下方安装有温度表,所述机体的右侧位置固定有进水口和驱动电机,所述出水口的右侧设置有机体,所述机体的下方连接有支撑架,所述盛料桶的上方设置有出料口,且其底部安装有移动小车,所述过滤网提取口的内部固定有一级过滤网和二级过滤网,所述温度传感器的上方安装有二级过滤网,所述冷却水通道的上端设置有二级过滤网,所述冷却水通道的内侧连接有搅拌叶,且搅拌叶之间设置有电机轴。
优选的,所述一级过滤网和二级过滤网为可拆卸安装结构。
优选的,所述二级过滤网的孔径小于一级过滤网的孔径。
优选的,所述搅拌叶设置有4组,且最后一组的形状为Z字形。
优选的,所述冷却水通道分布在搅拌叶的左侧、右侧和上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该油漆过滤机,与现有技术相比较,可拆卸安装的双层过滤网,有效地去除油漆中的杂质,且换取较为方便,采用水冷却通道,冷却的面积大,散热的效果好,确保了油漆搅拌时的温度稳定,设置4组搅拌叶,最后一组搅拌叶为Z字形,防止底层油漆浓度过大,搅拌的效果好,整体操作简单,使用方便。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种油漆过滤机,包括进料口1、过滤网提取口2、温度表3、出水口4、盛料桶5、移动小车6、机体7、进水口8、驱动电机9、出料口10、支撑架11、一级过滤网12、二级过滤网13、温度传感器14、电机轴15、搅拌叶16和冷却水通道17,过滤网提取口2的上端设置有进料口1,且其下方安装有温度表3,机体7的右侧位置固定有进水口8和驱动电机9,出水口4的右侧设置有机体7,机体7的下方连接有支撑架11,盛料桶5的上方设置有出料口10,且其底部安装有移动小车6,过滤网提取口2的内部固定有一级过滤网12和二级过滤网13,一级过滤网12和二级过滤网13为可拆卸安装结构,方便换取,二级过滤网13的孔径小于一级过滤网12的孔径,层层过滤,过滤的效果好,温度传感器14的上方安装有二级过滤网13,冷却水通道17的上端设置有二级过滤网13,冷却水通道17分布在搅拌叶16的左侧、右侧和上方,冷却的面积大,散热的效果好,冷却水通道17的内侧连接有搅拌叶16,搅拌叶16设置有4组,且最后一组的形状为Z字形,防止底层油漆浓度过大,搅拌的效果好,且搅拌叶16之间设置有电机轴15。
工作原理:在使用该油漆过滤机时,整体工作原理比较容易理解,首先将待过滤的油漆从进料口1放入机体7中,然后接通电源,操作控制按钮,打开启动开关,油漆先经过过滤区域,颗粒较大的杂质在一级过滤网12的过滤下,停留在一级过滤网12上,剩下的油漆落至二级过滤网13上,再次经过过滤,不合格的油漆颗粒和杂质留在二级过滤网13上,合格的油漆落入搅拌桶中,此时驱动电机9通过传动装置带动电机轴15的转动,而电机轴15带动搅拌叶16的旋转,对油漆进行搅拌,与此同时温度传感器14感应温度,电连接温度表3,将温度信息通过温度表3显示出来,当温度过大时,接通进水口8,水冷却通道17进行散热,之后通过出水口4排出,待温度稳定后,搅拌适当的时间后,油漆从出料口10落至盛料桶5中,油漆过滤完毕,这就是油漆过滤机的整个工作过程。

1.一种油漆过滤机,包括过滤网提取口(2)、出水口(4)、盛料桶(5)、机体(7)、温度传感器(14)和冷却水通道(17),其特征在于:所述过滤网提取口(2)的上端设置有进料口(1),且其下方安装有温度表(3),所述机体(7)的右侧位置固定有进水口(8)和驱动电机(9),所述出水口(4)的右侧设置有机体(7),所述机体(7)的下方连接有支撑架(11),所述盛料桶(5)的上方设置有出料口(10),且其底部安装有移动小车(6),所述过滤网提取口(2)的内部固定有一级过滤网(12)和二级过滤网(13),所述温度传感器(14)的上方安装有二级过滤网(13),所述冷却水通道(17)的上端设置有二级过滤网(13),所述冷却水通道(17)的内侧连接有搅拌叶(16),且搅拌叶(16)之间设置有电机轴(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油漆过滤机,其特征在于:所述一级过滤网(12)和二级过滤网(13)为可拆卸安装结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油漆过滤机,其特征在于:所述二级过滤网(13)的孔径小于一级过滤网(12)的孔径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油漆过滤机,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(16)设置有4组,且最后一组的形状为Z字形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种油漆过滤机,其特征在于:所述冷却水通道(17)分布在搅拌叶(16)的左侧、右侧和上方。
