Abstract
本发明公开了一种外科手术用胶带,所述外科手术用胶带,包括依次紧密粘结的胶带层、粘合层和背衬层,所述粘合层,按照重量份的原料为:聚乙烯30‑40份、柠檬酸钠0.5‑0.6份、丙烯酸乙酯18‑25份、二甲基二苯胺1‑3份、棕榈油3‑9份、半边莲5‑15份、三七2‑6份、薄荷1‑3份、菊花2‑4份、白附子2‑4份;其中粘合层制备方法为:首先将半边莲、三七、薄荷、菊花、白附子研磨混匀,使用乙醇进行抽提,将抽提后的萃取液减压蒸发制得粉末,随后与聚乙烯、柠檬酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、二甲基二苯胺、棕榈油混匀,加压5‑10MPa,微波100W功率下处理1h,冷却后即得粘合层。本发明实施简便,该胶带具有良好的粘结性能,且胶带的抗菌时效更为持久,极大的提升了胶带的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种材料技术领域,具体是一种外科手术用胶带。
背景技术
通常,人们在处理、包扎外科手术缝线后的外伤时均会使用到橡皮膏,由于橡皮膏的生产成本较高,而透气性能和粘结性能较为一般,因此,在医疗机构中正逐渐被无纺布胶带所替代。
普通的无纺布胶带透气性能、伸展性能以及粘结性能优良,对皮肤无毒、无刺激、无过敏反应,且制备成本适中,实用性较高。但是,无纺布胶带通常为单层或双层面料布,抗菌性能有限。特别是对于一些需要用胶带长时间固定的场合,譬如:幼儿连续挂水,针头一般需要用胶带固定4-5天,细菌容易在胶带内滋生或是直接透过胶带进入伤口,引起感染。因此,对于医用胶带,抗菌性能不容忽视。现行的抗菌粘胶的制备成本过高,抗菌时效过短,不能满足人们的使用需要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种外科手术用胶带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

作为本发明进一步的方案:所述粘合层,按照重量份的原料为:聚乙烯33-36份、柠檬酸钠0.5-0.6份、丙烯酸乙酯19-23份、二甲基二苯胺1-3份、棕榈油4-8份、半边莲8-12份、三七3-4份、薄荷1-3份、菊花2-4份、白附子2-4份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述粘合层,按照重量份的原料为:聚乙烯35份、柠檬酸钠0.6份、丙烯酸乙酯21份、二甲基二苯胺2份、棕榈油6份、半边莲10份、三七4份、薄荷2份、菊花3份、白附子3份。

将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5及对比例1、对比例2、对比例3分别制备的胶带,按照JIS Z2801和ASTM G21-96标准进行防霉抗菌测试,本发明实施例1-5制备的胶带均能达到99.9%以上的抑菌率,而对比例1-3制备的胶带的抑菌率仅在42.1-51.2%;接着按照GB/T 2792-2014测试其剥离强度,本发明实施例1-5制备的胶带的剥离强度在8.9-9.7N/cm,而对比例1-3制备的胶带剥离强度仅在3.5-3.9N/cm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术用胶带,包括依次紧密粘结的胶带层、粘合层和背衬层,其特征在于,所述粘合层,按照重量份的原料为:聚乙烯33-36份、柠檬酸钠0.5-0.6份、丙烯酸乙酯19-23份、二甲基二苯胺1-3份、棕榈油4-8份、半边莲8-12份、三七3-4份、薄荷1-3份、菊花2-4份、白附子2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术用胶带,包括依次紧密粘结的胶带层、粘合层和背衬层,其特征在于,所述粘合层,按照重量份的原料为:聚乙烯35份、柠檬酸钠0.6份、丙烯酸乙酯21份、二甲基二苯胺2份、棕榈油6份、半边莲10份、三七4份、薄荷2份、菊花3份、白附子3份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的外科手术用胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法具体如下:
首先将半边莲、三七、薄荷、菊花、白附子研磨混匀,使用乙醇进行抽提,将抽提后的萃取液减压蒸发制得粉末,随后与聚乙烯、柠檬酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、二甲基二苯胺、棕榈油混匀,加压5-10MPa,微波100W功率下处理1h,冷却后即得粘合层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外科手术用胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,加压8MPa。
