本发明提供一种治疗牛皮癣药物，由川槿皮、丁香、败酱草、百部、大枫子、苦参、白头翁、生附子、川黄连、红花、生大黄、密佗僧、斑蝥、樟脑、轻粉等原料制得。本发明的原料为常用中草药，来源广泛、药物配方科学合理、各组分之间协同作用，能迅速杀灭顽固性真菌，细菌，消除皮肤感染。用于治疗牛皮廯具有见效快、治疗效果好的优点。

本发明涉及一种治疗牛皮廯的药物，属于中药技术领域。
背景技术
牛皮廯是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病，常发于头皮和四肢伸面，尤其是肘和膝关节附近，临床表现以浸润性红斑及多层银白色鳞屑的血疹或斑片为主，病程经过缓慢，有多发倾向。如果刮去鳞屑及其下面的发亮薄膜后有点状出血，有痒感，常于夏季减轻或自愈，冬季复发或恶化。牛皮廯病程长，病情变化多，时轻时重，不易根治。现在市场治疗牛皮廯的药物以西药为主，这些西药具有价格高、副作用大等缺点。特别一些抗真菌的西药，容易带来耐药性、犯病复发、影响人体内分泌等问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是：提供一种治疗牛皮廯的药物，具有价格便宜、治疗效果好、毒副作用小等优点。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：
治疗牛皮廯的药物，由下述重量份的原料制料得：川槿皮15-20份、丁香15-20份、败酱草15-20份、百部15-20份、大枫子15-20份、苦参15-20份、白头翁15-20份、生附子10-15份、穿黄连10-15份、红花10-15份、生大黄10-15份、密佗僧10-15份、斑蝥6-10份、樟脑4-8份、轻粉4-8份。
作为优选的这里给出第一个具体的配方，所述原料的重量份为：川槿皮15份、丁香15份、败酱草18份、百部18份、大枫子20份、苦参20份、白头翁15份、生附子10份、川黄连10份、红花12份、生大黄12份、密佗僧15份、斑蝥8份、樟脑6份、轻粉4份。

该药物的使用方法为：将适量的药液倒出来，以消毒的棉球蘸药涂抹患处，每日4-5次，3-5天痊愈。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明原料为常用中草药，来源广泛、价格便宜、药物配方科学合理、各组之间协同作用，能迅速杀灭顽固性真菌，消除皮肤感染，经100例体验者用药5天后，有效或显效95例，且无一例出现不适等副作用，用于治疗牛皮廯具有见效快、治疗效果好的优点。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明，但本发明不限于这些实施例。
实施例1：
治疗牛皮廯的药物，由下述重量份的原料制得：川槿皮15份、丁香15份、败酱草18份、百部18份、大枫子20份、苦参20份、白头翁15份、生附子10份、川黄连10份、红花12份、生大黄12份、密佗僧15份、斑蝥8份、樟脑6份、轻粉4份。
药物的备制方法为：先将川槿皮、丁香、败酱草、百部、大枫子、苦参、白头翁、生附子、川黄连、红花、生大黄、密佗僧、斑蝥、樟脑、轻粉等15味中药共研磨成粉，再加入其3倍的浓度为70％的乙醇中浸泡10天，然后滤出药渣，贮入瓶里密封备用。
实施例2：
治疗牛皮廯的药物由下述重量份的原料制得：川槿皮18份、丁香18份、败酱草20份、百部20份、大枫子15份、苦参15份、白头翁18份、生附子15份、川黄连15份、红花10份、生大黄10份、密佗僧12份、斑蝥6份、樟脑8份、轻粉6份。
药物的备制方法为：将生附子、生大黄和斑蝥炒熟，炒干取出来与川槿皮、丁香、败酱草、百部、大枫子、苦参、白头翁、川黄连、红花、密陀僧、樟脑、轻粉共研磨成粉，再 加入其3倍浓度为60％乙醇中浸泡10天，然后滤出药渣，贮入瓶里密封备用。
实施例3：
治疗牛皮廯的药物由下述重量份的原料制得：川槿皮20份、丁香20份、败酱草15份、百部15份、大枫子18份、苦参18份、白头翁20份、生附子12份、川黄连12份、红花15份、生大黄15份、密佗僧10份、斑蝥10份、樟脑4份、轻粉8份。
药物的备制方法为：先将川槿皮、丁香、败酱草、百部、大枫子、苦参、白头翁、生附子、川黄连、红花、生大黄、密陀僧、斑蝥、樟脑、轻粉等15味中药共研磨成粉，再加入其3倍乙醇(浓度为50％)中浸泡10天，然后滤出药渣，贮入瓶里密封备用。
毒性实验
取ICR小白鼠，实验前禁食不禁水15h，均分为19组(每个实施例的实验药物组6组，对照组1组)。各组小鼠尾静脉给药，实验1组至6组给药剂量分别为500mg/kg，1000mg/kg，2000mg/kg，5000mg/kg，10000mg/kg，20000mg/kg，对照组小白鼠给予同体积蒸馏水。仔细观察，并记录给药即刻至7d内小鼠出现的毒性反应与死亡情况：采用Bliss’s法计算LD50实验结果如下表格：

由上表可知药物的LD50都在3680mg/kg以上，显然本药物的毒性很低，而且是体外使用，在合理使用范围内，对人体的毒副作用少。

1.治疗牛皮廯的药物，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料制得：川槿皮1520份、丁香15-20份、败酱草15-20份、百部15-20份、大枫子15-20份、苦参15-20份、白头翁15-20份、生附子10-15份、川黄连10-15份、红花10-15份、生大黄10-15份、密佗僧10-15份、斑蝥6-10份、樟脑4-8份、轻粉4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于，所述原料的重量份为：川槿皮15份、丁香15份、败酱草18份、百部18份、大枫子20份、苦参20份、白头翁15份、生附子10份、川黄连10份、红花12份、生大黄12份、密佗僧15份、斑蝥8份、樟脑6份、轻粉4份。
