一种骨髓炎粉膏
技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗骨髓炎的外用药物骨髓炎粉膏。
背景技术
骨髓炎是指化脓性细菌感染骨髓、骨皮质和骨膜而引起的炎症性疾病，多数由血源性引起，也可由外伤或手术感染引起。骨髓炎在中医学中属于“附骨疽”或“附骨流毒”范畴。急性骨髓炎症状为病骨疼痛，并有发热、严重的消瘦和疲乏，也可以出现局部红肿热痛；慢性骨髓炎则引起间隙性(数月至数年)骨痛，压痛和窦道排脓，临床上常见有反复发作，严重影响身心健康和劳动能力。重症患者常危及生命，有时不得不采取截肢的应急办法，致患者终生残疾。
传统西医对于骨髓炎的治疗大多采用手术清除坏死组织，抗生素局部或全身消炎，但长期大量使用抗生素，易使细菌产生耐药性，且由于患者本身体质差，新陈代谢慢，导致伤口不愈合，形成更大的创面，甚至感染发炎形成窦道。
中医药关于骨髓炎的治疗历史悠久，且外治内服疗效众多。外用药物中，目前市面上也有一些专门针对骨髓炎的药膏，但大多数膏药存在疗效缓慢，治疗时间长，容易复发等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中治疗骨髓炎效果不理想的问题，本发明提供一种制备简单，使用方便，用药直接，创面愈合快，疗效显著的骨髓炎粉膏。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种骨髓炎粉膏，其特征在于：所述骨髓炎粉膏包括以下组分：黄连30g，防风10g，丹参50g，地丁10g，连翘10g，白芥子10g，益母草50g，木香20g，茯苓10g，白芍10g。
本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明各组分药物相配合，相辅相成，具有补血活血，活血排脓，去腐生肌，抗感染，敛疮止痛的功效，有效治疗骨髓炎、骨结核所导致的肌肤溃烂坏死、篓管、组织进行性坏死。使用本发明制作的骨髓炎粉膏，敛疮生肌效果好，见效快，使用2天后新鲜肉芽组织即开始生成，同时使用药物种类少、制备简单，使用方便。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种骨髓炎粉膏，所述骨髓炎粉膏包括以下组分：黄连30g，防风10g，丹参50g，地丁10g，连翘10g，白芥子10g，益母草50g，木香20g，茯苓10g，白芍10g。
使用方法：将上述原料药粉加入适量凡士林，调拌均匀后敷于疮口处即可。
临床效果验证：为证明本发明具有很好的疗效，列举典型病例如下。
典型病例1：患者，女，16岁，自小因右足畸形，右足第5跖骨缺失，右足底部肌肉大面积缺损感染、坏死、溃疡，继发性骨髓炎，多年来到全国各地求医问药医治无效，用本发明制成的骨髓炎粉膏经三个月分三期治疗，康复出院。
典型病例2：患者，男，在一次翻车事故中脚开放性骨折，在当地县医院住院近一个月，病情未有好转，伤口大面积疮伤感染，医院建议截肢，后患者转入弥渡县彝族民间骨伤科研究所治疗，运用本发明制成的骨髓炎粉膏治疗60天康复出院。
典型病例3：患者因腓肠肌感染、坏死，又继发骨髓炎，后转入弥渡县彝族民间骨伤科研究所治疗，运用本发明制成的骨髓炎粉膏治疗50天痊愈出院。
典型病例4：患者于2001年被炮炸伤，致肌肉坏死，后继发性骨髓炎，运用本发明制成的骨髓炎粉膏治疗近4月，康复出院。
临床效果统计：用本发明制成的骨髓炎粉膏，经过上千例骨髓炎患者临床验证，结果治愈率达95％，总有效率达98％。
