Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a dishwasher 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a liner 10, a carrier assembly 20 and a door assembly 30. The inner container 10 is formed with a washing chamber 11 and an opening 13 communicating with the washing chamber 11. A cavity platform 12 is arranged in the washing chamber 11. The cavity platform 12 includes a bevel 121. The carrier assembly 20 is movably disposed on the cavity platform 12. The door assembly 30 includes a door body 31. The door 31 is rotatably coupled to the inner container 10 to open or close the opening 13. The inclined surface 121 is inclined toward the opening 13. When the door 31 closes the opening 13. The carrier assembly 20 is received in the washing chamber 11 and supported on the inclined surface 121. When the door 31 opens the opening 13. The carrier assembly 20 automatically moves up the opening 13 by the ramp 121 under the force of gravity of the carrier assembly 20.
In the dishwasher 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the door 31 opens the opening 13, the carrying assembly 20 can automatically move from the inclined surface 121 to the opening 13 under the action of gravity, so that the carrying assembly 20 can extend out of the opening 13, thereby increasing the contact area between the high-temperature tableware on the carrying assembly 13 and the outside cold air, further increasing the drying speed of the dishwasher 100, improving the drying efficiency of the dishwasher 100, and avoiding additional energy consumption.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the liner 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
In an embodiment of the invention, the carrier assembly 20 is a bowl basket. The carrier assembly 20 is used for placing cutlery.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the carrying assembly 20 may be a cutlery tray, a cutlery basket, or other articles to be washed.
In one embodiment, the cavity platform 12 includes a concave surface 122. The inclined surface 121 connects the concave surface 122 and is inclined to the concave surface 122. Concave surface 122 is closer to opening 13 than beveled surface 121. The carrier assembly 20 includes rollers 21. The carrier assembly 20 is movably disposed on the cavity platform 12 by rollers 21. When the door 31 closes the opening 13, the roller 21 is supported on the inclined surface 121, and when the door 31 opens the opening 13, the roller 21 automatically moves from the inclined surface 121 to the concave surface 122 under the gravity action of the bearing assembly 20 so as to enable the bearing assembly 20 to swing on the concave surface 122.
Therefore, when the door 31 opens the opening 13, the carrying assembly 20 automatically moves from the inclined surface 121 to the concave surface 122, and the carrying assembly 20 can swing on the concave surface 122 by a small extent by means of the roller 21, so that the water drops on the carrying assembly 20 can fall down more rapidly under the swinging force, and the drying time can be shortened.
In the present example, concave surface 122 is a semi-cylindrical concave surface. It is understood that the concave surface 122 may also be other shaped surfaces that facilitate the swinging of the carrier assembly 20.
In one embodiment, when the door 31 closes the opening 13, the carrier assembly 20 is supported on the highest point 121a of the slope 121 remote from the opening 13. Thus, when the door 31 opens the opening 13, the carrying component 20 moves to the opening 13 with a larger extent under the self-acting force, so that the contact area between the high-temperature tableware on the carrying component 13 and the external cold air can be further increased.
In one embodiment, when the door 31 opens the opening 13, the carrier 20 automatically moves up the inclined surface 121 toward the opening 13 under the gravity of the carrier 20 and pushes the door assembly 30 to increase the opening angle of the door assembly 30.
In this way, the door opening angle of the door body 31 is increased, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the high-temperature tableware on the bearing assembly 20 and the cold air of the environment can be improved, and the drying efficiency can be further effectively improved.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 9, a dishwasher 100 includes a control device 40. The door assembly 30 includes a door lock assembly 32. The control device 40 is connected to the door lock assembly 32. The control device 40 is used for controlling the door lock assembly 32 to unlock from the liner 10 to move the door body 31 from the position closing the opening 13 to the position opening the opening 13.
In this way, the control device 40 can control the door lock assembly 32 to unlock, so as to realize automatic opening and closing of the door body 31, and in the drying stage of the dishwasher 100, the door body 31 can be automatically opened, so that the bearing assembly 20 automatically moves from the inclined plane 121 to the opening 13 under the action of self gravity and is dried, thereby shortening the drying time and further improving the intellectualization of the dishwasher 100.
In one embodiment, the door lock assembly 32 includes a fastener 321 mounted to the inner container 10 and a lock body 322 mounted to the door body 31. The lock body 322 cooperates with the catch 321 such that the door body 31 closes the opening 13.
In this way, the door lock assembly 32 has a simpler structure, occupies less space, and is easy to unlock by controlling the control device 40.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control device 40 controls the door 31 to automatically open the opening 13 when the dishwasher 100 enters the drying stage. At this time, the carrier 20 automatically moves from the inclined surface 121 to the opening 13 under the gravity of the carrier 20 and makes the hot tableware on the carrier 20 exchange heat with the outside air.
In one embodiment, the number of cavity platforms 12 is two. Two cavity platforms 12 are located on opposite sides of the wash chamber 11, respectively.
In this way, the bearing assembly 20 is borne on the two cavity platforms 12 positioned at the end sides of the washing chamber 11, so that the stress is more balanced, and adverse phenomena that the drying of the dish washer 100 is affected due to inclination and the like of the bearing assembly 20 in the process of moving from the inclined surface 121 to the opening 13 can be avoided.
In the present example, two cavity platforms 12 are symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the washing chamber 11. Each cavity stage 12 includes 4 concavities 122 and 4 bevels. The two cavity platforms 12 are substantially identical in construction. The bearing assembly 20 comprises 8 rollers 21, and the 8 rollers 21 are divided into two groups of rollers 21, each group of rollers is installed on one side of the bearing assembly 20, and the bearing assembly 20 is movably arranged on the two cavity platforms 12 through the two groups of rollers 21.
During the operation of the dishwasher 100, dishes to be washed may be sequentially placed in the carrying assembly 20, and then the carrying assembly 20 is pushed into the washing chamber 11, and during the pushing process, at least two rollers 21 in each set of rollers 21 of the carrying assembly 20 are not located in the concave 122 supporting the carrying assembly 20, so that the smoothness of pushing and pulling of the carrying assembly 20 is ensured.
When the 4 rollers 21 of each group are all located in the corresponding concave 122, although the bearing assembly 20 is not pushed to the deepest part of the washing chamber 11, the door body 31 closes the opening 13 by the door lock assembly 32 to press the bearing assembly 20 to the deepest part of the washing chamber 11 (as shown in fig. 3 and 4), and at this time, the 8 rollers 21 are respectively supported at the highest point of the inclined surface 121 far from the opening 13. The dishwasher 100 is then again selected for an appropriate washing procedure to clean the dishes placed in the carrier assembly 20, i.e., to bring the dishwasher 100 into a washing phase.
When the washing stage of the dishwasher 100 is completed and the drying stage is entered, the control device 40 controls the door lock assembly 32 to be unlocked from the inner tub 10 to move the door body 31 from the position closing the opening 13 to the position opening the opening 13 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). At this time, the carrier 20 automatically moves from the inclined surface 121 to the opening 13 under the action of its own weight, and the 8 rollers 21 all move into the corresponding concave surfaces 122 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6). In this process, the carrier assembly 20 may push the door assembly 30 to increase the opening angle of the door assembly 30.
At this time, the position of the bearing assembly 20 moves outwards by a certain distance relative to the position of the bearing assembly in the washing state, so that the contact area between the high-temperature tableware of the bearing assembly 20 and the external cold air can be increased, and the heat exchange efficiency of the high-temperature tableware and the external cold air can be improved. In addition, the bearing assembly 20 automatically moves from the inclined surface 121 to the concave surface 122, and the bearing assembly 20 can swing on the concave surface 122 by a small extent by means of the roller 21, so that the drying effect is improved.
In one embodiment, dishwasher 100 includes a first spray device 50 (see FIG. 2) and a second spray device 51 (see FIG. 7). The first spraying device 50 is disposed at the bottom of the washing chamber 11, and the second spraying device 51 is disposed at the upper portion of the washing chamber 11.
In this way, the tableware on the bearing assembly 20 can be sprayed up and down through the two spraying devices, so that the spraying effect is enhanced, and the washing effect of the dish washer 100 is effectively improved.
Specifically, in the present example, the first spray device 50 is located below the carrier assembly 20 and the second spray device 51 is located above the carrier assembly 20.
It is noted that "bottom", "upper", "above", "below" are positional states of the dishwasher 100 in a normal use state of the dishwasher, such as the positional state of the dishwasher 100 shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment, dishwasher 100 includes a water cup 60. The cup 60 is provided at the bottom of the liner 10. The water cup 60 communicates with the washing chamber 11.
In this manner, the washing liquid of the dishwasher 100 during the washing stage may be collected and stored through the water cup 60.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cup 60 is provided with a filter (not shown). In the process of cleaning the tableware on the carrying assembly 20, the cleaned residues flow to the water cup 60 along with the cleaning liquid, then the residues are filtered by the filter, and the liquid with the residues filtered finally gathers in the water cup 60.
In one embodiment, the dishwasher 100 includes a water pump 70. The water pump 70 is disposed outside the liner 10. The water pump 70 is connected to the water cup 60.
Thus, the liquid stored in the water cup 60 can be discharged by the water pump 70 in time, and can be recycled to be discharged outside the dishwasher 100.
Specifically, the water pump 70 may be installed in the base 80 of the dishwasher 100, and the base 80 is connected with the inner container 10 to support the inner container 10.
In the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, a first feature "above" or "below" a second feature may include both the first and second features being in direct contact, as well as the first and second features not being in direct contact but being in contact with each other through additional features therebetween.
