本发明涉及一种集成电路生产车间用地面抽尘装置，包括通过纵横梁支撑的抽吸板，所述抽吸板上均布有微抽吸孔，位于微抽吸孔的下方，所述纵横梁的支撑空隙中间隔安装有多根抽吸管，所述抽吸管的管壁上设有吸尘孔，所述抽吸管上设有独立的控制阀并连接吸尘设备。本发明采用地面抽吸方式，对集中靠近地面的灰尘进行抽吸，其抽吸效果好，效率高。

本发明涉及集成电路的生产车间相关技术领域，特别涉及集成电路生产车间的除尘系统。
背景技术
集成电路的生产车间，必须保证无尘、无菌环境。现有的车间中，采用墙壁及顶部抽尘、换气系统，由于灰尘主要产生于人体脚部及靠近地面的位置，这种抽尘换气方式，对保证车间的无尘环境的效果不佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题，申请人进行研究及改进，提供一种集成电路生产车间用地面抽尘装置，采用地面抽吸灰尘的方式，提高灰尘的抽吸效果。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种集成电路生产车间用地面抽尘装置，包括通过纵横梁支撑的抽吸板，所述抽吸板上均布有微抽吸孔，位于微抽吸孔的下方，所述纵横梁的支撑空隙中间隔安装有多根抽吸管，所述抽吸管的管壁上设有吸尘孔，所述抽吸管上设有独立的控制阀并连接吸尘设备。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明采用地面抽吸方式，对集中靠近地面的灰尘进行抽吸，其抽吸效果好，效率高。

如图1所示，本实施例的集成电路生产车间用地面抽尘装置，包括通过纵横梁1支撑的抽吸板2，抽吸板2上均布有微抽吸孔3，位于微抽吸孔3的下方，纵横梁1的支撑空隙中间隔安装有多根抽吸管4，抽吸管4的管壁上设有吸尘孔，抽吸管4上设有独立的控制阀并连接吸尘设备。本发明采用地面抽吸方式，对集中靠近地面的灰尘进行抽吸，其抽吸效果好，效率高。
