Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有除草剂成分的杀虫剂悬浮剂及其制备方法所叙悬浮剂包括以下组分:10~30%氟虫腈,10~20%草甘膦,2~5%麦草畏,5%~20%植物油增效,乳化剂5%~15%增稠触变剂0.1%~1.0%,去离子水5%~50%。本发明在抗草甘膦与麦草畏的转基因作物上使用,可以实现一次施药,实现虫草双除,达到节本增效的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药剂型加工领域,具体涉及一种农药杀虫剂与一种或一种以上的除草剂及增效剂复配的悬浮剂组合物。
背景技术
氟虫腈:英文通用名为fipronil,化学名称(RS)-5-氨基-1-(2,6-二氯-a,a,a-三氟-对-甲苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚磺酰基吡唑-3-腈,分子式:C12H4Cl2F6N4OS,分子量:437.2CAS号:120068-37-3 纯品为白色固体,熔点200~201℃,密度1.477~1.626(20℃)。蒸气压3.7×10-7pa(20℃);分配系数(25℃)logP=4.0。水中溶解度(20℃,mg/L)1.9(蒸馏水),1.9(PH=5),2.4(PH=9);其它溶剂中溶解度(20℃,g/L):丙酮545.9,二氯甲烷22.3,甲苯3.0,己烷<0.028。在PH=5、7的水中稳定,在PH=9时缓慢水解,DT50约为28天,在太阳光照下缓慢降解,但在水溶液中经光照可快速分解。 氟虫腈为GABA-氯离子通道抑制剂,与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性,对有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯等类杀虫剂已经产生抗性的或敏感的害虫均有较好的防治效果。适宜的作物有水稻、玉米、棉花、香蕉、甜菜、马铃薯、大豆、花生等,推荐剂量下对作物无药害。
草甘膦:草甘膦是由美国孟山都公司开发的除草剂。又称:镇草宁、农达(Roundup)、草干膦、膦甘酸。纯品为非挥发性白色固体,比重为0.5,大约在230℃左右熔化,并伴随分解。25℃时在水中的溶解度为1.2%,不溶于一般有机溶剂,其异丙胺盐完全溶解于水。草甘膦为内吸传导型广谱灭生性除草剂。主要抑制植物体内的烯醇丙酮基莽草素磷酸合成酶,从而抑制莽草素向苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸及色氨酸的转化,使蛋白质合成受到干扰,导致植物死亡。目前草甘膦是全球使用量最大的除草剂,主要用于转基因大豆及玉米上。但经过多年的使用后,一些地区的杂草也逐渐对草甘膦产生了抗性,使得草甘膦的除草效果有所下降。
麦草畏:化学名称3,6-二氯-2-甲氧基苯甲酸 原药为淡黄色结晶固体。纯品是无色结晶固体。在25℃下溶解度:水中6.5克/升,丙酮中810克/升,二氯甲烷中261克/升,乙醇中922克/升,甲苯中130克/升,二甲苯中78克/升。麦草畏属安息香酸系除草剂,具有内吸传导作用,对一年生和多年生阔叶杂草有显著防除效果。麦草畏用于苗后喷雾,药剂能很快被杂草的叶、茎、根吸收,通过韧皮部向上、下传导,多集中在分生组织及代谢活动旺盛的部位,阻碍植物激素的正常活动,从而使其死亡。禾本科植物吸收药剂后能很快的进行代谢分解使之失效,故表现较强的抗药性。对小麦、玉米、谷子、水稻等禾本科作物比较安全,麦草畏在土壤中经微生物较快分解后消失,用后一般24小时阔叶杂草既会出现畸形卷曲症状,15-20天死亡。与草甘膦复配后,可以大大提高草甘膦对抗草甘膦恶性杂草的防效。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种杀虫剂和一种或两种除草剂复配的悬浮剂组合物。
本发明的技术方案是,10~30%氟虫腈 ,10~20%草甘膦,2~5%麦草畏,5%~15%植物油增效剂,乳化剂5%~15%,去离子水5%~50%。
进一步的,根据实际需要,本水乳剂产品中可能还包括极少量的杀菌剂。
根据本发明所述的悬浮剂组合物,所叙述的乳化剂为聚丙烯酸类梳型高分子乳化剂 与gemini型两性表面活性剂的混合物
根据本发明所述的悬浮剂组合物,植物油增效剂为菜籽油,花生油,大豆油,甲酯化菜籽油,棕榈油,甲酯化棕榈油,松子基植物油,更优选的为松子基植物油。
本发明还提供了悬浮剂组合物的加工工艺,该工艺按如下步骤进行:
在氟虫腈原药中加入聚丙烯酸类梳型高分子乳化剂、硅酸镁铝和适量的去离子水,加工成含量在30~60%左右的杀虫剂悬浮剂。
在草甘膦和麦草畏原药中加入适量的水,然后滴加异丙胺溶液,配成含量在20~40%左右的除草剂水溶液。
在低至中速搅拌条件下,将除草剂水溶液加入到杀虫剂悬浮剂中,然后将松子基植物油再滴加入悬浮剂体系中,充分搅拌,使植物油完全分散乳化在悬浮剂体系中,最终形成均匀的混合体系。
本发明的优点在于,相较于现行的加工技术,在悬浮剂体系中加入强极性的盐一直是农药剂型加工中的技术难题。因为在传统悬浮剂配方中,乳化剂一般为线性的单链乳化剂结构。一端亲水,一端亲油,加入强极性或高价位的电解质盐以后,就会中和掉原先悬浮剂体系所带的电荷,使乳化剂分子从固体原药粒子周围脱落开来,从而导致固体粒子聚集,沉淀,最终导致体系稳定性破坏。而采用本发明中所使用的乳化剂结构,聚丙烯酸类梳型高分子乳化剂,在一条长亲油链上分布了多个亲水链,增加了乳化剂所带电荷的密度,增加了静电排斥力量。同时由于gemini型两性表面活性剂的特殊结构,同时具有多个亲水基团与亲油基团,而且在不同的PH条件下,乳化剂体系会带不同的电荷,使其在强酸性到强碱性的不同的PH值条件下都可以使用,大大提高了悬浮体系抗受电解质的能力。从而很好的解决了在有电解质存在条件的悬浮体系难稳定性的问题。
本发明的另一个优点在于 ,相较于现有的复配剂产品,较多的为杀虫剂与杀虫剂配,或杀虫剂与杀菌剂复配,较少的为杀虫剂与除草剂复配,本发明所叙述的悬浮剂组合物主要应用于转基因大豆与玉米田的杀虫与除草,一次施药,可以起到虫草兼防的双重作用。随着转基因大豆与玉米的种植面积在全球不停的扩展,草甘膦的使用量在逐年上升,但随着草甘膦的连续多年的使用后,抗草甘膦的恶性杂草的数量也在迅速的增加,农民使用草甘膦除草的成本也在逐年增加,而同时除草效果却在逐年下降。本发明中,使用麦草畏和草甘膦进行复配后,配合松子基植物油的增效,一方面可以增加氟虫腈杀虫剂在植物体表面的吸附与渗透,另一方面也可以减少除草剂成分在作植物体叶片上的蒸腾与流失,在提高杀虫效果的同时也可以大大的提高草甘膦对抗性杂草的防除效果,减低用药成本,延长产品生命周期。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将153克氟虫腈原药加入243克水中,然后加入croda 4913 30克,croda 4915 24克,充分剪切,砂磨后得到悬浮剂,将103草甘膦,21克麦草畏投入234克水中,搅拌,通冷却水将温度降至0~5℃左右缓慢滴加99%异丙胺溶剂42克,得到除草剂水剂。将50克monzs 219加入100克松子基植物油中,形成油相。然后在搅拌的条件下,将除草剂水剂缓慢的加入到杀虫剂悬浮剂中,最后在加入油相植物油,继续搅拌10~15分钟,得到1000克粘稠的乳白色悬浮杀虫除草剂。
实施例2:
将255克氟虫腈原药加入104克水中,然后加入croda 4913 40克,croda 4915 30克,充分剪切,砂磨后得到悬浮剂,将155草甘膦,32克麦草畏投入140克水中,搅拌,通冷却水将温度降至0~5℃左右,然后缓慢滴加99%异丙胺溶剂64克,得到除草剂水剂。将60克monzs 219加入120克松子基植物油中,形成油相。然后在搅拌的条件下,将除草剂水剂缓慢的加入到杀虫剂悬浮剂中,最后再滴加入油相植物油,继续搅拌10~15分钟,得到1000克粘稠的乳白色悬浮杀虫除草剂。

以上两个实例的热储稳定性指标 54±±2℃,14天:
将此悬浮剂组合物在54±2℃的条件下热储14天后,分析各项技术指标,其各项指标仍在要求范围内,可见悬浮体系在热储条件下是稳定的,将此配方应用于大生产中是可行的。
Claims (6)
1.含有除草剂组分的杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分,各组分按质量比为:0~30%氟虫腈 ,10~20%草甘膦,2~5%麦草畏,5%~15%植物油增效剂,乳化剂5%~15%,去离子水5%~50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有除草剂组分的杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于,还包括有杀菌剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有除草剂组分的杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酸类梳型高分子乳化剂 与gemini型两性表面活性剂的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有除草剂组分的杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述植物油增效剂为菜籽油,花生油,大豆油,甲酯化菜籽油,棕榈油,甲酯化棕榈油或松子基植物油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有除草剂组分的杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述植物油增效剂为松子基植物油。
6.含有除草剂组分的杀虫悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
1)在氟虫腈原药中加入聚丙烯酸类梳型高分子乳化剂、硅酸镁铝和去离子水,加工成含量在30~60%左右的杀虫剂悬浮剂;
2)在草甘膦和麦草畏原药中加入水,然后滴加异丙胺溶液,配成含量在20~40%左右的除草剂水溶液;
3)在搅拌条件下,将除草剂水溶液加入到杀虫剂悬浮剂中,然后将松子基植物油再滴加入悬浮剂体系中,充分搅拌,使植物油完全分散乳化在悬浮剂体系中,最终形成均匀的混合体系。
