本发明涉及一种具有杀菌功能的除草剂,属于农药技术领域,由以下重量份的原料组成:70%草甘膦铵盐120‑150份、10%麦草畏8‑15份、硫酸铜2‑7份、助剂14‑30份、填料7‑15份、分散剂5‑12份、湿润剂5‑12份、消泡剂0.1‑2份、增稠剂5‑12份;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:穿心莲15‑22份、蒲公英8‑15份、板蓝根8‑12份、厚朴5‑9份、花椒3‑8份、栀子12‑20份、黄根5‑8份、菊花杆10‑15份、黄连23‑27份、冬凌草8‑12份。本发明通过除草剂复配,显著提高了药效,扩大了杀草谱,对环境友好,对人畜安全;添加的助剂具备杀菌功效,同时对病毒具有钝化和抑制作用。

一种具有杀菌功能的除草剂
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种具有杀菌功能的除草剂。
背景技术
草甘膦是一种高效低毒的芽后灭生性除草剂,是目前国内除草剂产量最大的品种。草甘膦的除草机理是通过内吸传导作用而将杂草杀手,因而对人和动物无毒无害。另外,草甘膦入土后易被微生物降解,不会污染土壤和地下水,因此草甘膦是一种高效、广谱、低毒且环境友好的灭生性除草剂。草甘膦是通过茎叶吸收后传导到植物各部位的,可防除单子叶和双子叶、一年生和多年生、草本和灌木等40多科的植物。草甘膦入土后很快与铁、铝等金属离子结合而失去活性,对土壤中潜藏的种子和土壤微生物无不良影响。基于以上众多优点,草甘膦一经问世就得到了广泛推广应用,特别是转基因作物的大面积种植,更使得全球对草甘膦的需求不断增长。目前,草甘膦的使用效果通常在7天左右被喷施的杂草才开始死亡。特别在冬春低温天气使用,往往要15到20天杂草才开始死亡。并且,草甘膦的使用效果强烈的依赖于天气,其不耐雨水冲刷。要求在草甘膦的使用后,至少8小时没有下雨,否则要重新施药。
麦草畏为激素类除草剂,属安息香酸系列除草剂,具有内吸传导作用,对一年生和多年生阔叶杂草有显著防除效果。用于苗后喷雾,药剂能很快被杂草的叶、茎吸收,通过韧皮部或木质部向上下传导,多集中于分生组织和代谢活动旺盛的部位,阻碍植物激素的正常活动,从而使其死亡。对一年生和多年生阔叶杂草有显著防除效果,用后一般24h阔叶杂草即会出现畸形卷曲症状,15-20天死亡。对小麦、玉米、谷子、水稻等禾本科作物比较安全,用于防除猪殃殃、荞麦蔓、藜、牛繁缕、大巢菜、播娘蒿、苍耳、薄朔草、田旋花、问荆、鳢肠等。禾本科植物吸收后能很快代谢分解使之失效,表现较强的抗药性,故对小麦、玉米、水稻等禾本科作物比较安全。也用于防除耕作区的木本灌木丛。通常单用或几个苯氧羧酸类除草剂混用,也可与其他类型的除草剂混用。麦草畏对草甘膦抗性杂草有较好的补充效果,能够有效提高杂草防治效果。
随着农业的现代化发展,农民在农业生产中也大量运用高科技产品,生物农药、农药混剂等一系列化学产品广泛应用,其中最受欢迎的农药产品是除草剂,除草剂的销量一直在农药中排在最前面。目前市场上的除草剂种类众多,但大多对人体有害,具有毒性大、防效不足、除草不彻底、不具备杀菌功能等缺点,因此迫切需要开发一种除草效果好、不难分解的除草剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种除草效果好、毒性小、杀草谱广、易分解且具有杀菌功能的除草剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有杀菌功能的除草剂,所述除草剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
70%草甘膦铵盐120-150份、10%麦草畏8-15份、硫酸铜2-7份、助剂14-30份、填料7-15份、分散剂5-12份、湿润剂5-12份、消泡剂0.1-2份、增稠剂5-12份;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
穿心莲15-22份、蒲公英8-15份、板蓝根8-12份、厚朴5-9份、花椒3-8份、栀子12-20份、黄根5-8份、菊花杆10-15份、黄连23-27份、冬凌草8-12份。
优选地,所述除草剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
70%草甘膦铵盐125-140份、10%麦草畏10-13份、硫酸铜3-6份、助剂15-24份、填料8-12份、分散剂7-10份、湿润剂8-10份、消泡剂0.1-1份、增稠剂7-10份;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
穿心莲17-20份、蒲公英10-12份、板蓝根10-12份、厚朴5-7份、花椒4-6份、栀子15-18份、黄根5-7份、菊花杆12-14份、黄连25-27份、冬凌草10-12份。
优选地,所述除草剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
70%草甘膦铵盐130份、10%麦草畏12份、硫酸铜5份、助剂22份、填料11份、分散剂8份、湿润剂9份、消泡剂0.5份、增稠剂8份;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
穿心莲20份、蒲公英12份、板蓝根12份、厚朴6份、花椒5份、栀子17份、黄根6份、菊花杆13份、黄连26份、冬凌草11份。
优选地,所述填料为硫酸铵;所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;所述湿润剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;所述增稠剂为硅藻土;所述消泡剂为硅酮。
优选地,所述除草剂为可溶粒剂。
进一步地,所述除草剂的制备方法为:称取助剂中的各原料置于水中,煎煮2次,每次1~3h,每次用水量为助剂总重量的3~5倍,过滤,合并两次滤液,并浓缩干燥,制得相对密度为1.2~1.4的浸膏;然后将浸膏、70%草甘膦铵盐和10%麦草畏混合搅拌,再加入硫酸铜、填料、分散剂、湿润剂、增稠剂和适量水搅拌混合均匀后,加入消泡剂,然后进行捏合、造粒,最后进行干燥、筛分、装袋。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过除草剂复配,协同作用,显著提高了药效,除草效果好;复配扩大了杀草谱,且对环境友好,对人畜安全;添加的助剂具备杀菌功效,同时对病毒也具有钝化和抑制作用,可以起到对多种病害防治的作用。

下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种具有杀菌功能的除草剂,所述除草剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
70%草甘膦铵盐120份、10%麦草畏8份、硫酸铜2份、助剂14份、填料7份、分散剂5份、湿润剂5份、消泡剂0.1份、增稠剂5份;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
穿心莲15份、蒲公英8份、板蓝根8份、厚朴5份、花椒3份、栀子12份、黄根5份、菊花杆10份、黄连23份、冬凌草8份。
所述除草剂的制备方法为:称取助剂中的各原料置于水中,煎煮2次,每次1~3h,每次用水量为助剂总重量的3~5倍,过滤,合并两次滤液,并浓缩干燥,制得相对密度为1.2~1.4的浸膏;然后将浸膏、70%草甘膦铵盐和10%麦草畏混合搅拌,再加入硫酸铜、填料、分散剂、湿润剂、增稠剂和适量水搅拌混合均匀后,加入消泡剂,然后进行捏合、造粒,最后进行干燥、筛分、装袋。

穿心莲15-22份、蒲公英8-15份、板蓝根8-12份、厚朴5-9份、花椒3-8份、栀子12-20份、黄根5-8份、菊花杆10-15份、黄连23-27份、冬凌草8-12份。

70%草甘膦铵盐125-140份、10%麦草畏10-13份、硫酸铜3-6份、助剂15-24份、填料8-12份、分散剂7-10份、湿润剂8-10份、消泡剂0.1-1份、增稠剂7-10份;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
穿心莲17-20份、蒲公英10-12份、板蓝根10-12份、厚朴5-7份、花椒4-6份、栀子15-18份、黄根5-7份、菊花杆12-14份、黄连25-27份、冬凌草10-12份。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有杀菌功能的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂的制备方法为:称取助剂中的各原料置于水中,煎煮2次,每次1~3h,每次用水量为助剂总重量的3~5倍,过滤,合并两次滤液,并浓缩干燥,制得相对密度为1.2~1.4的浸膏;然后将浸膏、70%草甘膦铵盐和10%麦草畏混合搅拌,再加入硫酸铜、填料、分散剂、湿润剂、增稠剂和适量水搅拌均匀后,加入消泡剂,然后进行捏合、造粒,最后进行干燥、筛分、装袋。
