Description

Mobile terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of terminal structure design, in particular to a mobile terminal.
Background
With the continuous development of the technology, the mobile terminal is thinner and thinner, the requirement on the performance is higher and higher, and the audio is used as a part of the mobile terminal, and the performance is continuously improved to meet the user experience. The mobile terminal with the bottom sound output has better user experience because the sound directly faces the consumer after being output, and more mobile terminals adopt the scheme of the bottom sound output.
The currently common bottom-out sound structure schemes include the following two types:
1. BOX scheme
The technical scheme is that the loudspeaker is sealed in the upper shell and the lower shell, the upper shell and the lower shell are sealed through glue or double faced adhesive tape, the loudspeaker is conducted with the circuit board through the FPC and the elastic sheet on the circuit board, the technical scheme has the advantages that effective sealing of sound can be guaranteed, and the technical scheme has the defect of high cost.
2. Support dispensing sealing scheme
The technical scheme is that a circuit board at the position of a loudspeaker is cut off, the loudspeaker is dropped down, and the loudspeaker is connected to the circuit board through an FPC. If the front sound cavity is sealed in a foam mode, the shell needs to be extended out for horizontally arranging foam to achieve the sealing effect, and the thickness of the extended shell, the thickness of the foam and the height specified by the sound outlet channel are added, so that the thickness of the whole machine needs to be increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a mobile terminal, which is used for solving the problem that the thickness of the whole machine is increased due to the fact that a loudspeaker is sealed by foam for realizing bottom sound output in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the embodiment of the invention provides a mobile terminal which comprises a front shell, a loudspeaker support, a PCB (printed circuit board), a first sealing element and a second sealing element, wherein the loudspeaker is placed on the loudspeaker support in an inverted mode, the loudspeaker support is fixed on the front shell, the PCB is fixed on the front shell, an opening is formed in the PCB, a sound outlet channel is formed in the front shell, sound emitted by the loudspeaker can be transmitted out of the front shell through the opening and the sound outlet channel, the first sealing element is sealed between the loudspeaker and the PCB, and the second sealing element is sealed between the sound outlet channel and the PCB.
According to the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the loudspeaker is inversely placed on the loudspeaker support, the loudspeaker support is fixed on the front shell, the PCB is provided with the opening, the front shell is provided with the sound outlet channel, so that the sound emitted by the loudspeaker is transmitted out of the shell through the opening and the sound outlet channel, and bottom sound outlet is realized. For the sealing of the front sound cavity, sealing is performed by the first sealing member and the second sealing member. A first seal seals between the speaker and the PCB, and a second seal seals between the sound outlet channel and the PCB. Therefore, the gap between the loudspeaker and the PCB and the gap between the PCB and the front shell can be sealed by using foam as a sealing element, horizontally arranging the foam, and sealing the gap between the PCB and the front shell, because the distance between the loudspeaker and the front shell and the thickness of the front shell are larger, the requirement of sound output to the bottom can be met by utilizing the opening of the PCB and the sound output channel arranged on the front shell, and the sealing effect can be achieved without additionally increasing the thickness of the whole machine.
