本发明公开了一种谷物烘干冷却除尘塔,包括安装箱体和冷却除尘箱,所述安装箱体下端两侧对称设有支腿,支下端设有滚轮,安装箱体上端设有冷却除尘箱,冷却除尘箱为圆柱形筒体,冷却除尘箱下端与安装箱体相连通,冷却除尘箱左侧的安装箱体上垂直设有送料筒,送料筒内设有送料绞龙,送料筒下端伸入到安装箱体内部,靠近送料筒下端的安装箱体左侧设有加料斗,送料筒上端和冷却除尘箱之间设有导料管,冷却除尘箱的左右内壁交叉设有若干个翻料斜板,冷却除尘箱右侧设有集尘箱,集尘箱和冷却除尘箱之间之间设有若干个吸尘管,本发明结构简单、合理,便于搬运,从而解决了现有装置出料不便的问题,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用机械设备技术领域,具体是一种谷物烘干冷却除尘塔。
背景技术
稻谷在从稻田收割之后,需要进行干燥过程,传统的稻谷干燥方法是采用太阳晒,这种依靠太阳晒进行稻谷干燥的方法已经越来越不适应现代农村的发展了,因为晒谷的场地越来越少,晒谷的效率太低;为此目前市场上出现了一些专用于稻谷干燥的烘干设备,但这些烘干设备要么结构简单,体积大,烘干效率不高,烘干不均匀; 要么烘干效果好, 但结构 复杂,成本高,无法大面积推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种谷物烘干冷却除尘塔,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种谷物烘干冷却除尘塔,包括安装箱体和冷却除尘箱,所述安装箱体下端两侧对称设有支腿,支腿下端设有滚轮,安装箱体上端设有冷却除尘箱,冷却除尘箱为圆柱形筒体,冷却除尘箱下端与安装箱体相连通,冷却除尘箱左侧的安装箱体上垂直设有送料筒,送料筒内设有送料绞龙,送料筒下端伸入到安装箱体内部,靠近送料筒下端的安装箱体左侧设有加料斗,送料筒上端和冷却除尘箱之间设有导料管,冷却除尘箱的左右内壁交叉设有若干个翻料斜板,冷却除尘箱右侧设有集尘箱,集尘箱和冷却除尘箱之间设有若干个吸尘管,集尘箱的出气口连接抽气风机,抽气风机和送料筒内的送料绞龙电性连接控制开关,冷却除尘箱下端口处的安装箱体内顶壁上铰接有切换斜板,切换斜板下方的安装箱体内设有出料斗,出料斗下端的出料口伸出安装箱体,出料斗上端口的直径大于冷却除尘箱的直径,切换斜板和出料斗之间设有伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸与切换斜板、出料斗之间都为铰接,伸缩气缸电性连接控制开关,储料腔和出料斗之间还设有左低右高的集料斜板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述翻料斜板上表面设有陶瓷光滑层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述滚轮为自锁式滚轮。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述导料管左端高于右端。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述出气口处设有挡尘网。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、合理,便于搬运,实现了装置循环干燥和出料程序之间的切换,从而解决了现有装置出料不便的问题,同时装置也方便了物料的汇集,有助于物料的循环,实用性强。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种谷物烘干冷却除尘塔,包括安装箱体1和冷却除尘箱2,所述安装箱体1下端两侧对称设有支腿13,支腿13下端设有方便装置搬运的滚轮14,滚轮14为自锁式滚轮,安装箱体1上端设有冷却除尘箱2,冷却除尘箱2为圆柱形筒体,冷却除尘箱2下端与安装箱体1相连通,冷却除尘箱2左侧的安装箱体1上垂直设有送料筒9,送料筒9内设有送料绞龙,送料筒9下端伸入到安装箱体1内部,靠近送料筒9下端的安装箱体1左侧设有加料斗11,送料筒9上端和冷却除尘箱2之间设有导料管8,导料管8左端高于右端,冷却除尘箱2的左右内壁交叉设有若干个翻料斜板6,翻料斜板6上表面设有陶瓷光滑层,物料进入冷却除尘箱2中后在翻料斜板6的作用下会折流而下,进而将物料中的灰尘扬起,冷却除尘箱2右侧设有集尘箱5,集尘箱5和冷却除尘箱2之间设有若干个吸尘管7,集尘箱5的出气口连接抽气风机4,抽气风机4和送料筒9内的送料绞龙电性连接控制开关3,出气口处设有挡尘网,这样在抽气风机的作用下冷却除尘2中扬起的灰尘会被吸入集尘箱5中,进而实现了物料的除尘处理,冷却除尘箱2下端口处的安装箱体1内顶壁上铰接有切换斜板10,切换斜板10下方的安装箱体1内设有出料斗17,出料斗17下端的出料口16伸出安装箱体1,出料斗17上端口的直径大于冷却除尘箱2的直径,切换斜板2和出料斗17之间设有伸缩气缸18,伸缩气缸18与切换斜板、出料斗17之间都为铰接,伸缩气缸18电性连接控制开关3,在装置实现循环干燥的时候,伸缩气缸18处于伸长状态,这样在切换斜板10的引导下,物料沿着切换斜板进入送料筒9下方的储料腔12中,以便物料能被送料筒9及时送走,当需要出料时,只需通过控制开关3控制伸缩气缸18缩短即可,伸缩气缸缩短后切换斜板10会随之向下转动,这样就会将物料导入出料斗7中,从而实现装置的出料,进而解决现有装置出料不便的问题,储料腔12和出料斗17之间还设有左低右高的集料斜板15,集料斜板15的作用是方便物料的汇集。

1.一种谷物烘干冷却除尘塔,包括安装箱体和冷却除尘箱,其特征在于,所述安装箱体下端两侧对称设有支腿,支腿下端设有滚轮,安装箱体上端设有冷却除尘箱,冷却除尘箱为圆柱形筒体,冷却除尘箱下端与安装箱体相连通,冷却除尘箱左侧的安装箱体上垂直设有送料筒,送料筒内设有送料绞龙,送料筒下端伸入到安装箱体内部,靠近送料筒下端的安装箱体左侧设有加料斗,送料筒上端和冷却除尘箱之间设有导料管,冷却除尘箱的左右内壁交叉设有若干个翻料斜板,冷却除尘箱右侧设有集尘箱,集尘箱和冷却除尘箱之间设有若干个吸尘管,集尘箱的出气口连接抽气风机,抽气风机和送料筒内的送料绞龙电性连接控制开关,冷却除尘箱下端口处的安装箱体内顶壁上铰接有切换斜板,切换斜板下方的安装箱体内设有出料斗,出料斗下端的出料口伸出安装箱体,出料斗上端口的直径大于冷却除尘箱的直径,切换斜板和出料斗之间设有伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸与切换斜板、出料斗之间都为铰接,伸缩气缸电性连接控制开关,储料腔和出料斗之间还设有左低右高的集料斜板,所述翻料斜板上表面设有陶瓷光滑层,所述滚轮为自锁式滚轮。
