Abstract

本发明涉及输油技术领域,尤其是一种自除渣伺服叶片泵,包括泵壳,泵壳内部开设有内置定子的抽油腔,抽油腔内部设置有通过高速电机带动的转子,转子上开设有传动槽,传动槽内部滑动连接有叶片,泵壳下端开设有连接内螺孔,定子下端对应连接内螺孔位置开设有与连接内螺孔相连通的排渣口。本发明的一种自除渣伺服叶片泵,通过在泵壳内部开设连接定子底部排渣口和出油管内顶面上置出油口的排油流道,使得泵壳内部低位金属碎渣可以通过排渣口进入U型积渣管,利用分体式积渣管可以快速对内部碎渣进行清除,不需要对整个叶片泵进行拆卸,方便后期维护,大大延长整个叶片泵的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及输油技术领域,尤其是一种自除渣伺服叶片泵。
背景技术
叶片泵,是转子槽内的叶片与泵壳(定子环)相接触,将吸入的液体由进油侧压向排油侧的泵。现有的叶片泵是在离心力和压力的作用下,叶片通过旋转产生离心力,从而与泵壳(定子环)内表面进行密封,从而并与定子内壁形成工作容积,但是在叶片长时间高速旋转过程中,内部会因为摩擦产生少量金属碎渣,如果无法通过抽油过程排出,在内部堆积很容易导致内部腔室变型,导致叶片磨损加剧,严重的甚至会导致整个叶片泵损坏,而传统的叶片泵内部出渣需要拆除整个泵体,十分麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种改进的自除渣伺服叶片泵,解决因为摩擦产生少量金属碎渣,如果无法通过抽油过程排出,在内部堆积很容易导致内部腔室变型,导致叶片磨损加剧,严重的甚至会导致整个叶片泵损坏,后期维护保养也十分麻烦的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自除渣伺服叶片泵,包括泵壳,所述的泵壳内部开设有内置定子的抽油腔,所述的抽油腔内部设置有通过高速电机带动的转子,所述的转子上开设有传动槽,所述的传动槽内部滑动连接有叶片,所述的泵壳下端开设有连接内螺孔,所述的定子下端对应连接内螺孔位置开设有与连接内螺孔相连通的排渣口,所述的排渣口下端螺纹连接固定有第一排渣管,所述的泵壳下表面位于排渣口左侧开设有下置进油口,所述的泵壳左侧设置有与抽油腔内部相连通的出油管,所述的泵壳右侧设置有与抽油腔内部相连通的进油管,所述的出油管内顶面上开设有上置出油口,所述的泵壳和出油管内部开设有用于连通下置进油口和上置出油口的排油流道,下置进油口内部螺纹连接固定有第二排渣管,所述的第一排渣管和第二排渣管下端通过U型积渣管相连接,所述的排渣口内侧开口面积小于外侧开口面积。
进一步的,所述的积渣管侧壁上固定连接有用于观察内部积渣状态的观察窗。
进一步的,所述的下置进油口和上置出油口内部均固定连接有滤渣网。
进一步的,所述的下置进油口、上置出油口和排油流道的内孔径大小相同。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种自除渣伺服叶片泵,通过在泵壳内部开设连接定子底部排渣口和出油管内顶面上置出油口的排油流道,使得泵壳内部低位金属碎渣可以通过排渣口进入U型积渣管,利用分体式积渣管可以快速对内部碎渣进行清除,不需要对整个叶片泵进行拆卸,方便后期维护,大大延长整个叶片泵的使用寿命。

图1和图2所示的一种自除渣伺服叶片泵,包括泵壳1,泵壳1内部开设有内置定子2的抽油腔3,抽油腔3内部设置有通过高速电机带动的转子4,转子4上开设有传动槽6,传动槽6内部滑动连接有叶片7,泵壳1下端开设有连接内螺孔8,定子2下端对应连接内螺孔8位置开设有与连接内螺孔8相连通的排渣口9,排渣口9下端螺纹连接固定有第一排渣管10,泵壳1下表面位于排渣口9左侧开设有下置进油口11,泵壳1左侧设置有与抽油腔3内部相连通的出油管12,泵壳1右侧设置有与抽油腔3内部相连通的进油管13,出油管12内顶面上开设有上置出油口14,泵壳1和出油管12内部开设有用于连通下置进油口11和上置出油口14的排油流道15,下置进油口11内部螺纹连接固定有第二排渣管16,第一排渣管10和第二排渣管16下端通过U型积渣管17相连接,排渣口9内侧开口面积小于外侧开口面积。

1.一种自除渣伺服叶片泵,包括泵壳(1),其特征是:所述的泵壳(1)内部开设有内置定子(2)的抽油腔(3),所述的抽油腔(3)内部设置有通过高速电机带动的转子(4),所述的转子(4)上开设有传动槽(6),所述的传动槽(6)内部滑动连接有叶片(7),所述的泵壳(1)下端开设有连接内螺孔(8),所述的定子(2)下端对应连接内螺孔(8)位置开设有与连接内螺孔(8)相连通的排渣口(9),所述的排渣口(9)下端螺纹连接固定有第一排渣管(10),所述的泵壳(1)下表面位于排渣口(9)左侧开设有下置进油口(11),所述的泵壳(1)左侧设置有与抽油腔(3)内部相连通的出油管(12),所述的泵壳(1)右侧设置有与抽油腔(3)内部相连通的进油管(13),所述的出油管(12)内顶面上开设有上置出油口(14),所述的泵壳(1)和出油管(12)内部开设有用于连通下置进油口(11)和上置出油口(14)的排油流道(15),下置进油口(11)内部螺纹连接固定有第二排渣管(16),所述的第一排渣管(10)和第二排渣管(16)下端通过U型积渣管(17)相连接,所述的排渣口(9)内侧开口面积小于外侧开口面积。
