本发明公开了一种清洗性能优越的线路板清洗剂,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:醋酸丁酯18‑25份、乙醇胺5‑10份、聚天冬氨酸8‑10份、环己烷9‑14份、二异丁基酮6‑12份、膦羧酸3‑9份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠7‑11份、2‑8份、邻苯二胺2‑4份、十二烷基葡萄糖苷3‑8份、甲基异丁基酮5‑10份、二乙二醇乙醚8‑12份、表面活性剂5‑10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9‑14份、甲酸丁酯6‑8份、抗氧化剂6‑8份。本发明清洗剂稳定性好,不会对线路板造成任何损伤,也不会损伤线路板上的电子元器件,又能够彻底清除线路板上附有的污渍、去油效果更好、清洗效率更高、使用范围更广;同时本发明清洗剂具有一定的生物可降解性,对环境污染小。

技术领域
本发明涉及线路板生产技术领域,具体属于一种清洗性能优越的线路板清洗剂。
背景技术
众所周知,随着电子技术的不断发展以及集成电路应用的日益普及,线路板的应用范围越来越广泛。在线路板的生产工艺中需要酸碱溶液对线路板进行处理。在经过酸碱液处理之后需要对线路板进行清洁,尤其是在对线路板进行维修之后更是需要对线路板进行清洁。现有技术中所使用的清洗剂一般都是以酒精为主要原料,在酒精中溶解多种羟基醇、醛为辅料。此种清洗剂所需要的原料较多,在使用的过程由于酒精的易挥发性,导致清洗剂的快速挥发,同时散发出刺激性气味,影响工作环境,也影响到工作人员的身体健康。

针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种清洗性能优越的线路板清洗剂。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种清洗性能优越的线路板清洗剂,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:醋酸丁酯18-25份、乙醇胺5-10份、聚天冬氨酸8-10份、环己烷9-14份、二异丁基酮6-12份、膦羧酸3-9份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠7-11份、2-8份、邻苯二胺2-4份、十二烷基葡萄糖苷3-8份、甲基异丁基酮5-10份、二乙二醇乙醚8-12份、表面活性剂5-10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9-14份、甲酸丁酯6-8份、抗氧化剂6-8份。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸钠和脂肪醇硫酸钠混合而成。
所述抗氧化剂是植酸和抗坏血酸中的一种或两种。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明清洗剂稳定性好,不会对线路板造成任何损伤,也不会损伤线路板上的电子元器件,又能够彻底清除线路板上附有的污渍、去油效果更好、清洗效率更高、使用范围更广;同时本发明清洗剂具有一定的生物可降解性,对环境污染小。

所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸钠和脂肪醇硫酸钠混合而成。
所述抗氧化剂是植酸和抗坏血酸中的一种或两种。
实施例2一种清洗性能优越的线路板清洗剂,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:醋酸丁酯25份、乙醇胺10份、聚天冬氨酸10份、环己烷14份、二异丁基酮12份、膦羧酸9份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠11份、8份、邻苯二胺4份、十二烷基葡萄糖苷8份、甲基异丁基酮10份、二乙二醇乙醚12份、表面活性剂10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚14份、甲酸丁酯8份、抗氧化剂8份。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸钠和脂肪醇硫酸钠混合而成。
所述抗氧化剂是植酸和抗坏血酸中的一种或两种。
实施例3一种清洗性能优越的线路板清洗剂,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:醋酸丁酯22份、乙醇胺7份、聚天冬氨酸9份、环己烷12份、二异丁基酮10份、膦羧酸6份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠9份、6份、邻苯二胺3份、十二烷基葡萄糖苷5份、甲基异丁基酮8份、二乙二醇乙醚10份、表面活性剂7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、甲酸丁酯7份、抗氧化剂8份。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸钠和脂肪醇硫酸钠混合而成。
所述抗氧化剂是植酸和抗坏血酸中的一种或两种。
