The slow release fertilizer is characterized by comprising an inner core and an outer coating, wherein the inner core comprises a fertilizer and an anti-sticking agent, and the anti-sticking agent accounts for 1-3% of the mass of the fertilizer; the outer envelope is composed of a konjac gum aqueous solution, a guanidine gum aqueous solution and an anti-sticking agent, wherein the mass ratio of the konjac gum aqueous solution to the guanidine gum aqueous solution is 3-5:1.1-2.5, and the anti-sticking agent accounts for 0.1-0.4% of the mass of the outer envelope; the outer coating film accounts for 3-7% of the mass of the inner core;
the preparation method of the slow release fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the fertilizer in a granulator for granulation, controlling the water content of the fertilizer to be 20-40% and the particle fineness of the fertilizer to be 20-40 meshes, adding an anti-sticking agent, stirring and mixing uniformly, and sieving by a 19-mesh sieve to obtain granular fertilizer;
(2) placing the granular fertilizer in a coating machine, spraying konjac gum water solution on the surface of the granular fertilizer, drying until the water content is 10-18%, spraying and coating with guanidine gum water solution until the water content is 4-7%, soaking in warm water for 10-20s, adding an anti-sticking agent, coating on the surface of the granules, and drying until the water content is 4-7%;
the anti-sticking agent comprises the raw material components of 2-2.5g of shells, 0.1-0.7g of fly ash, 0.3-1.1g of potassium alginate, 1-3g of glycerol, 2-7g of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 1-3g of urea, 0.2-1.3g of humus, 1-3g of starch and 0.3-1.5g of chitosan;
the preparation method of the anti-sticking agent comprises the steps of drying shells in the sun, crushing the shells into powder, adding the fly ash and the humus soil, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder; mixing potassium alginate, glycerol, hydroxymethyl cellulose and urea uniformly, treating at 80-90 deg.C for 10-20min, adding the mixed powder, adding water 15-37 wt% of the mixed powder, stirring uniformly, adding starch and chitosan, fermenting at 38-58 deg.C for 4-8 days, adding water to obtain slurry with solid-to-liquid ratio of 5:3, and spray drying.
2. The slow release fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the konjac gum aqueous solution has a mass concentration of 0.1 to 7%; the mass concentration of the guanidine gum aqueous solution is 0.5-1.7%.
3. The slow release fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-sticking agent comprises 2.3g of shell, 0.5g of fly ash, 0.7g of potassium alginate, 2g of glycerol, 5g of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 2g of urea, 0.8g of humus, 1-3g of starch and 0.3-1.5g of chitosan.
4. The slow release fertilizer of claim 1, wherein the warm water is at a temperature of 37-45 ℃.
5. The slow release fertilizer according to claim 4, wherein the warm water is a boron solution having a mass concentration of 0.1 to 3%.
6. The slow release fertilizer of claim 5, wherein the boron element in the boron solution is provided by one of boric acid and borax.
