Abstract
本发明涉及一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具及其成型方法,属于精细筛网制造技术领域,包括可扣合的下模和上模,下模上端面设置有成型槽,成型槽内部底面或者上模下端面设置有用于插切筛孔的锯齿型刀组,模具增设有铺线架,铺线架包括位于矩形框架上的两个线轴及固定在两者之间的一组加强芯线,所述的下模两端上端面设置有可供加强芯线一一对应放置的线槽,线槽上端面铺设有压线板,上模与成型槽之间增设有垫板层,加强芯线位于线槽中,加热模具并浇注聚氨酯,加强芯线包覆在聚氨酯中,增强了筛网的一体化,提高抗拉伸强度和韧性,将上模扣合在下模的成型槽中,锯齿型刀组穿透聚氨酯并插切进入垫板层中,大大提高了聚氨酯筛网的开孔成功率。

技术领域
本发明属于精细筛网制造技术领域,具体涉及一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具及其成型方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯材料的高频精细振动筛网广泛应用于冶金、矿山、煤炭、环保、石油化工等领域,便于对物料进行筛分、脱水以及脱介,现有的制造高频精细振动筛网所用模具及使用该模具进行的成型方法存在很多缺陷,首先,筛网的加强芯线不能方便安装,费时费力,严重影响加工效率,而且开孔率较低,很多筛网由于开孔率较低而导致不合格,不能使用,需要回炉重造,浪费能源和时间,影响加工效率,因此,需要对现有的高频精细振动筛网所用模具及其成型方法进行进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的缺点,提供了一种生产高频精细振动筛网的模具及其成型方法,该模具将筛网及其加强芯线一次成型,为加强芯线的设置提供了较为便利的安装位置,确保加强芯线包覆在聚氨酯中,同时该模具能够提高筛网的开孔标准及成功率,成型方法应用该模具来进行,步骤简单,操作简便,一次成型,开孔率能够得到保证。
本发明的具体技术方案是:
一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具,包括可扣合的下模和上模,下模上端面设置有成型槽,成型槽内部底面或者上模下端面设置有用于插切筛孔的锯齿型刀组,关键点是,所述的模具增设有铺线架,铺线架包括位于矩形框架上的两个线轴及固定在两者之间的一组加强芯线,所述的下模两端上端面设置有可供加强芯线一一对应放置的线槽,线槽上端面铺设有压线板,上模下端面与下模成型槽的锯齿型刀组之间或者上模下端面的锯齿型刀组与下模成型槽之间增设有垫板层,垫板层的厚度不小于0.02mm。
所述的加强芯线为尼龙材质,直径为0.5-1.5mm。
所述的垫板层的材质为橡胶、尼龙、塑料或者聚氨酯,材质硬度满足邵氏硬度A80-95以及邵氏硬度D60-80,垫板层的厚度为3mm。
使用上述结构模具的筛网成型方法,关键点是,所述的成型方法包括以下步骤:
A、如果锯齿型刀组位于上模下端面,则将垫板层铺设在成型槽内部底面上;如果锯齿型刀组位于成型槽内部底面上,则将垫板层固定在上模下端面或者待原料浇注后铺设在原料的上端面;
B、将铺线架两端的线轴之间的加强芯线一一对应放置在线槽中,线槽上端面铺设压线板;
C、加热模具至90-130摄氏度;
D、将聚氨酯原料浇注在下模的成型槽中,上模扣合在下模的成型槽中,使用硫化增压设备进行上模和下模的合模增压以及聚氨酯的硫化成型,成型槽内部底面或者上模下端面的锯齿型刀组对聚氨酯进行筛孔的插切,锯齿型刀组穿过聚氨酯并插切进入垫板层,插切进入垫板层的厚度不小于0.02mm,硫化增压设备以及上模和下模均处于真空罩内进行抽真空操作;
E、抽真空完毕并且聚氨酯成型后,打开上模,将聚氨酯筛网从成型槽中取出,得到高频精细振动筛网。
本发明的有益效果是:使用本发明中的模具能够一步到位地完成加强芯线的铺设安装,加强芯线位于线槽中,压线板将加强芯线稳定阻挡在线槽中,避免了浇注聚氨酯时造成的加强芯线被冲出线槽的情况,增加了加强芯线的铺设精准性,不易与锯齿型刀组发生干涉,安装成功率得到了保证,并且省时省力,加强芯线与筛网两端内部的钢制骨架下端面接触,其被浇注的聚氨酯包覆在内部,使得整个筛网的横向抗拉伸强度、韧性都得到显著提高,同时,垫板层为锯齿型刀组提供了插切余量的深度,在避免锯齿型刀组与下模端面发生碰撞的同时,还能够大大提高高频精细筛网的开孔成功率,显著提高了筛网制造的合格率。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具及其成型方法,包括可扣合的下模和上模,下模上端面设置有成型槽1,成型槽1内部底面或者上模下端面设置有用于插切筛孔的锯齿型刀组,所述的模具增设有铺线架,铺线架包括位于矩形框架上的两个线轴2及固定在两者之间的一组加强芯线3,所述的下模两端上端面设置有可供加强芯线3一一对应放置的线槽4,线槽4上端面铺设有压线板5,上模下端面与下模成型槽1的锯齿型刀组之间或者上模下端面的锯齿型刀组与下模成型槽1之间增设有垫板层6,垫板层6的厚度不小于0.02mm,使用该模具进行高频精细振动筛网的制造,具体的操作过程通过具体实施例进行阐述。
实施例1,如图1和图2所示,所述的加强芯线3为尼龙材质,直径为1mm,垫板层6的材质为橡胶、尼龙、塑料或者聚氨酯等非金属材料,硬度要求满足邵氏硬度A80-95以及邵氏硬度D60-80,其厚度为3mm,上模和下模安装在硫化增压设备中进行使用,成型方法的具体操作步骤如下:
A、锯齿型刀组位于上模下端面,将垫板层6铺设在上下模的成型槽1中;
B、将铺线架两端的线轴2之间的加强芯线3一一对应放置在各个线槽4中,线槽4上端面铺设压线板5,成型槽1两端分别放置钢制骨架7作为筛网两端的内置骨架,钢制骨架7放置于加强芯线3上端;
C、加热模具至90-130摄氏度;
D、将聚氨酯原料浇注在下模的成型槽1中,由于压线板5的稳定压紧,加强芯线3始终处于线槽4中,硫化增压设备驱动上模扣合在下模的成型槽1中,上模下端面的锯齿型刀组对聚氨酯进行筛孔的插切,由于聚氨酯有一定的弹性,插切穿透的余量较小时可能会产生回弹后没有筛孔的情况,这种情况会导致筛网的开孔率不合格,为了保障插切穿透有足够的余量,同时也为了避免锯齿型刀组与下模之间发生碰撞,垫板层6的设置能够使该问题迎刃而解,锯齿型刀组下端穿过聚氨酯并插切进入垫板层6,垫板层6的厚度为3mm,向上模施加一定的压力,使得锯齿型刀组插切进入垫板层6的厚度不小于0.02mm且小于垫板层6的厚度,这样就能够保证90%以上的开孔率,并且锯齿型刀组不发生硬性撞击,使用寿命显著延长,硫化增压设备以及上模和下模均处于真空罩中并进行抽真空操作,线槽4以及上模和下模之间的间隙均为成型槽1中抽真空提供抽真空通道,硫化增压设备对聚氨酯进行硫化成型,抽真空设备通过真空罩进行抽真空操作;
E、抽真空完毕并且聚氨酯成型后打开上模,将插切后的聚氨酯筛网从下模的成型槽1中取出,得到高频精细振动筛网。
实施例2,锯齿型刀组位于成型槽1内部底面,则垫板层6固定在上模下端面或者待聚氨酯浇注后灵活铺设在聚氨酯上端面,将聚氨酯浇注在成型槽1中,浇注时,锯齿型刀组对浇注的聚氨酯材料自然插切成孔,然后将上模与下模进行合模操作,此时,锯齿型刀组穿透聚氨酯材料并且插切进入垫板层6中,既避免了锯齿型刀组与上模下端面之间的撞击,延长了模具的使用寿命,又能够避免锯齿型刀组未穿透聚氨酯材料的情况,保证了90%的开孔率。
Claims (4)
1.一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具,包括可扣合的下模和上模,下模上端面设置有成型槽(1),成型槽(1)内部底面或者上模下端面设置有用于插切筛孔的锯齿型刀组,其特征在于:所述的模具增设有铺线架,铺线架包括位于矩形框架上的两个线轴(2)及固定在两者之间的一组加强芯线(3),所述的下模两端上端面设置有可供加强芯线(3)一一对应放置的线槽(4),线槽(4)上端面铺设有压线板(5),上模下端面与下模成型槽(1)的锯齿型刀组之间或者上模下端面的锯齿型刀组与下模成型槽(1)之间增设有垫板层(6),垫板层(6)的厚度不小于0.02mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具,其特征在于:所述的加强芯线(3)为尼龙材质,直径为0.5-1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产高频精细振动筛网用的模具,其特征在于:所述的垫板层(6)的材质为橡胶、尼龙、塑料或者聚氨酯,材质硬度满足邵氏硬度A80-95以及邵氏硬度D60-80,垫板层(6)的厚度为3mm。
4.使用如权利要求1所述模具的筛网成型方法,其特征在于,所述的成型方法包括以下步骤:
A、如果锯齿型刀组位于上模下端面,则将垫板层(6)铺设在成型槽内部底面上;如果锯齿型刀组位于成型槽(1)内部底面上,则将垫板层(6)固定在上模下端面或者待原料浇注后铺设在原料的上端面;
B、将铺线架两端的线轴(2)之间的加强芯线(3)一一对应放置在线槽(4)中,线槽(4)上端面铺设压线板(5);
C、加热模具至90-130摄氏度;
D、将聚氨酯原料浇注在下模的成型槽(1)中,上模扣合在下模的成型槽(1)中,使用硫化增压设备进行上模和下模的合模增压以及聚氨酯的硫化成型,成型槽(1)内部底面或者上模下端面的锯齿型刀组对聚氨酯进行筛孔的插切,锯齿型刀组穿过聚氨酯并插切进入垫板层(6),插切进入垫板层(6)的厚度不小于0.02mm,硫化增压设备以及上模和下模均处于真空罩内进行抽真空操作;
E、抽真空完毕并且聚氨酯成型后,打开上模,将聚氨酯筛网从成型槽(1)中取出,得到高频精细振动筛网。
