本发明公开了一种自动环保橡胶破胶机及废旧橡胶回收方法,包括破胶室、安装在破胶室内上部的辊筒组件、安装在破胶室内中部的切胶组件、驱动辊筒组件和切胶组件的动力组件,破胶室顶部设置有进料口,破胶室底部设置有出料口,出料口安装有筛网,破胶室侧壁开设有通风孔,进料口卡接有防护罩,防护罩一侧为进料通道,防护罩顶部安装有除尘风机,辊筒组件与切胶组件上均设置有自动检测装置。其结构简单,有效的降低了破胶机刀片的温度,避免了橡胶的粘黏,同时避免了小块橡胶或者杂物的飞溅,还能对破胶机中产生的烟气灰尘进行收集过滤,避免了其直接排放到空气中造成环境污染,环保安全,自动化程度高,橡胶回收方法简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动环保橡胶破胶机及废旧橡胶回收方法。
背景技术
橡胶作为工业生产及生活中不可替代的消耗品,被广泛应用,橡胶行业也成为了国民经济的重要基础产业之一。废旧橡胶的回收利用不仅避免了环境的污染,同时带来了良好的经济效益。橡胶的回收利用需要经过破胶机的预处理将大块的橡胶破碎成小的橡胶,在进行加热融化再处理。现有的破胶机均通过刀片的高速旋转来对橡胶进行切割,由于刀片的高速旋转,同时与橡胶不断的摩擦,会不断发热,破胶机在工作一段时间后,由于刀片产生高温熔化橡胶,会出现橡胶粘黏在刀片上的情况,影响橡胶的切割,严重的会阻挡刀片转动,加大电机的工作负荷烧坏电机的情况。现有的破胶机在橡胶从进料口进入后,进料口下部的辊筒对橡胶相互挤压,容易造成不规则的小块橡胶或者杂物受力不均,从进料口飞出,砸伤操作人员,同时辊筒上无保护措施,容易夹伤进料工人的手等,存在很大的安全隐患。同时刀片的高速旋转切割破碎橡胶会产品有毒有害的烟气和灰尘,容易对环境造成污染,且自动化程度低。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种自动环保橡胶破胶机及废旧橡胶回收方法,很好的解决了上述问题,其结构简单,有效的降低了破胶机刀片的温度,避免了橡胶的粘黏,保证了橡胶的破碎效果,提高了破胶效率;同时避免了小块橡胶或者杂物的飞溅,保证了工人的操作安全,安全高效可靠;还能对破胶机中产生的烟气灰尘进行收集过滤,避免了其直接排放到空气中造成环境污染,环保安全,能随时检测破胶机的运转情况,提高了破胶机的自动化程度,橡胶回收方法简单,操作方便。
本发明的技术方案是一种自动环保橡胶破胶机,包括破胶室、安装在破胶室内上部的辊筒组件、安装在破胶室内中部的切胶组件、驱动辊筒组件和切胶组件的动力组件,所述辊筒组件包括互相配合的两个辊筒,所述切胶组件包括互相配合的动刀和定刀,所述破胶室顶部设置有进料口,所述破胶室底部设置有出料口,所述出料口安装有筛网,所述筛网上方的破胶室底部一侧开设有不合格橡胶出口,所述筛网下方连通有出料通道,所述破胶室侧壁开设有通风孔,所述通风孔与空气冷凝器连通,所述进料口卡接有防护罩,所述防护罩一侧为进料通道,所述进料通道安装有橡胶输送带,所述防护罩顶部安装有除尘风机,所述除尘风机上设置有活性炭过滤装置,所述辊筒组件与切胶组件上均设置有自动检测装置,所述自动检测装置用于检测辊筒组件与切胶组件的转速及旋转力。
进一步的,所述通风孔开设在切胶组件上方的破胶室侧壁上。

进一步的,所述筛网为10-30目筛网。
进一步的,所述筛网沿不合格橡胶出口方向具有1°-5°的倾角。

还提供了一种利用自动环保橡胶破胶机回收废旧橡胶的方法,包括步骤:
(1)初步分拣废旧橡胶,剔除金属等杂物;
(2)将分拣后的废旧橡胶送入破胶机中进行碎胶,从出料通道回收胶粒;
(3)通过磁选机对回收的胶粒进行磁选,分离出金属类微小杂质,即得到可用的回收胶粒。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的破胶机通过辊筒组件的辊压将橡胶块压成薄片,再通过切胶组件进行切碎处理,在对橡胶辊压、切碎的过程中,通过空气冷凝器向破胶室内通入冷空气,对辊筒组件的辊筒和切胶组件的刀片进行降温处理,有效的降低了破胶机刀片的温度,避免了橡胶的熔化粘黏在刀片或辊筒上,保证了橡胶的破碎效果,提高了破胶效率,同时辊筒组件与切胶组件上均设置有自动检测装置,自动检测装置用于检测辊筒组件与切胶组件的转速及旋转力,能随时了解破胶机的运转情况,便于增减橡胶进料和检修破胶机;
2.在破胶室底部的出料口安装筛网,筛网上方的破胶室底部一侧开设有不合格橡胶出口,通过筛网对切碎后的橡胶进行筛分,大小合格的橡胶从筛网中漏下,通过出料通道进入下一工序,筛网上方留下的橡胶通过不合格橡胶出口取出,进行二次破胶处理,保证了橡胶的破胶质量;
3.通过进料口卡接的防护罩,避免了小块橡胶或者杂物的飞溅,保证了工人的操作安全,防护罩一侧为进料通道,进料通道安装有橡胶输送带,通过橡胶输送带的输送进行进料,避免了人工从进料口进料,避免了辊筒夹伤工人手指,同时提高了效率,降低了劳动强度;
4.防护罩顶部安装的除尘风机,除尘风机上设置的活性炭过滤装置对破胶机中产生的烟气灰尘进行收集过滤,避免了其直接排放到空气中造成环境污染,环保安全。
5.采用本发明的自动高效橡胶破胶机回收废旧橡胶的方法简单,操作方便效率高,回收质量可靠。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种自动环保橡胶破胶机,包括破胶室1、安装在破胶室1内上部的辊筒组件2、安装在破胶室1内中部的切胶组件3、驱动辊筒组件2和切胶组件3的动力组件,所述辊筒组件2包括互相配合的两个辊筒,所述切胶组件3包括互相配合的动刀和定刀,所述破胶室1顶部设置有进料口11,所述破胶室1底部设置有出料口12,所述出料口12安装有筛网13,所述筛网13上方的破胶室1底部一侧开设有不合格橡胶出口14,所述筛网13下方连通有出料通道15,所述破胶室1侧壁开设有通风孔4,所述通风孔4与空气冷凝器5连通,所述进料口11卡接有防护罩9,所述防护罩9一侧为进料通道91,所述进料通道91安装有橡胶输送带92,所述防护罩9顶部安装有除尘风机10,所述除尘风机10上设置有活性炭过滤装置101,所述辊筒组件2与切胶组件3上均设置有自动检测装置,所述自动检测装置用于检测辊筒组件2与切胶组件3的转速及旋转力。
通风孔4开设在切胶组件3上方的破胶室1侧壁上,方便对重点发热的切胶组件3刀片进行吹风降温。动力组件为电动机。筛网13为10-30目筛网。筛网13沿不合格橡胶出口14方向具有1°-5°的倾角,方便不合格的大块橡胶从不合格橡胶出口14取出。辊筒组件2一侧设置有调节辊筒间距的辊筒调距装置6,方便调整辊筒间距到合适位置,避免卡胶等问题出现,卡胶后也方便取出检修。还包括通过喷头7与出料通道15连接的隔离剂喷洒装置8。
还提供了一种利用自动环保橡胶破胶机回收废旧橡胶的方法,包括步骤:
(1)初步分拣废旧橡胶,剔除金属等杂物;
(2)将分拣后的废旧橡胶送入破胶机中进行碎胶,从出料通道15回收胶粒;
(3)通过磁选机对回收的胶粒进行磁选,分离出金属类微小杂质,即得到可用的回收胶粒。
