本发明公开了涂布装置技术领域的一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，包括底板，所述底板的顶部从左至右设置有三组支座，所述支座的顶部通过销轴连接有滚筒，中间所述支座的外壁连接有支撑架，所述支撑架与支座顶部的销轴连接，所述支撑架的顶部通过销轴连接有涂胶筒，左侧所述支座的外壁设置有从动轮，且从动轮套接在左侧所述支座顶部销轴的外壁，左侧所述支座的底部设置有电动机，所述电动机的左右侧壁紧连接有固定脚，所述电动机通过固定脚与底板的外壁连接，该无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，通过底板作为底座，通过涂胶筒对涂布进行涂料，该装置结构简单，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂布装置技术领域，具体为一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置。
背景技术
在热熔胶标签的生产工艺中，通常采用涂布机直接将热熔胶涂布在标签面材上然后收卷成型；对于不可与涂布头直接接触的热敏面材，则需要采用基材(底纸)预先承载热熔胶，现有的涂布装置较为复杂，容易损坏，为此，我们提出了一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的涂布装置较为复杂，容易损坏的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，包括底板，所述底板的顶部从左至右设置有三组支座，所述支座的顶部通过销轴连接有滚筒，中间所述支座的外壁连接有支撑架，所述支撑架与支座顶部的销轴连接，所述支撑架的顶部通过销轴连接有涂胶筒，左侧所述支座的外壁设置有从动轮，且从动轮套接在左侧所述支座顶部销轴的外壁，左侧所述支座的底部设置有电动机，所述电动机的左右侧壁紧连接有固定脚，所述电动机通过固定脚与底板的外壁连接，所述电动机的输出端连接有主动轮，且主动轮通过皮带与从动轮连接。
优选的，所述支撑架左侧壁的顶部与底部均设置有轴套，且支撑架通过轴套分别与滚筒和涂胶筒内腔的销轴连接。
优选的，所述轴套的内腔设置有轴承，且轴套通过轴承与销轴的外壁连接。
优选的，所述支座的底部设置有横板，所述横板的外壁开有连接孔，且连接孔通过螺钉与底板的顶部连接，所述支座外壁的顶部开有支撑套，且支座通过支撑套与销轴连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，通过底板作为底座，通过涂胶筒对涂布进行涂料，该装置结构简单，使用方便。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，包括底板1，所述底板1的顶部从左至右设置有三组支座2，所述支座2的顶部通过销轴连接有滚筒3，中间所述支座2的外壁连接有支撑架4，所述支撑架4与支座2顶部的销轴连接，所述支撑架4的顶部通过销轴连接有涂胶筒5，左侧所述支座2的外壁设置有从动轮6，且从动轮6套接在左侧所述支座2顶部销轴的外壁，左侧所述支座2的底部设置有电动机7，所述电动机7的左右侧壁紧连接有固定脚9，所述电动机7通过固定脚9与底板1的外壁连接，所述电动机7的输出端连接有主动轮8，且主动轮8通过皮带与从动轮6连接。
其中，所述支撑架4左侧壁的顶部与底部均设置有轴套10，且支撑架4通过轴套分别与滚筒3和涂胶筒5内腔的销轴连接，所述轴套10的内腔设置有轴承，且轴套10通过轴承与销轴的外壁连接，所述支座2的底部设置有横板11，所述横板11的外壁开有连接孔12，且连接孔12通过螺钉与底板1的顶部连接，所述支座2外壁的顶部开有支撑套13，且支座2通过支撑套13与销轴连接。
工作原理：电动机7带动主动轮8转动，主动轮8通过皮带带动从动轮6转动，固定脚9起到支撑电动机7的作用，从动轮6的转动带动滚筒3转动，从而滚筒3将右侧的涂布卷起，支撑架4起到支撑涂胶筒5的作用，涂胶筒5的外壁开有涂胶孔，对涂布进行涂胶。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，包括底板(1)，其特征在于：所述底板(1)的顶部从左至右设置有三组支座(2)，所述支座(2)的顶部通过销轴连接有滚筒(3)，中间所述支座(2)的外壁连接有支撑架(4)，所述支撑架(4)与支座(2)顶部的销轴连接，所述支撑架(4)的顶部通过销轴连接有涂胶筒(5)，左侧所述支座(2)的外壁设置有从动轮(6)，且从动轮(6)套接在左侧所述支座(2)顶部销轴的外壁，左侧所述支座(2)的底部设置有电动机(7)，所述电动机(7)的左右侧壁紧连接有固定脚(9)，所述电动机(7)通过固定脚(9)与底板(1)的外壁连接，所述电动机(7)的输出端连接有主动轮(8)，且主动轮(8)通过皮带与从动轮(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，其特征在于：所述支撑架(4)左侧壁的顶部与底部均设置有轴套(10)，且支撑架(4)通过轴套分别与滚筒(3)和涂胶筒(5)内腔的销轴连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，其特征在于：所述轴套(10)的内腔设置有轴承，且轴套(10)通过轴承与销轴的外壁连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无底纸热熔胶标签涂布装置，其特征在于：所述支座(2)的底部设置有横板(11)，所述横板(11)的外壁开有连接孔(12)，且连接孔(12)通过螺钉与底板(1)的顶部连接，所述支座(2)外壁的顶部开有支撑套(13)，且支座(2)通过支撑套(13)与销轴连接。
