祖国医学认为乳痈多由产妇忿怒郁闷、情志不畅、肝气不舒，加之饮食厚味、胃中积热、肝胃失和、肝气不得疏泄，与阳明之热蕴结，以致经络阻塞、乳络失宣、气血瘀滞而成痈肿。或因乳头破碎、乳头畸形和内陷、哺乳时疼痛影响充分哺乳，或乳汁多而少饮，或断乳不当、乳汁壅滞结块不散，或因风热毒邪外袭，均可使乳汁淤滞、乳络不畅、乳管阻塞、败乳蓄积化热而成痈。
根据中医理论，针对乳痈的发病机理，采用舒肝理气、通经下乳、活血祛瘀、清热解毒、解郁止痛、消痈排脓的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，年龄25～35岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、初起乳房内有疼痛性肿块，皮肤不红或微红，排乳不畅，可有乳头破裂糜烂。化脓时乳房肿痛加重，肿块变软，有应指感，溃破或切开引流后，肿痛减轻。如脓液流出不畅，肿痛不消，可有“传囊”之变。溃后不收口，渗流乳汁或脓液，可形成乳漏；
2、多有恶寒发热，头痛，周身不适等症；
3、患侧腋下可有臖核肿大疼痛；
4、患者多数为哺乳妇女，尤以未满月的初产妇为多见；
5、血白细胞总数及中性粒细胞增高。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：全身症状消失，肿块消散，疮口愈合；
2、有效：全身症状消失，局部肿痛减轻，或疮口尚未愈合；
3、无效：反复“传囊”或形成乳漏。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈62例，随访未见复发；有效16例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
楚某，女，26岁。初产后3天，乳房红肿疼痛，乳汁排出不畅，乳房内有硬块，伴有恶寒发热，头痛，周身酸楚，口渴，便秘等症状。诊断为：乳痈。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，乳房疼痛明显减轻，有少量乳汁流出，恶寒发热等症消失；继续服用2个疗程，乳房红肿疼痛消失，乳汁通畅，治愈。
病例 2：
胡某，女，32岁。初产后1周，右侧乳房红肿疼痛，乳汁排出不畅，乳房内有硬块，同时伴有发热、寒战、头痛、食欲不振等症状。确诊为：乳痈。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，乳房疼痛明显减轻，有少量乳汁流出，发热、寒战等症状消失；继续服用2个疗程，乳房硬块消失，乳汁通畅，治愈。

1.一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：败酱草10-30份、路路通5-25份、合掌消5-25份、佛手5-20份、赶山鞭5-25份、黄珠子草5-25份、连翘5-25份、香附5-20份、板蓝根5-25份、昂天莲5-25份、穿山甲5-20份、人面子根皮5-25份、红毛草5-25份、丝瓜络5-25份、皂角刺5-20份、木芙蓉5-25份、风气草5-25份、马蹄蕨5-25份、木通5-20份、元宝草5-25份、桃仁5-25份、萱草根5-20份、紫背金盘草5-25份、红筷子5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：败酱草20份、路路通15份、合掌消15份、佛手10份、赶山鞭15份、黄珠子草15份、连翘15份、香附10份、板蓝根15份、昂天莲15份、穿山甲10份、人面子根皮15份、红毛草15份、丝瓜络15份、皂角刺10份、木芙蓉15份、风气草15份、马蹄蕨15份、木通10份、元宝草15份、桃仁15份、萱草根10份、紫背金盘草15份、红筷子15份、甘草10份。
